Description
Claims (12)
- アルミニウムで被覆された鋼板を変形することで構成部品を製造する方法であって、変形の前に第1の熱処理ステップで鋼板は第1の炉に導かれてオーステナイト化され、第1の炉における鋼板の炉内滞留時間は組織変態のほかに被覆層厚さの成長が行われるように選択される方法において、
第1の熱処理がされた鋼板(1)を急速に冷却し、引き続き一時収容するステップと、
構成部品(5)に変形する直前に第2の炉(11)においてオーステナイト化温度で鋼板(1)を再度短時間で加熱する第2の熱処理ステップと、
生じた組織変態の後で鋼板(1)を変形および硬化させるステップと
からなることを特徴とする方法。 - 第1の炉(7)における炉内滞留時間は9分から30分の間であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第2の炉(11)においてオーステナイト化温度で鋼板(1)を加熱する際には、炉内滞留時間は、組織変態のみが生じて被覆層厚さの成長はこれ以上生じないように選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第2の炉(11)における炉内滞留時間は10秒から2分30秒の間であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 第1の炉(7)における鋼板(1)の加熱は電気および/またはガスに基づいて行われ、これに対し第2の炉(11)における加熱は誘導加熱によって行われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第2の熱処理の間では鋼板(1)の表面が部分的に異なる引張強さとなるように加熱されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 鋼板(1)は第2の炉(11)で再度加熱される前に補強薄板を溶接して局部的に補強されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 鋼板(1)としてテーラードブランクが使用されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 請求項1ないし8のいずれか1項に記載の方法を実施する装置であって、
コイル(3)から鋼板(1)を作る工具(4)と、
鋼板(1)の被覆層厚さの成長を引き起こすことを含んで第1の熱処理をする第1の炉(7)と、
鋼板(1)の冷却領域(8)と、
鋼板(1)の一時収容場(9)と、
鋼板(1)を再度熱処理して第2の熱処理をする第2の炉(11)と、
プレス成形装置(14)と冷却装置(15)を備えた変形工具(13)と、
最終輪郭切断および穴切断を行う切断装置
とから構成されることを特徴とする装置。 - 第1の炉(7)では電気および/またはガスに基づき熱処理が行われ、第2の熱処理は誘導炉(11)で行われることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の装置。
- 一時収容場(9)と変形工具(13)との間に配置された搬送装置(10)に第2の炉(11)の代わりとして誘導子が組み込まれることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の装置。
- 冷却領域(8)と第2の炉(11)との間に、鋼板(1)へ補強薄板を溶接する作業所が配置されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の装置。
