Description

The present invention relates to a storage shelf that is used by being attached to, for example, a drawer door having a large effective height installed in a system kitchen.

In the system kitchen, below the sink and below the gas table, a drawer having a large effective height capable of storing a relatively large cooking utensil such as a pan or a frying pan is provided. Patent Document 1 below discloses that a storage pocket that can store a tall storage item is provided inside the drawer by utilizing the large vertical dimension of the drawer.
JP 2004-290420 A

The storage pocket described in Patent Document 1 is convenient for storing an elongated food packaging film box or a large-sized cooking utensil such as a tadama or frying pan. However, depending on the user, a short storage item such as a seasoning container may be stored in the storage pocket. Since the storage pocket described in Patent Document 1 is provided at a low position assuming that a tall storage item can be put in, if the storage item with a short height is stored, the waist must bend for taking in and out, The burden on the user increases.

In order to make it easy to put in and out a short stored item, it is also possible to attach a storage pocket at a high position. However, in this case, when a tall stored item is stored, the stored item protrudes upward from the drawer, so that the door cannot be closed.

This invention is made in view of the above situations, and it aims at providing the storage shelf which can switch the height of the shelf of a storage shelf according to the height of the back of a storage thing. .

The present invention is a storage shelf comprising a shelf frame member that can be attached to a wall surface and a shelf member that is attached to the shelf frame member in order to support stored items from below,
The shelf member is
A first shelf on which the stored item can be placed in a first posture at a higher position;
A second shelf on which the stored item can be placed in a second posture at a lower position;
A shelf mounting portion that can switch the mounting state of the shelf member to the shelf frame member to either the first posture or the second posture.

According to this configuration, when a storage item with a short height is stored in the storage shelf, the shelf member is attached to the shelf frame member in the first posture. As a result, the first shelf is arranged at a higher position, and it is easy to put in and out a short stored item, and the burden on the user can be reduced. In addition, when storing tall items exclusively in the storage shelf, the shelf member is attached to the shelf frame member in the second posture. Thereby, the second shelf is arranged at a lower position. Therefore, for example, when a storage shelf is provided in the drawer, a tall storage item can be stored without obstructing the opening and closing of the drawer.

In the above configuration, the first shelf and the second shelf are connected to each other at right angles, and in the first posture, the second shelf is the first shelf. It is preferable to arrange it vertically so as to extend upward from the part.
In this case, the second shelf functions as a wall extending upward from the first shelf, and the movement of the storage items placed on the first shelf (for example, from the first shelf). It is possible to limit (falling).

A pair of front and rear engaged portions are provided at a lower portion of the shelf frame member with a space in the front-rear direction, and the shelf mounting portion is a rear engaging portion that is detachable from the rear engaged portion; A front engaging portion that is detachable from the engaged portion on the front side, the rear engaging portion is formed at a rear end of the first shelf, and the front engaging portion is It is preferable that it is formed at the front end of the first shelf.
According to this configuration, the shelf member can be attached to the shelf frame member in the first posture by engaging the front and rear engaging portions with the front and rear engaged portions, respectively. Further, by engaging only the rear engagement portion with the rear engaged portion, or by engaging only the front engagement portion with the front engaged portion, 90 ° with respect to the first posture. The shelf member can be attached to the shelf frame member in the rotated second posture.

In the second posture, it is preferable that the shelf member is provided with a posture setting unit that sets the posture of the second shelf to be inclined upward. As a result, the stored items placed on the second shelf can easily be inclined backward, and the stored items can be prevented from falling forward.

According to the present invention, the height (depth) of the shelf can be changed according to the height of the stored item. Therefore, it is possible to configure a storage shelf that is easy to use according to the user's application.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a storage shelf 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention. The storage shelf 10 of the present embodiment is used by being attached to the inner wall surface of a drawer door 11 having a large effective height provided in a system kitchen or the like. In the present specification, the front side when the storage shelf 10 is viewed from the front is the front side, and the side attached to the door 11 is the rear side. 1, 3, and 4, the direction corresponding to the front is indicated by an arrow F.

The storage shelf 10 includes a shelf member 13 and a shelf frame member 14. The shelf frame member 14 includes left and right side wall portions 15 and a front wall portion 16. A space surrounded by the left and right side wall portions 15, the front wall portion 16, and the inner wall surface of the door 11 is used as a storage space for stored items.
The side wall portion 15 is made of a synthetic resin or metal plate, and an opening 18 penetrating in the left-right direction is formed in the center portion. The upper edge of the side wall portion 15 is formed in a downwardly inclined manner. A concave groove 19 extending downward from the upper edge is formed on the inner surface of the side wall portion 15, and a partition bar 20 that divides the storage shelf 10 into the front and rear is detachably attached to the concave groove 19. .

An attachment portion 22 for attaching the storage shelf 10 to the inner wall surface of the door 11 is integrally formed at the rear end portion of the side wall portion 15 so as to extend toward the left and right inward. The attachment portion 22 is attached to the inner wall surface of the door 11 by a magnet, a suction cup, a screw, or a combination thereof.
The front wall portion 16 is constructed on the upper portion of the front end edge of the left and right side wall portions 15. The front wall portion 16 is made of a metal or synthetic resin plate material, and is formed in a belt shape having a dimension in the left-right direction larger than the dimension in the vertical direction. The vertical dimension of the front wall part 16 is smaller than the vertical dimension of the side wall part 15, and the space between the left and right side wall parts 15 is opened forward on the lower side of the front wall part 16.

A pair of front and rear connecting bars 24 </ b> F and 24 </ b> R are installed on the lower ends of the left and right side wall portions 15. The left and right side wall portions 15 are connected to each other by the front wall portion 16 and the connection bars 24F and 24R. The connection bars 24F and 24R are hollow bars or solid bars made of metal or synthetic resin, and in the present embodiment, round bars having a circular cross section are used. The connecting bars 24F and 24R function as attached portions (engaged portions) to which the shelf member 13 is attached as will be described later.

The shelf member 13 is made of synthetic resin or metal, and includes a first shelf portion 26 formed in a rectangular plate shape and a second shelf portion 27 formed in a rectangular plate shape. The first shelf 26 and the second shelf 27 are orthogonal to each other so that one end portions (long sides) in the short direction are connected to each other and form an L shape.
The shelf member 13 of the present embodiment has a first posture using the first shelf 26 (see FIG. 2A) and a second posture using the second shelf 27 (FIG. 2 ( b) is attached to the shelf frame member 14 so as to be switchable. In FIG. 2, a partition plate 28 for partitioning the inside of the storage shelf 10 to the left and right is attached to the front wall portion 16 so as to be slidable in the left-right direction.

FIG. 3 is a longitudinal sectional view of the storage shelf 10 when the shelf member 13 is attached to the shelf frame member 14 in the first posture. A pair of front and rear engaging portions (shelf mounting portions) 29 and 30 are provided on the lower surfaces of both end portions in the short direction (front and rear direction) of the first shelf portion 26. The rear engagement portion 29 is formed in a substantially C-shaped cross section that opens downward, and is engaged (fitted) from above with respect to the rear connection bar 24R. The front engaging portion 30 is formed in a substantially L shape so as to extend downward and rearward from the front end edge of the first shelf portion 26. A groove having a substantially U-shaped cross section opened rearward is formed by the front engagement portion 30 and the first shelf portion 26, and the front engagement portion 30 is configured to fit the front connection bar 24F in the groove. Engage with the connecting bars 24F, 24R. In addition, although the front engaging part 29 and the rear engaging part 30 are formed over the full width of the left-right direction of the shelf member 13, it may be formed in several places (for example, both ends, the center, etc.) of the width direction. Good.

The first shelf 26 is disposed in a lateral orientation along the front-rear direction on the front and rear connection bars 24F, 24R, and the second shelf 27 is directed upward from the front end of the first shelf 26. And is arranged in a vertical orientation. The second shelf 27 is disposed on the lower side of the front wall 16 at substantially the same front-rear position as the front wall 16. Therefore, when the shelf member 13 is in the first posture, the first shelf portion 26 functions as a substantial shelf, and the second shelf portion 27 is a wall that blocks the lower open portion of the front wall portion 16. It is functioning.

FIG. 4 is a longitudinal sectional view of the storage shelf 10 when the shelf member 13 is attached to the shelf frame member 14 in the second posture. The rear engagement portion 29 formed on the first shelf 26 is engaged with the rear connection bar 24R, but the front engagement portion 30 is not engaged with the front connection bar 24F. And the shelf member 13 is connected in the state hung by the rear connection bar 24R. Therefore, the second posture of the shelf member 13 is a posture rotated about 90 degrees downward from the first posture around the connecting bar 24R on the rear side. When the shelf member 13 is changed from the first posture to the second posture, the front engagement portion 29 and the rear engagement portion 30 of the shelf member 13 are once removed from the connection bars 24F and 24R, and the rear of the shelf member 13 is restored. The engaging portion 29 is connected to the rear connecting bar 24R.

The first shelf 26 extends downward from the rear connection bar 24R and is arranged in a vertical posture. The second shelf 27 extends from the lower end of the first shelf 26 in the forward direction, and is arranged in a lateral posture along the front-rear direction. Therefore, in the second posture, the second shelf 27 functions as a substantial shelf. The first shelf 26 functions as a connecting member for connecting to the connecting bar 24 </ b> R in a state where the second shelf 27 is disposed at a predetermined interval below the shelf frame member 14. The second shelf 27 in the second posture is arranged at a position lower than the first shelf 26 in the first posture.

When the shelf member 13 is in the second posture, the front engagement portion 30 abuts against the inner wall surface of the door 11, and the posture is maintained so that the second shelf portion 27 is disposed in a slightly upwardly inclined shape. (The inclination angle of the second shelf 27 with respect to the horizontal direction is indicated by θ). In other words, in the second posture, the front engaging portion 30 functions as a posture setting portion that sets the posture of the second shelf 27 to a forwardly rising inclination. At the rear end of the front engagement portion 30, a contact portion 32 that protrudes backward (bends) and contacts the inner wall surface is formed.

In the above configuration, when the shelf member 13 is in the first posture as shown in FIG. 3 and the first shelf 26 is used, it is easy to put in and out a short storage item (for example, the seasoning container Y1). Can be done. However, in this case, when a tall stored item Y2 is stored like a food packaging film box, the stored item Y2 protrudes above the door 11 and closes the drawer 9, as shown in FIG. become unable.
Therefore, when the storage shelf 10 is used exclusively for storing the tall items Y2, the shelf member 13 is set to the second posture and the second shelf 27 is used as shown in FIG. This makes it possible to store the tall storage item Y2 without hindering the opening and closing of the drawer.

As shown in FIG. 3, when the shelf member 13 is in the first posture, the second shelf 27 functions as a wall that blocks the lower open portion of the front wall 16, so that the stored item Y <b> 1 falls. Can be prevented.
As shown in FIG. 4, when the shelf member 13 is in the second posture, the second shelf 27 is arranged in an upwardly inclined manner, so the stored item Y2 supported by the second shelf 27 is The posture is such that it falls on the inner wall surface of the door 11. Therefore, the stored item Y2 can be prevented from falling forward, and the stored item Y2 can be prevented from being in the way when a cooking utensil or the like is taken in or out of the drawer.

Since the rear engagement portion 29 and the rear connection bar 24R are used both when the shelf member 13 is in the first posture and in the second posture, the individual engagement is performed for each posture. The number of parts can be reduced as compared with the case where the portion and the connecting bar are provided, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.

The present invention is not limited to the embodiment described above, and can be appropriately changed in design.
In the above embodiment, the engaged portions (the connecting bars 24F and 24R) for connecting the shelf member 13 to the shelf frame member 14 are formed to have a length extending to the left and right side wall portions 15. The joint portion may be formed in a protruding shape that protrudes inward from the left and right side wall portions 15 (in this case, four engaged portions are provided).
