Description
透明な基材層と、この基材層の表面側に積層される光拡散層と、この基材層の裏面側に積層されるスティッキング防止層とを備える液晶表示装置用光拡散シートであって、
上記光拡散層が光拡散剤とそのバインダーとを有し、
上記光拡散層の表面粗さ(Ra)が0.1μm以上0.5μm以下で、表面粗さ(Ry)が1μm以上20μm以下であり、この光拡散層を構成する素材の屈折率が1.3以上1.8以下であり、
上記スティッキング防止層が、互いに離間して分散するビーズとそのバインダーとを有し、
上記スティッキング防止層の厚み(上記ビーズが存在しない部分でのバインダー部分の厚み)が、1μm以上10μm以下であり、
上記スティッキング防止層のバインダーが近赤外線吸収剤を含有し、
上記近赤外線吸収剤の配合量が、マトリックスの合成樹脂100質量部(固形分換算)に対し、1質量部以上40質量部以下であり、
近赤外線透過率が50%以下であることを特徴とする液晶表示装置用光拡散シートである。
(a)光拡散層3の表面の反転形状を有するシート型に合成樹脂を積層し、そのシート型を剥がすことで形成する方法、
(b)光拡散層3の表面の反転形状を有する金型に溶融樹脂を注入する射出成型法、
(c)シート化された樹脂を再加熱して前記と同様の金型と金属板との間にはさんでプレスして形状を転写する方法、
(d)光拡散層3の表面の反転形状を周面に有するロール型と他のロールとのニップに溶融状態の樹脂を通し、上記形状を転写する押出しシート成形法、
(e)基材層2に紫外線硬化型樹脂を塗布し、上記と同様の反転形状を有するシート型、金型又はロール型に押さえ付けて未硬化の紫外線硬化型樹脂に形状を転写し、紫外線をあてて紫外線硬化型樹脂を硬化させる方法、
(f)上記と同様の反転形状を有する金型又はロール型に未硬化の紫外線硬化性樹脂を充填塗布し、基材層2で押さえ付けて均し、紫外線をあてて紫外線硬化型樹脂を硬化させる方法、
(g)紫外線硬化型樹脂の代わりに電子線硬化型樹脂を使用する方法
などがある。
(a)上述の合成樹脂及び近赤外線吸収剤を有機溶媒に溶解又は分散させた塗工液を調整し、この塗工液を基材層2の裏面にディッピング法、フローコート法、スプレー法、バーコート法、グラビアコート法、ロールコート法、ブレードコート法及びエアーナイフコート法等の塗工方法で塗工し、硬化させる方法、
(b)上述の合成樹脂及び近赤外線吸収剤の混合物を光硬化、射出成形、Tダイ成形、カレンダー成形、圧縮成形、キャスティング等の方法を用いてフィルム状あるいはシート状に成形し、基材層2の裏面に接着する方法、
(c)上述の合成樹脂及び近赤外線吸収剤の混合物をTダイ等を用いたドライラミネーションにより直接基材層2の裏面に積層する方法
等がある。

Claims (8)
- 透明な基材層と、この基材層の表面側に積層される光拡散層と、この基材層の裏面側に積層されるスティッキング防止層とを備える液晶表示装置用光拡散シートであって、
上記光拡散層が光拡散剤とそのバインダーとを有し、
上記光拡散層の表面粗さ(Ra)が0.1μm以上0.5μm以下で、表面粗さ(Ry)が1μm以上20μm以下であり、この光拡散層を構成する素材の屈折率が1.3以上1.8以下であり、
上記スティッキング防止層が、互いに離間して分散するビーズとそのバインダーとを有し、
上記スティッキング防止層の厚み(上記ビーズが存在しない部分でのバインダー部分の厚み)が、1μm以上10μm以下であり、
上記スティッキング防止層のバインダーが近赤外線吸収剤を含有し、
上記近赤外線吸収剤の配合量が、マトリックスの合成樹脂100質量部(固形分換算)に対し、1質量部以上40質量部以下であり、
近赤外線透過率が50%以下であることを特徴とする液晶表示装置用光拡散シート。 - 上記基材層及び/又は光拡散層に近赤外線吸収剤を含有する請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置用光拡散シート。
- 上記近赤外線吸収剤を含有する近赤外線吸収層を備えている請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置用光拡散シート。
- 可視光透過率が50%以上で、全光線透過率が50%以上である請求項1、請求項2又は請求項3に記載の液晶表示装置用光拡散シート。
- 上記基材層のリタデーション値が50nm以下である請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の液晶表示装置用光拡散シート。
- 上記基材層を構成するマトリックス樹脂としてポリエチレンテレフタレート又はポリカーボネートが用いられている請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の液晶表示装置用光拡散シート。
- 上記基材層の平均厚さが25μm以上1000μm以下である請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の液晶表示装置用光拡散シート。
- 上記光拡散層が、表面に微小な凹凸形状を有している請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の液晶表示装置用光拡散シート。
