Description

The present invention relates to a speaker frame and a speaker, and in particular, includes a diaphragm mounting portion for mounting an edge portion of a diaphragm, and a magnetic circuit component mounting portion for positioning a magnetic circuit for driving a voice coil disposed on the diaphragm. The present invention relates to a speaker frame and a speaker unit using the speaker frame.

A general speaker has a configuration in which a speaker unit having a structure in which a vibration system component (voice coil, damper, diaphragm) is assembled to a magnetic circuit component (yoke, plate, magnet) is supported by a housing.
There is a dynamic type speaker unit, and this type of speaker unit generally has the following configuration. FIG. 9 is a schematic diagram showing a schematic structure of a dynamic speaker unit. The speaker unit 300 has a configuration in which a magnetic circuit component 320 and a vibration system component 330 are arranged with respect to a speaker frame 310.
The magnetic circuit component 320 is in contact with the permanent magnet 321, the pole piece 322 attached to the front surface (sound emitting side front surface) of the permanent magnet 321, and the rear surface of the permanent magnet 321, so as to go around to the side of the permanent magnet. And a top plate 324 that is attached to the tip of the yoke 323 and forms a magnetic gap 360 between the pole piece 322 and the yoke 323. With this structure, the magnetic circuit forms a magnetic field in the magnetic gap 360.

The vibration system component 330 includes a vibration plate 331, a voice coil 333, and a damper 334. The diaphragm 331 is bonded to the inner periphery of the speaker frame 310 via an edge portion 331a formed around the diaphragm 331. A cylindrical bobbin 332 fixed to the inner periphery of the diaphragm 331 is inserted into the magnetic gap 360. A voice coil 333 to which a drive signal is applied is wound around the bobbin 332. When a drive signal is applied to the bobbin 332, the bobbin 332 vibrates by an electromagnetic force generated between the magnetic field and the diaphragm. 331 vibrates with the bobbin 332 to generate sound. The bobbin 332 is supported by a damper 334 and is arranged so as to be able to move in the magnetic gap 360 without touching the pole piece 322 and the top plate 324. In this example, a cap 335 is disposed at the center of the diaphragm 331.
As a speaker frame used in such a speaker unit, a magnetic circuit component mounting portion that covers the outside of the magnetic circuit component, is arranged around the vibration system component, and is arranged on the inner periphery of the diaphragm. And a diaphragm mounting portion to which the edge portion is attached.

By the way, when the aperture and input / output power of the speaker unit increase, the magnetic circuit components and other members increase in size and the mass thereof increases, and the speaker frame needs to have high rigidity so that these masses can be maintained. is there.
However, in a conventional steel or aluminum die-cast speaker frame, when the speaker unit is driven, the resonance reverberation sound of the speaker frame has a strong influence on the reproduced sound and may adversely affect the reproduced sound quality of the speaker.
In response to this situation, damping materials such as felt and cushioning materials may be placed on the speaker frame. However, placing such damping materials increases the number of parts and affixes damping materials. In addition to being troublesome and costly, there are problems that the appearance quality of the speaker is degraded.
Therefore, the present invention provides a speaker frame and a speaker capable of reducing the resonance reverberation sound of the speaker frame without disposing a special member such as a vibration damping material and improving the appearance quality. Objective.

To achieve the above object, a first aspect of the present invention is a magnetic circuit component in which a diaphragm mounting portion to which an edge portion of a diaphragm in a speaker is mounted and a magnetic circuit for driving a voice coil disposed on the diaphragm are disposed. By attaching, the rod-like connecting member is fixed to the diaphragm attaching portion and the magnetic circuit component attaching portion . A plurality of rod-like connecting members constituting the connecting portion have different natural frequencies and can prevent resonance reverberation at a single frequency, and the resonance reverberation can be dispersed to low values at a plurality of frequencies, so as a separate member in particular. The sound pressure of the resonance reverberation sound of the speaker frame can be reduced without arranging the damping material, and the appearance quality is not lowered because it is not necessary to add a damping material or the like .

Further, since the speaker frame is assembled by fastening the male screw portion at the end of the rod-like connecting member with a nut, the attachment strength to the edge portion of the rod-like connecting member and the magnetic circuit component attaching portion can be reliably maintained. In addition, the appearance quality can be improved as compared with caulking or welding.
Moreover, if the material of a rod-shaped connection member and a nut is changed alternately, it can be set as the thing excellent in design property .

According to the present invention, it is possible to reduce the resonance reverberation sound of the speaker frame without disposing a special member such as a damping material. Further, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a loudspeaker frame having high design and good appearance by regularly arranging rod-shaped connecting members of different material shapes. Furthermore, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a speaker having a high quality characteristic with less resonance reverberation sound of the speaker frame.

Hereinafter, a speaker frame according to the present invention will be described in detail based on the embodiments shown in the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a speaker frame according to a first embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is an enlarged perspective view of the speaker frame shown in FIG.
The speaker unit including the speaker frame 100 of the present invention has a structure in which a vibration system component (voice coil, damper, diaphragm) is assembled to a magnetic circuit component (yoke, plate, magnet).
The speaker frame 100 includes an annular diaphragm mounting portion 110 that supports an edge portion of a diaphragm (not shown), and a cylindrical magnetic circuit component mounting portion 120 that supports a magnetic circuit component with a smaller diameter than the diaphragm mounting portion 110. Is manufactured by aluminum die casting as a separate member. Between the diaphragm mounting portion 110 and the magnetic circuit component mounting portion 120 that are coaxially arranged in the front-rear positional relationship, two types of rod-shaped connecting members formed of two different types of metals as the connecting portion 130, that is, stainless steel. A plurality of, for example, 14 first rod-like connecting members 140 made of steel, and a plurality of, for example, 14 second rod-like connecting members 150 made of brass, are arranged, and the diaphragm mounting portion 110 and The magnetic circuit component mounting part 120 is coupled.

Here, the diaphragm mounting portion 110 has an annular shape, and mounting holes for inserting and fixing the front end portions of the first rod-like connecting member 140 and the second rod-like connecting member 150 penetrate the upper and lower surfaces of the diaphragm attaching portion 110. Has been established to do. The magnetic circuit component mounting portion 120 is a cylindrical member, and is attached to the outer periphery of the cylindrical main body in a thin annular shape that fixes the rear end portions of the first rod-shaped connecting member 140 and the second rod-shaped connecting member 150. A flange portion 121 is formed in an overhanging manner. The mounting flange portion 121 is provided with a mounting hole portion for inserting and supporting the rear end portions of the first rod-shaped connecting member 140 and the second rod-shaped connecting member 150.

In the present embodiment, in the connecting portion 130, the first rod-like connecting member 140 and the second rod-like connecting member 150 intersect in an X shape at equal intervals between the diaphragm attaching portion 110 and the magnetic circuit component attaching portion 120. Are regularly arranged. For this reason, the speaker frame 100 according to the present example is excellent in design and looks good. In the above example, the first rod-like connecting member 140 is made of stainless steel and the second rod-like connecting member 150 is made of brass. However, the material is not limited to these, and the rod-like connecting member may be another metal material or engineering. It can be made of plastic.
In the present embodiment, the first rod-like connecting member 140 and the second rod-like connecting member 150 are arranged between the diaphragm mounting portion 110 and the mounting flange portion 121 formed on the magnetic circuit component mounting portion 120. The male screw portion provided at the front end portion is inserted into the hole portion provided in the diaphragm mounting portion 110 and fastened and fixed with a nut (not shown), and the male screw portion provided at the rear end portion on the lower surface side of the mounting flange portion 121 is provided. The male screw part is fastened and fixed with a nut 160. At this time, the front end side nut and the nut 160 are in contact with the front surface of the magnetic circuit component mounting portion 120 and the rear surface 121a of the mounting flange portion 121, respectively. It is preferable that the male screw portions formed at both front and rear end portions are inclined with respect to the mounting flange portion 121 by a predetermined angle (θ in FIG. 2).

Next, an experiment performed on the resonance reverberation characteristics of the speaker frame 100 according to this example will be described. FIG. 3 is a graph showing the reverberation resonance characteristics of the speaker frame, (a) is a graph showing the resonance reverberation characteristics of the conventional speaker frame, and (b) is the reverberation resonance characteristic of the speaker frame according to this example. It is a graph. As shown in FIG. 3 (a), in a conventional aluminum die-cast speaker frame, the reverberation time at a single frequency is long, and this resonance reverberation sound generates a so-called frame sound, resulting in a large distortion sound. It becomes a cause of malfunctions.
On the other hand, in the speaker frame according to the present embodiment, the peaks indicating the frequency of the reverberation resonance sound are dispersed in a large number, and the reverberation time is shortened. This is because the diaphragm mounting portion 110 and the magnetic circuit component mounting portion 120 of the frame are made of aluminum die cast, and the first and second rod-like connecting members 140 and 150 are made of stainless steel and brass. This is considered to be due to the fact that the natural resonance point and the resonance frequency of the member formed in (1) are different. In order to verify this, as a similar experiment, the rod-like connecting member was subjected to the condition of only brass and only stainless steel. In this case as well, the reverberation time was shorter than in the case of the conventional aluminum die cast, but it did not reach the excellent effect of this embodiment. From this, it can be understood that the resonance frequency is dispersed in the speaker frame assembled with a plurality of types of materials to be configured and having different natural resonance points and resonance frequencies.

Next, a speaker frame according to a second embodiment will be described. 4 is a perspective view showing a speaker frame according to the second embodiment, FIG. 5 is a partially enlarged perspective view from the front side of the speaker frame shown in FIG. 4, and FIG. 6 is a speaker frame shown in FIG. FIGS. 2A and 2B show a frame, in which FIG. 1A is an enlarged perspective view from the back side, FIG. 2B is a perspective view of a rod-like connecting member, and FIG. 2C is a perspective view of the rod-like connecting member.
In the speaker frame 200 of the present embodiment, a diaphragm mounting part 210 and a magnetic circuit component mounting part 220 that support the edge part of the diaphragm are configured as separate members by aluminum die casting. Then, there are three different types of connecting portions 230 between the diaphragm mounting portion 210 and the magnetic circuit component mounting portion 220 that are coaxially arranged in the front-rear position relationship, that is, the first, second, and third rod-shaped connecting members. They are connected by 240, 250 and 260. In this embodiment, four each of the rod-like connecting members 240, 250, 260 are arranged.
The diaphragm mounting portion 210 is annular and is opened so that holes for mounting the first, second, and third rod-shaped connecting members 240, 250, and 260 penetrate the upper surface and the lower surface of the diaphragm mounting portion 210. . In the present embodiment, the hole 211 formed in the diaphragm mounting portion 210 extends to the inner periphery of the diaphragm mounting portion 210 in order to improve the assembly of the third rod-like connecting member 260 to the diaphragm mounting portion 210. An opening is provided. That is, the hole 211 is opened at the inner peripheral edge of the diaphragm mounting portion 210. In addition, the magnetic circuit component mounting portion 220 is a cylindrical member having a through-hole, and mounting flange portions 221 of the first, second, and third rod-shaped connecting members 240, 250, and 260 are formed to protrude on the outer peripheral surface, The mounting flange portion 221 is formed with a mounting piece portion 222 for mounting the first rod-shaped connecting member 240, and has holes for mounting the second and third rod-shaped connecting members 250 and 260.

The first rod-shaped connecting member 240 is disposed orthogonal to the diaphragm mounting part 210 and the magnetic circuit component mounting part 220. That is, the first rod-shaped connecting member 240 is made of stainless steel and / or brass, and as shown in FIG. 6B, shoulder portions 243 and small-diameter male screws are stepped at both ends of the large-diameter shaft portion 241. A portion 242 is provided. The first rod-like connecting member 240 is inserted into a mounting hole formed in the mounting flange portion 221 of the diaphragm mounting portion 210 and the magnetic circuit component mounting portion 220, and a nut 270 is screwed into both male screw portions 242, and the shoulder portion 243 The diaphragm mounting portion 210 and the magnetic circuit component mounting portion 220 are fixed between the nut 270 and the nut 270. At this time, a material made of stainless steel and a material made of brass can be alternately arranged. In this case, the design of the speaker frame 200 can be improved, and the first rod-shaped connecting member 240 can be improved. The resonance reverberation sound frequencies can be made two types, and the resonance reverberation characteristics of the speaker frame can be improved.
The second and third rod-like connecting members 250 and 260 have the same shape and are made of different materials, in this embodiment, stainless steel and brass. In this embodiment, for example, the second rod-like connecting member 250 is made of stainless steel, the third rod-like connecting member 260 is made of brass, and a substantially spherical head 252 at the rear ends of the shaft portions 251 and 261. , 262 are formed. Further, stepped shoulder portions 253 and 253 and male screw portions 254 and 264 are formed at the other ends (front ends) of the shaft portions 251 and 261, respectively. The male screw portions 254 and 264 have substantially spherical washer members 280. The nut 290 is screwed in via.

In the present embodiment, the rod-like connecting members 240 and 250 are arranged so as to be inclined with respect to the diaphragm mounting part 210 and the magnetic circuit component mounting part 220 at a predetermined angle and intersect. By using the two types of rod-like connecting members 240 and 250 made of different materials in this way, the reverberation characteristics can be improved by dispersing the frequency of the resonance reverberation sound. Moreover, it can be set as the thing excellent in design property by arrange | positioning the rod-shaped connection member of a different raw material alternately.
The washer member 280 can be made of a metal such as an aluminum alloy, stainless steel or brass, or a synthetic resin such as engineering plastic. The nut 290 can be made of aluminum alloy, stainless steel, or brass. The washer member 280 and the nut 290 can be made of the same material as or different materials from the second and third rod-like connecting members 250 and 260 to be attached. By using washers and nuts made of different materials from the rod-shaped connecting member, the resonance reverberation characteristics of the speaker frame can be improved by dispersing the frequency of the resonance reverberation sound, and the design of the speaker frame can be improved. it can.

Next, FIGS. 7A and 7B are a front view and a side view showing the configuration of a rod-like connecting member 255 according to another embodiment, and this rod-like connecting member 255 is a rod-like member in each of the above embodiments. The connecting members 140, 150, 250, and 260 can be used instead.
The rod-like connecting member 255 has a shaft portion 256a having shoulder portions 256a extending in a direction obliquely intersecting the axial direction on both end surfaces in the axial direction, and protrudes in a direction perpendicular to the shoulder portions from the center portion of each shoulder portion 256a. A male screw portion 257. Since both shoulder portions 256a are parallel to each other, they can be brought into surface contact with the mounting surface of the vibration plate mounting portion and the mounting flange portion, while being provided on the vibration plate mounting portion and the mounting flange portion. The male screw portion 257 can be inserted into the hole and fixed with a nut. That is, the shaft portion and the male screw portion of the rod-shaped connecting member do not need to be linear, and may have a shape that intersects obliquely as in this example, and this embodiment can improve the mounting workability. it can.

Next, FIGS. 8A to 8E are a front view, a side view, a plan view, a bottom view, and a sectional view showing the configuration of a rod-like connecting member 258 according to another embodiment of the present invention.
This rod-shaped connecting member 258 has female screw portions 258b formed at both ends of the shaft portion 258a, and the rod-shaped connecting member 258 is attached to the diaphragm mounting portion and the magnetic circuit component mounting portion using male screws (not shown) screwed to the female screw portion 258b. It is characteristic that it is fixed to.
The rod-like connecting member 258 has a shaft portion 258a having end surfaces 258b extending in a direction obliquely intersecting the axial direction on both end surfaces in the axial direction, and a hole-like shape penetrating from the center of the both end surfaces 258b to the side surface of the shaft portion. An internal thread portion 258c. The female screw portion 258c is a hole that is orthogonal to the surface of the shoulder portion that is inclined at a predetermined angle with respect to the axial direction of the shaft portion, and is open on the side surface of the shaft portion.
A simple hole may be provided instead of the female screw portion.
With both end surfaces 258b in surface contact with the diaphragm mounting portion and the magnetic circuit component mounting portion, each female screw portion 258c communicates with a hole provided in the diaphragm mounting portion and the magnetic circuit component mounting portion. The rod-like connecting member 258 can be attached by screwing the male screw inserted from the portion 258c into each hole.

In addition, in order to apply an adhesive for preventing looseness and preventing wrinkles on the head portion of the rod-like connecting member and the abutting portion of the washer in the vibration plate mounting portion and the magnetic circuit component mounting portion, the vibration plate mounting portion and the magnetic circuit An adhesive injection groove or an adhesive injection hole can be formed in the component mounting portion. According to such a configuration, it is possible to easily dispose the adhesive when the speaker frame is assembled.
Further, the portions of the diaphragm mounting portion and the magnetic circuit component mounting portion that are in contact with the heads of the rod-like connecting members and the washer members do not need to be through holes, and may be concave portions having arcuate inner walls. In addition, the hole portion into which the male screw portion is obliquely inserted in the diaphragm attachment portion or the magnetic circuit component attachment portion is not necessarily an oblique hole portion having an inner diameter for tightly inserting and supporting the male screw portion (a hole whose inner wall is inclined with each attachment portion). The inner wall may be a simple rectangular (oval) elongated hole that is orthogonal to each mounting portion. According to such a structure, it can be set as the simple structure which can remove the manufacturing type | mold of a diaphragm attaching part and a magnetic circuit component attaching part up and down.
Furthermore, the hole for mounting the rod-shaped connecting member provided in the mounting flange portion of the magnetic circuit component mounting portion is extended to the outer peripheral edge of the mounting flange portion in order to improve the assembly of the rod-shaped connecting member. And you may make it open at an outer periphery part. According to such a configuration, the male screw portions of the second and third rod-like connecting members can be assembled so as to be fitted from the outside of the mounting flange portion, and the speaker frame can be easily assembled.

In each of the above examples, the material of each part has been described as an example of a high-strength metal such as brass or stainless steel. However, high-input / output, large-diameter, etc. When the target speaker unit is used, a rod-shaped connecting member made of iron or synthetic resin can be used. As the synthetic resin, engineering plastics can be used. For example, even if the material is made of the same ABS resin, the same shape can be used by using a glass fiber or the like mixed as a reinforcing material. Even this member can disperse the frequency of resonance reverberant sound. If a synthetic resin rod-shaped connecting member having different characteristics is adopted, the sound quality of the speaker unit can be improved, and the weight of the speaker can be reduced.
You may form the recessed part for arrange | positioning the fixing agent for noise generation prevention in the contact surface of the spherical head of a rod-shaped connection member in a diaphragm attachment part and a magnetic circuit component attachment part, and a spherical washer member. That is, a slot for an adhesive injection nozzle may be formed in advance on the spherical head and the spherical washer member in consideration of the loosening of the nut and the bond lock for preventing warping.
As described above, according to the speaker frame of the present invention, the resonance reverberant sound characteristics can be improved, and the speaker unit using the speaker frame has excellent acoustic characteristics. can do.
