Description
前記電池部は、
板状部材によって長方形状に縁取られた外枠と、該外枠の内部の略中央の高さ位置に支持され、リチウム単セルを直列に複数個連設固定して長尺に形成される1つのタンデムセル(組電池)の直列の軸が前記外枠の長手方向と同一方向になるように複数個ずつ並列に配置し、該並列に配置したそれぞれのタンデムセル(組電池)の両端に、該複数個のタンデムセル(組電池)を直列に接続する接続金具を設けて嵌め込み、前記タンデムセル(組電池)が走行の際の振動によって動かないように支持する支持部を複数個設けた中子とを備えるケース本体を有し、前記ケース本体の外枠に、上下に空気を流すための通気孔が多数設けられているカバーを装着して構成し,
回路部は、
前記リチウム単電池毎の電圧を検知し、該検知した各リチウム単電池の電圧が基準値よりも大きい場合に放電させて他の各リチウム単電池の電圧と略同一にさせるため充放電状態を調整するバイパス放電回路群を搭載する放熱板と、前記リチウム単電池毎にバイパス放電回路を配置し、前記リチウム単電池毎に検出し該リチウム単電池の電力出力のオンオフ制御と、該リチウム電池の電力充電のオンオフ制御と、前記リチウム単電池の電圧検出と、該リチウム単電池の放電制御とを行う電池制御部とからなり、前記放熱板を上段又は下段、前記電池制御部下段又は上段の二層に配置構成してなり,
前記電池部と前記回路部とを制御し、エンジン駆動シャフトを介して伝達されるエンジンの駆動力(トルク)と、モータ駆動シャフトを介して伝達されるモータの駆動力(トルク)とを加算して総合した駆動力(トルク)をシャフトを介して車輪軸に伝達し、車輪を回転させ車両の走行を制御する制御部を設け、
前記制御部には、
前記リチウム単電池毎に検出した個々の電圧を比較し、検出した電圧値の最も低い電圧に対して所定電圧値以上の電位差が生じた前記リチウム単電池に接続される前記バイパス放電回路をスイッチングし、電位差が所定電圧値以下になるように電圧調整を行う機能と、
前記複数個のタンデムセル(組電池)の直列電圧値が第1の基準電圧より低いときには、エンジンのアシスト力として用いる前記走行モータのスイッチをオフにし、前記複数個のタンデムセル(組電池)の直列電圧値が第2の基準電圧に達しているときに前記タンデムセル(組電池)の充電のスイッチをオフにするスイッチング機能と、
前記リチウム単電池の個々の電圧を検知し、該検出したリチウム単電池の個々の電圧の電圧値から各リチウム単電池の内部抵抗値を演算し、該演算した内部抵抗値に基づいて前記各リチウム単電池の異常を診断する自己診断機能と、
前記タンデムセル(組電池)を構成しているリチウム単電池の個々の電池温度を検出し、該検出電池温度が第1の設定温度を上に超えたときにタンデムセル冷却用ファンのスイッチをオンし、該検出電池温度が第2の設定温度を下に超えたときにタンデムセル冷却用ファンのスイッチをオフする電池冷却機能と、
前記リチウム単電池の個々の電圧を検知し、前記タンデムセル(組電池)の充電率を演算し、自動車走行時のアクセル踏込量に応じた充電率に対するトルク分配特性に応じて前記走行モータに電流を供給するエンジンアシスト機能と、
を設け、
アクセル踏込量(アクセル指令値)と前記走行モータを駆動するリチウム電池モジュールの充電率に基づいてエンジンが負担するトルクと前記走行モータが負担するトルクのトルク分配を決定し、該決定されたトルク分配に基づいて前記リチウム電池モジュールから前記走行モータへ供給する車両の走行時における前記走行モータ用の電力を制御することを特徴としている。

Claims (5)
- エンジンの補助(加速時のアシスト)に用いたり、平坦な道路でのエンジンを停止して走行モータだけで走行するときの走行モータを駆動する電力源である電池部と、該電池部の一方の端部に設けられ、該電池部の電力を前記走行モータに供給する回路部とからなるリチウム電池モジュールを備え,
前記電池部は、
板状部材によって長方形状に縁取られた外枠と、該外枠の内部の略中央の高さ位置に支持され、リチウム単セルを直列に複数個連設固定して長尺に形成される1つのタンデムセル(組電池)の直列の軸が前記外枠の長手方向と同一方向になるように複数個ずつ並列に配置し、該並列に配置したそれぞれのタンデムセル(組電池)の両端に、該複数個のタンデムセル(組電池)を直列に接続する接続金具を設けて嵌め込み、前記タンデムセル(組電池)が走行の際の振動によって動かないように支持する支持部を複数個設けた中子とを備えるケース本体を有し、前記ケース本体の外枠に、上下に空気を流すための通気孔が多数設けられているカバーを装着して構成し,
回路部は、
前記リチウム単電池毎の電圧を検知し、該検知した各リチウム単電池の電圧が基準値よりも大きい場合に放電させて他の各リチウム単電池の電圧と略同一にさせるため充放電状態を調整するバイパス放電回路群を搭載する放熱板と、前記リチウム単電池毎にバイパス放電回路を配置し、前記リチウム単電池毎に検出し該リチウム単電池の電力出力のオンオフ制御と、該リチウム電池の電力充電のオンオフ制御と、前記リチウム単電池の電圧検出と、該リチウム単電池の放電制御とを行う電池制御部とからなり、前記放熱板を上段又は下段、前記電池制御部下段又は上段の二層に配置構成してなり,
前記電池部と前記回路部とを制御し、エンジン駆動シャフトを介して伝達されるエンジンの駆動力(トルク)と、モータ駆動シャフトを介して伝達されるモータの駆動力(トルク)とを加算して総合した駆動力(トルク)をシャフトを介して車輪軸に伝達し、車輪を回転させ車両の走行を制御する制御部を設け、
前記制御部には、
前記リチウム単電池毎に検出した個々の電圧を比較し、検出した電圧値の最も低い電圧に対して所定電圧値以上の電位差が生じた前記リチウム単電池に接続される前記バイパス放電回路をスイッチングし、電位差が所定電圧値以下になるように電圧調整を行う機能と、
前記複数個のタンデムセル(組電池)の直列電圧値が第1の基準電圧より低いときには、エンジンのアシスト力として用いる前記走行モータのスイッチをオフにし、前記複数個のタンデムセル(組電池)の直列電圧値が第2の基準電圧に達しているときに前記タンデムセル(組電池)の充電のスイッチをオフにするスイッチング機能と、
前記リチウム単電池の個々の電圧を検知し、該検出したリチウム単電池の個々の電圧の電圧値から各リチウム単電池の内部抵抗値を演算し、該演算した内部抵抗値に基づいて前記各リチウム単電池の異常を診断する自己診断機能と、
前記タンデムセル(組電池)を構成しているリチウム単電池の個々の電池温度を検出し、該検出電池温度が第1の設定温度を上に超えたときにタンデムセル冷却用ファンのスイッチをオンし、該検出電池温度が第2の設定温度を下に超えたときにタンデムセル冷却用ファンのスイッチをオフする電池冷却機能と、
前記リチウム単電池の個々の電圧を検知し、前記タンデムセル(組電池)の充電率を演算し、自動車走行時のアクセル踏込量に応じた充電率に対するトルク分配特性に応じて前記走行モータに電流を供給するエンジンアシスト機能と、
を設け、
アクセル踏込量(アクセル指令値)と前記走行モータを駆動するリチウム電池モジュールの充電率に基づいてエンジンが負担するトルクと前記走行モータが負担するトルクのトルク分配を決定し、該決定されたトルク分配に基づいて前記リチウム電池モジュールから前記走行モータへ供給する車両の走行時における前記走行モータ用の電力を制御する
ことを特徴とするリチウム電池を有する電池モジュールを用いた車両用制御システム。 - 前記複数個のタンデムセル(組電池)を構成するリチウム単電池毎の電圧は、
各リチウム単電池に接続されるバイパス放電回路をスイッチングすることにより行い、
前記各リチウム単電池に接続されるバイパス放電回路は、放熱板に配置し、
前記放熱板は、前記リチウム電池モジュールの端部の回路部に設置したものである
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウム電池を有する電池モジュールを用いた車両用制御システム。 - 前記放熱板の近傍には、コネクタが設けられており、
前記コネクタは、各リチウム単電池の両端に接続されている前記バイパス放電回路にそれぞれ接続されているものである
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のリチウム電池を有する電池モジュールを用いた車両用制御システム。 - 前記直列に接続した複数個のタンデムセル(組電池)の充放電の端子は、前記リチウム電池モジュールの回路部側に設けたものである
ことを特徴とする請求項1、2又は3に記載のリチウム電池を有する電池モジュールを用いた車両用制御システム。 - 前記放熱板の近傍に設けられたコネクタは、前記回路部に設けたものである
ことを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載のリチウム電池を有する電池モジュールを用いた車両用制御システム。
