Description
【0001】
【0038】

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail.
[0009]
The composition of the present invention contains the gel itself or the gel, and the gel has an appropriate hardness and a brittle feel.
[0010]
The gel of the present invention is not particularly limited as long as the intended effect of the present invention is exhibited. For example, a polymer selected from gellan gum, agar, gelatin, pectin, sodium alginate, carrageenan and farseleran (hereinafter, referred to as gellan gum) These are preferably gels formed from a polymer selected from “sometimes referred to as“ the polymer specific to the present invention ””. Among these, a gel formed from a polymer selected from gellan gum, pectin, sodium alginate and carrageenan is preferable, a gel formed from a polymer selected from gellan gum, pectin and carrageenan is more preferable, and a gel selected from gellan gum and pectin is preferred. More preferred are gels formed from molecules, and most preferred are gels formed from gellan gum.
[0011]
These may be used alone or in combination of two or more.
[0012]
The blending amount in the case of forming a gel using the above-mentioned specific polymer of the present invention is not particularly limited as long as the intended effect of the present invention is achieved, and can be appropriately set. Based on the weight, it is preferably about 0.005 to 5% by weight, and particularly preferably about 0.05 to 3% by weight. When the concentration of the specific polymer is 0.005% by weight or more, sufficient tactile sensation or use feeling and cleaning effect can be obtained when it is put in the mouth, and if it is within 5% by weight, it is broken by the stress of the mouth. This is preferable because a gel having an appropriate hardness can be obtained.
[0013]
When ions are required to form a gel, that is, when at least one of gellan gum, pectin, sodium alginate and carrageenan is used, the gel is preferably formed in the presence of a polyvalent cation.
[0014]
Examples of the polyvalent cation include divalent cations (for example, alkaline earth metal ions such as Mg 2+ and Ca 2+ ), and trivalent cations (for example, Al 3+ ). Of these, divalent cations are preferable, and calcium ions are particularly preferable.
[0015]
Although it does not specifically limit as a cation source, For example, water-soluble polyvalent of organic acids or inorganic acids, such as calcium lactate, magnesium lactate, calcium gluconate, calcium glycerophosphate, magnesium chloride, calcium chloride, magnesium sulfate, etc. Metal salts are mentioned, among which organic acid salts are preferred, and calcium lactate is particularly preferred.
[0016]
As for the combination of at least one of the above gellan gum, pectin, sodium alginate and carrageenan and a polyvalent cation, for example, gellan gum and calcium ion, pectin and calcium ion, carrageenan and calcium ion are preferably mentioned.
[0017]
The blending amount of the water-soluble polyvalent metal salt as the cation source can be appropriately set according to at least one kind and amount of gellan gum, pectin, sodium alginate and carrageenan, and the desired gel hardness. Usually, about 0.01 to 2% by weight, particularly about 0.05 to 1% by weight is preferable based on the total amount of the composition. For example, when calcium lactate is used as the cation source, the calcium lactate may be about 0.01 to 1% by weight, preferably about 0.05 to 0.5% by weight, based on the total weight of the composition. . The amount of use in the case of using another cation source can be appropriately set with reference to the above range.
[0018]
The amount of water used at the time of preparing the gel of the composition of the present invention is not particularly limited as long as the desired effect can be obtained, and can be appropriately set, but usually 30 to 90 based on the total weight of the gel. It is about wt%, preferably about 50 to 90 wt%.
[0019]
As pH of the composition for intraoral cleaning in this invention, about 5.5-7.5 are preferable, More preferably, it is about 6-7. If the pH is 5.5 or higher, there is no risk of teeth decarburizing when applied to the oral cavity, and if the pH is 7.5 or lower, a gel with hardness sufficient to clean the oral cavity can be formed. preferable.
[0020]
In this invention, it is preferable to mix | blend a chelating agent so that the gel formed may become homogeneous. Examples of chelating agents include sodium salts and potassium salts such as citric acid, malic acid, tartaric acid, acetic acid, and phosphoric acid (usually about 0.001 to 0.5% by weight).
[0021]
The gel of the present invention can be blended with components that can be used in ordinary oral cleaning compositions.
[0022]
Specific examples of the wetting agent include ethanol, glycerin, sorbit, ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, 1,3-butylene glycol, polyethylene glycol, polypropylene glycol, xylitol, maltitol, lactitol, erythritol, palatinose, and palatinit.

[0030]
In addition, what is necessary is just to let the compounding quantity of these arbitrary components be the quantity of the grade currently mix | blended with the composition aiming at wash | cleaning the inside of an oral cavity in the grade which does not prevent the effect of this invention.
[0031]
Although the manufacturing method of this invention intraoral cleaning composition is not specifically limited, For example, it can carry out as follows.
[0032]
First, a component for forming a gel in water, for example, a polymer specific to the present invention is added and dissolved to add another component to the aqueous solution as an aqueous solution. After stirring, the gel can be obtained. When a polyvalent cation is used for forming the gel, other components are added to the aqueous polymer solution and stirred, and then an aqueous solution containing the polyvalent cation is added and mixed to form a gel.
[0033]
As the composition for intraoral cleaning of the present invention, the gel obtained as described above may be used as it is, for example, after gelation, the gel was cut into an appropriate size by stirring or passing through a mesh. Also included are fluid gels.
[0034]
Moreover, a gel with fluidity | liquidity can also be made by discharging a gel from a pump container or pressing out from the soft container which has a narrow opening | mouth. The composition of the present invention can be used in this manner, and the fluid gel obtained in this way is also included in the composition for oral cleaning of the present invention.
[0035]
If such a gel is used to remove plaque that is a cause of caries or periodontal disease, it is contained in the oral cavity and is physically broken and subdivided by physical destruction. Dirt in the mouth can be removed by stress. In addition, if such a gel is included in the mouth, the gel lump further collapses and can move smoothly in the oral cavity, such as the interdental part, and there is no sense of resistance. It is convenient because you can know the guideline. In addition to cleaning the oral cavity, it can also be expected to have a gingival massage effect.
[0036]
The composition of the present invention also includes a composition containing gel, water and other components as described above within a range not impeding the intended effect of the present invention.
[0037]
As described above, the composition for cleaning the oral cavity of the present invention is used to clean the oral cavity by using it so that the gel is physically made finer in the oral cavity like a normal mouthwash. It is a thing that exhales from the mouth without swallowing after use.
[0038]
