Description

The present invention relates to a socket for a light bulb.

Conventionally, for example, a two-core flat insulated vinyl sheath cable (hereinafter referred to as “VVF cable”) or a round type as illumination in which a plurality of light bulbs are disposed so as to surround a stand, or illumination temporarily used at a construction site An electric wire such as an insulated vinyl sheath cable (hereinafter referred to as “VVR cable”) is used as a trunk line, and a plurality of light bulb sockets are arranged so as to be branched into the trunk line. And as a general structure of this kind of socket for light bulbs, as shown in Patent Document 1, a cylindrical projection having a screw hole 9b at the center of the upper surface of the socket body 9, and the cylindrical It is generally known that terminals 8a for receiving electricity supplied from a VVF cable or the like are provided on both sides of the protrusion. When a VVF cable or the like is attached to this type of light bulb socket, first, the outer sheath (sheath) covered on the outside of the VVF cable or the like is peeled off to some extent to expose the two electric wires. The wires are brought into contact with the terminals 8a of the socket body 9. At this time, in order to make the two electric wires hit the two terminals, respectively, the two electric wires are pushed open to the left and right in advance and expanded in a rhombus shape, and between the two electric wires in the expanded state in the rhombus shape An electric wire is arranged so that a columnar protrusion at the center of the upper surface of the socket body 9 is positioned on the socket body 9, and then the lid body 10 is put on the socket body 9 and screwed.
Published Utility Model Publication No. 6-86294

However, since the electric wires used for the VVF cable and the VVR cable are relatively thick and hard, when the electric wires are attached as in Patent Document 1, it is necessary to expand the electric wires into a diamond shape one by one. This was a troublesome part of the installation and contributed to a decrease in work efficiency. In addition, it requires a certain amount of hand power to spread the electric wire into a diamond shape, which imposes a burden on the operator. In particular, this type of socket for a light bulb is once attached to a VVF cable. It is said that the burden is large because there are many cases where multiple devices are mounted.

Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and the object of the present invention is to spread two electric wires to be attached by hand when attaching electric wires such as a VVF cable to a socket for a light bulb. It is an object of the present invention to provide a light bulb socket that eliminates the above-described work and makes it possible to attach an electric wire to the light bulb socket in a one-touch manner.

In order to achieve the above object, a socket for a light bulb according to claim 1 includes a connection terminal block for holding two electric wires, a lid attached to an upper part of the connection terminal block, and a connection terminal block. In the socket for a light bulb comprising a socket provided below, the connection terminal block is provided with a guide protrusion protruding upward at the center of the upper surface thereof, and the two electric wires are respectively provided on both sides of the guide protrusion. A guide groove to be inserted is provided, and two terminals corresponding to the two electric wires are provided in the guide groove, and at least the upper portions of both side surfaces corresponding to the guide groove side of the guide projection are directed toward the tip. It is characterized by a tapered shape.

The socket for a light bulb according to claim 2 is characterized in that an inner surface located outside the guide groove has an arcuate shape surrounding the guide protrusion. The “bow” here means that it is shaped like a bow. In addition to being bent into a bow, it is bent into a bow, or like a bow. Including the case of trapezoidal shape.

The socket for a light bulb according to claim 3 is provided on the open side along the longitudinal direction of the guide groove and has a convex portion between both guide grooves, and between the convex portion and the inner surface located outside the guide groove, Each of the two electric wires is clamped.

A socket for a light bulb according to a fourth aspect is characterized in that a lead-out groove connected to the guide groove is provided on a side surface of the connection terminal block.

The light bulb socket according to the present invention does not require the two wires to be expanded in a diamond shape in advance when connecting the two wires exposed from the VVF cable or the like to the connection terminal block. In other words, in the case of the socket for a light bulb according to the present invention, when two wires are mounted on the connection terminal block, the gap is expanded at the center of the connection terminal block after being widened to a slight gap between the two wires. If it inserts in a guide protrusion and pushes down two electric wires as it is, it will feed in a guide groove, expanding an electric wire in the taper part of a guide protrusion. Further, the electric wire has a substantially rhombus shape at the arcuate portion on the outer inner surface of the guide groove and fits into the guide groove. That is, according to the present invention, when the electric wires are attached to the socket for the light bulb, the troublesome work of expanding the two electric wires into a diamond shape in advance is unnecessary, and the labor of the attaching operation is reduced and the work efficiency is improved. Can do.

First, an embodiment of a light bulb socket according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a diagram showing a state in which a light bulb socket according to the present invention is applied to a roof portion of a stand, and a VVF cable 2 is provided around the roof portion 1 of the stand, and the VVF cable 2 has a plurality of latches. It is stopped by the metal fitting 3. Further, as shown in FIG. 1, the VVF cable 2 is provided with a plurality of light bulb sockets 5 to which light bulbs 4 are attached at appropriate intervals. The VVF cable is a cable in which two electric wires 7 and 7 serving as core wires insulated by an insulating endothelium 6 are arranged in parallel, and the outer peripheral portion thereof is covered with an insulating sheath (sheath) 8. Moreover, the electric wires 7 and 7 are relatively thick with a diameter of 2.0 mm. However, in carrying out the present invention, it is not limited to the VVF cable, and various electric wires such as a VVR cable or an insulated vinyl cable not covered with a sheath can be used.

FIG. 2 is a front view of the light bulb socket 5 according to the present invention. A light bulb socket 5 according to the present invention is roughly constituted by a connection terminal block 10, a lid 11 attached to the upper part of the connection terminal block 10, and a socket 12 provided below the connection terminal block 10. Yes.

The connection terminal block 10 is made of synthetic resin in a substantially cylindrical shape, and as shown in FIG. 3, a conical trapezoidal guide protrusion 15 protruding upward is provided at the center of the upper surface thereof, and the center of the guide protrusion A screw shaft 16 for screwing a lid 11 to be described later protrudes upward. Further, on both sides of the guide protrusion 15, there are formed guide grooves 17 and 17 which are curved in an arc shape for fitting the two electric wires 7 and 7 respectively, and the guide grooves 17 and 17 are formed in the longitudinal direction thereof. Both ends along it are open. Further, on the side surface of the connection terminal block 10, lead-out grooves 18 and 18 that are continuous with the guide grooves 17 and 17 are provided so as to extend vertically downward from the open ends of the guide grooves 17 and 17. Outer walls 19, 19 are formed on the outer portions of the guide grooves 17, 17 so as to protrude slightly above the upper surface of the connection terminal block 10. For this reason, the electric wires 7 and 7 are fitted into the guide grooves 17 and 17 in a curved shape along the outer walls 19 and 19 of the guide grooves 17 and 17. Further, on the open side along the longitudinal direction of the guide grooves 17, 17, between the guide grooves 17, 17, convex portions 20, 20 protruding slightly above the upper surface of the connection terminal block 10 are formed. Thus, when the electric wires 7, 7 are inserted into the guide grooves 17, 17, the electric wires 7, 7 are sandwiched between the outer walls 19, 19 and the projections 20, 20. Further, the side surfaces of the projections 20 and 20 are projecting portions 21 and 21 that partially project in the horizontal direction. When the electric wires 7 and 7 of the guide grooves 17 and 17 are bent downward, the derivation is performed. Electric wires 7 and 7 are sandwiched between the grooves 18 and 18 and the overhang portions 21 and 21. Further, prismatic terminals 22 and 22 are provided in the guide grooves 17 and 17 on both sides of the guide protrusion 15, respectively. Further, two conductive wires 23 and 23 are drawn from the two terminals 22 and 22 below the connection terminal block 10 and connected to a socket 12 described later.

In the above embodiment, an example in which the guide protrusion 15 provided on the connection terminal block 10 has a truncated cone shape is shown, but the present invention is not necessarily limited thereto. That is, when the guide protrusion 15 is inserted between the two electric wires 7 and 7 and the two electric wires 7 and 7 are pushed down, the gap between the two electric wires 7 and 7 is expanded by the taper portion of the guide protrusion 15. Therefore, the guide protrusion 15 is formed in a tapered shape in which the upper portions of both side surfaces corresponding to the guide grooves 17 and 17 side are narrowed toward the tip. If it is done, it is enough. Moreover, the outer walls 19 and 19 of the guide grooves 17 and 17 do not necessarily have to be curved, and may be bent in a dogleg shape. Furthermore, in the above-described embodiment, the example in which the prismatic terminals 22 and 22 are provided on the connection terminal block 10 has been described. However, a protruding terminal with a sharp tip may be used.

The lid body 11 is formed in a bowl shape from a synthetic resin. A short column portion 24 projects from the center of the upper surface, and a screw hole is formed inside the short column portion 24. By screwing the screw shaft 16 of the connection terminal block 15, the lid 11 can be attached to the connection terminal block 10.

The socket 12 has a cylindrical shape with an open lower end, and a metal female screw part into which a cap of a light bulb fits is provided. Further, two lead-in portions 24, 24 project from the upper surface of the socket 12, and two lead wires 23, 23 are inserted into the lead-in portions 25, 25. That is, the socket 12 and the connection terminal block 10 are connected by the two conductive wires 23 and 23. In the present embodiment, an example in which the socket 12 and the connection terminal block 10 are separated from each other is shown, but the connection terminal block 10 and the socket 12 may be formed integrally.

Next, a method for attaching the VVF cable to the light bulb socket according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. First, the insulating outer skin (sheath) 8 and the insulating inner skin 6 where the bulb socket 5 of the VVF cable 2 is attached are peeled off in advance. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 5 (a), the insulation sheath (sheath) 8 of the VVF cable 2 is peeled off by about 60 mm to expose the two wires 7, 7, and then the insulation endothelium of the wires 7,7. 6 is stripped about 6 mm to expose the core wires of the electric wires 7 and 7. Next, as shown in FIG. 5 (b), the two wires 7, 7 are slightly expanded to create a gap, and the gap between the wires 7, 7 is connected to the connection terminal block as shown in FIG. 6 (a). 10 screw grooves 16 are inserted. At this time, the wires 7 and 7 are aligned so that the core wire portions correspond to the terminals 22 and 22 of the connection terminal block 10. Thereafter, when the electric wires 7 and 7 are pushed down, the electric wires 7 and 7 are expanded along the tapered portion of the guide projection 15 of the connection terminal block 10 as shown in FIG. So as to fit into the guide grooves 17 and 17. At this time, since the electric wires 7 and 7 are fitted into the guide grooves 17 and 17 in a state of being curved in an arcuate shape in contact with the outer walls 19 and 19 of the guide grooves 17 and 17, the electric wires 7 and 7 are previously formed in a rhombus shape. There is no need to keep it. At this time, the electric wires 7 and 7 are sandwiched between the outer wall 19 of the guide groove 17 and the convex portion 20 and are fitted into the guide groove 17 in a stable state. Furthermore, when the electric wires 7 and 7 are bent downward as shown in FIG. 6C, the electric wires 7 and 7 are fitted into the outlet grooves 18 and 18 of the connection terminal block 10 and the outer sides of the outlet grooves 18 and 18. It is sandwiched between the portion and the overhanging portion 21. Next, when the cover body 11 is put on the connection terminal block 10 and rotated, the cover body 11 is screwed onto the screw shaft 16 of the connection terminal block 10. After that, as shown in FIG. 6E, when the electric wires 7 and 7 that are bent downward are bent in the horizontal direction, the mounting is completed.
