Claims (13)
- 体積%で、ビスマス系ガラス組成物からなるガラス粉末40〜100%、耐火性フィラー粉末0〜60%含有する結晶性ビスマス系材料であって、
ビスマス系ガラス組成物が、ガラス組成として、モル%で、Bi2O3 30〜50%、B2O3 5〜25%、ZnO+CuO 31.2〜50%、ZnO 15〜40%、CuO 0.1〜25%、Fe2O3 0〜5%、SiO2+Al2O3 0〜7%、BaO+SrO+MgO+CaO 0〜6%、Sb2O3 0〜5%、WO3 0〜5%、In2O3+Ga2O3 0〜5%を含有し、且つ実質的にPbOを含有しないと共に、
結晶化温度より20℃低い温度で20分間焼成した結晶性ビスマス系材料の焼成体を試料とし、押棒式熱膨張係数測定装置で測定したときに、ガラス転移点および屈伏点が認められないことを特徴とする結晶性ビスマス系材料。 - 結晶化温度より20℃低い温度で20分間焼成した後に、Bi2O3・CuO結晶が析出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の結晶性ビスマス系材料。
- 470℃20分間の条件で焼成した焼成体を粉末試料とし、X線回折法で測定したときに、Bi2O3・CuO結晶のピーク強度が12Bi2O3・B2O3結晶のピーク強度よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の結晶性ビスマス系材料。
- 結晶性ビスマス系材料の軟化点をT1(℃)、結晶性ビスマス系材料の結晶化温度をT2(℃)としたときに、(T2−T1)>70℃の関係を満たすことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の結晶性ビスマス系材料。
- 耐火性フィラー粉末が、ZnO含有耐火性フィラー粉末であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の結晶性ビスマス系材料。
- 耐火性フィラー粉末が、ウイレマイト、酸化亜鉛、ガーナイト、ZnO・Al2O3・SiO2より選ばれた一種または二種以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の結晶性ビスマス系材料。
- 結晶性ビスマス系材料を所定形状に焼結させた結晶性タブレットであって、該結晶性ビスマス系材料が請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の結晶性ビスマス系材料であることを特徴とする結晶性タブレット。
- 拡径された排気管の先端部に、請求項7に記載の結晶性タブレットが取り付けられていることを特徴とするタブレット一体型排気管。
- 拡径された排気管の先端部に、請求項7に記載の結晶性タブレットと、軟化点が520℃以上の高融点タブレットとが取り付けられており、且つ結晶性タブレットが拡径された排気管の先端部側に取り付けられ、高融点タブレットが結晶性タブレットよりも後端部側に取り付けられていることを特徴とするタブレット一体型排気管。
- 平面表示装置または電子部品の封着材料に使用することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の結晶性ビスマス系材料。
- 請求項10に記載の結晶性ビスマス系材料で封着した平面表示装置または電子部品であって、該結晶性ビスマス系材料で形成される封着層にBi2O3・CuO結晶が析出していることを特徴とする平面表示装置または電子部品。
- 平面表示装置または電子部品の隔壁形成材料に使用することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の結晶性ビスマス系材料。
- 平面表示装置または電子部品のサイドフレーム形成材料に使用することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の結晶性ビスマス系材料。
