Claims (24)
- ピン(3)と第1の摩擦面セグメント(4)とを持ち、ピン(3)と第1の摩擦面セグメント(4)は回転軸(6)を中心に回転駆動され、第1の摩擦面セグメント(4)は加工物(2、2’)に載る第1の摩擦面(5)を持つ、摩擦攪拌溶接装置であって、加工物(2、2’)に当たる第1の内摩擦面(8)を持つ第1の内セグメント(7)が設けられ、第1の内セグメント(7)はピン(3)を囲み、第1の摩擦面セグメント(4)は第1の内セグメント(7)を囲み、第1の摩擦面セグメント(4)は第1の内セグメント(7)と独立に回転駆動される摩擦攪拌溶接装置において、
第1の摩擦面セグメント(4)を持つ第1の肩部に加え、第2の肩部を持ち、第2の肩部は第1の摩擦面(5)と離れた第2の摩擦面(11)を持つ第2の摩擦面セグメント(10)を持ち、第2の摩擦面(11)は第1の摩擦面(5)に向いており、第2の摩擦面セグメント(10)とピン(3)とは互いに独立に回転駆動され、
さらに、第2の肩部は第2の内セグメント(12)を持ち、第2の摩擦面セグメント(10)は第2の内セグメント(12)を囲んでおり、
さらに加えて、第2の肩部は第2の外セグメント(14)を持ち、第2の外セグメント(14)は第2の摩擦面セグメント(10)を囲んでおり、第2の摩擦面セグメント(10)は第2の外セグメント(14)に対して回転できる
ことを特徴とする摩擦攪拌溶接装置。 - 第1の内セグメント(7)はピン(3)と接合されていることを特徴とする請求項1の摩擦攪拌溶接装置。
- 第1の内セグメント(7)はピン(3)と一体に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2の摩擦攪拌溶接装置。
- ピン(3)はピン(3)が延びる方向に直線状に変位可能であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかの摩擦攪拌溶接装置。
- ピン(3)と第1の摩擦面セグメント(4)とは互いに異なった回転速度で駆動可能であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかの摩擦攪拌溶接装置。
- ピン(3)と第1の摩擦面セグメント(4)とは互いに反対の回転方向に回転駆動可能であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかの摩擦攪拌溶接装置。
- 第1の外セグメント(9)があり、第1の外セグメント(9)は第1の摩擦面セグメント(4)を囲んでいることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれかの摩擦攪拌溶接装置。
- 第1の摩擦面セグメント(4)は第1の外セグメント(9)に対し自由に回転できることを特徴とする請求項7の摩擦攪拌溶接装置。
- 第1の外セグメント(9)は回転については固定的に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項7の摩擦攪拌溶接装置。
- 第1の外セグメント(9)は冷却可能であることを特徴とする請求項7乃至9のいずれかの摩擦攪拌溶接装置。
- 第1の摩擦面セグメント(4)はピン(3)が延びている方向に変位可能であることを特徴とする請求項7乃至10のいずれかの摩擦攪拌溶接装置。
- ピン(3)および第1の摩擦面セグメント(4)用の第1の駆動装置があることを特徴とする請求項1乃至11のいずれかの摩擦攪拌溶接装置。
- 第1の駆動装置は逆転機構を有していることを特徴とする請求項12の摩擦攪拌溶接装置。
- 逆転機構はかさ歯車機構として構成されていることを特徴とする請求項13の摩擦攪拌溶接装置。
- ピン(3)と第2の摩擦面セグメント(10)とは互いに反対の回転方向に回転駆動されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至14のいずれかの摩擦攪拌溶接装置。
- 第1の摩擦面(5)と第2の摩擦面(11)との距離は可変であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至15のいずれかの摩擦攪拌溶接装置。
- 第2の外セグメント(14)は回転については固定的に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至16のいずれかの摩擦攪拌溶接装置。
- 第2の外セグメント(14)は冷却可能であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至17のいずれかの摩擦攪拌溶接装置。
- 溶加材を溶接シームに導入する送り装置があることを特徴とする請求項1乃至18のいずれかの摩擦攪拌溶接装置。
- 送り装置はピン(3)内の中央通路として形成され、中央通路は出口開口を持ち、出口開口は第1の摩擦面(5)を越えて突出しているピン(3)の部分に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項19の摩擦攪拌溶接装置。
- 中央通路は、ピン(3)が延びている方向において回転軸(6)に平行に延在する第1の部分を有していることを特徴とする請求項20の摩擦攪拌溶接装置。
- 中央通路は、第1の部分の末端からピン(3)の周面まで延びている端部を有していることを特徴とする請求項21の摩擦攪拌溶接装置。
- 送り装置は、第1の摩擦面セグメント(4)における、出口開口を持つ摩擦面通路(15)として設けられ、出口開口は第1の摩擦面(5)に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項19乃至22のいずれかの摩擦攪拌溶接装置。
- 送り装置は、第1の摩擦面セグメント(4)とピン(3)との間に形成された内隙間により形成されていることを特徴とする請求項19乃至23のいずれかの摩擦攪拌溶接装置。
