Description
本発明は、以下の特許請求項により詳細に規定されておりかつ添付図面に例示されている。
Claims (6)
- 構成要素の矢弾発射体(3)が、それらの後方部(15)において、完成弾の一部を形成する薬莢(1)中に突出する多数の固定された安定化フィン(5−10)を持つタイプの薬莢付き縮射口径の矢弾発射体弾薬において、薬莢(1)の縦方向に配置された多孔発射薬の棒(11,12)の最大可能量で前記薬莢(1)を装填することを可能とする方法において、矢弾発射体(3)の安定化フィン(5−10)が位置するであろう完成弾の薬莢(1)の部分に包含させることを意図した発射薬装薬(2)の少なくとも一部のために、多孔発射薬棒(11)が選択され、この多孔発射薬棒(11)がその縦方向に横断的に孔をあけられており、かつ等辺台形断面を持ち、この断面が安定化フィン(5−10)間の空間に適合されており、その断面寸法と角度が、二つのかかる発射薬棒(11)がそれらの幅広の平行な辺で互いに対接して等辺六角形断面を持つ複合二重発射薬棒(12)を形成するように互いに適合されていることを特徴とする方法。
- 実際の発射薬装薬(2)内の台形断面の発射薬棒(11)が、対として組合されて等辺六角形断面の複合二重発射薬棒(12)を形成し、かつ単独で使用されて並んで配置されたかかる複合二重発射薬棒(12)間に及び矢弾発射体の安定化フィン(5−10)と薬莢(1)の内側の間に残る空間を満たすことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 台形断面の発射薬棒(11)が組合されてブロック単位(16)を形成し、これらのブロック単位が矢弾発射体(3)のそれぞれの安定化フィン(5−10)間にはまり込むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 薬莢(1)の内側に面することを意図したブロック単位(16)の外表面が機械加工により薬莢(1)の曲がった内側に適合させられることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 多数の固定された安定化フィン(5−10)を持つ縮射口径のフィン安定化された矢弾発射体(3)のための発射薬装薬(2)を請求項1から4のいずれか一つによる方法により製造するために意図し、かつ縦方向に横断的に多数の孔をあけられた発射薬棒(11)において、各発射薬棒(11)が等辺台形断面を持ち、この断面が二つのかかる発射薬棒(11)がそれらの幅広の平行辺で互いに対接して等辺六角形断面を持つ複合二重発射薬棒(12)を形成することを意味することを特徴とする発射薬棒。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか一つによる方法により製造されることを特徴とする多孔発射薬棒の発射薬装薬。
