Claims (11)
- 正極板と負極板及び前記正極板と負極板との間に介されるセパレータが巻き取られて形成される電極組立体と、前記電極組立体が上段開口部に挿入されて受容される缶を含むリチウム二次電池に適用されるリチウム二次電池用缶であって、
前記缶は底壁が外方に所定の高さで突出する曲面で形成され、
前記底壁は前記缶の短側辺及び長側辺の方向に所定の曲率を有するように形成され、
前記底壁は中央部に所定の大きさで形成される平面部を含むことを特徴とするリチウム二次電池用缶。 - 前記缶は底壁の平面部に結合されるリードプレートを含み、前記リードプレートは前記缶を二次保護素子に接続するものであって、前記平面部の大きさは、前記平面部に接触する前記リードプレートの部分の長さと幅に対応し、前記平面部が前記リードプレートの部分の全体の長さと幅に重なり合うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池用缶。
- 前記底壁の平面部は4つの横方向の大きさを持ち、底の突出する面は前記平面部の横方向の大きさを完全に囲むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のリチウム二次電池用缶。
- 前記缶は長側壁と短側壁と底壁とを含む略ボックス形状で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のリチウム二次電池用缶。
- 前記底壁は突出する高さが少なくても0.1mmとなる曲率を有するように形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のリチウム二次電池用缶。
- 前記底壁は突出する高さが少なくても前記底壁の厚さの50%となる曲率を有するように形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のリチウム二次電池用缶。
- 前記底壁は突出する高さが2mmより小さくなる曲率を有するように形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のリチウム二次電池用缶。
- 正極板と負極板及び前記正極板と負極板との間に介されるセパレータが巻き取られて形成される電極組立体と、前記電極組立体が上段開口部に挿入されて受容される缶を含むリチウム二次電池であって、
前記缶は略ボックス形状で形成され、底壁が下方に突出する曲面で形成され、
前記底壁は前記缶の短側辺及び長側辺の方向に所定の曲率を有するように形成され、
前記底壁は中央部に所定の大きさで形成される平面部を含むことを特徴とするリチウム二次電池。 - 前記缶は底壁の平面部に結合されるリードプレートを含み、前記リードプレートは前記缶を二次保護素子に接続するものであって、前記平面部の大きさは、前記平面部に接触する前記リードプレートの部分の長さと幅に対応し、前記平面部が前記リードプレートの部分の全体の長さと幅に重なり合うことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記底壁の平面部は4つの横方向の大きさを持ち、底の突出する面は前記平面部の横方向の大きさを完全に囲むことを特徴とする請求項8または9に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記底壁は請求項5ないし7のいずれか1項による形状で形成されることを特徴とする請求項8〜10のいずれかに記載のリチウム二次電池。
