Claims (7)
- 互いに溶着する複数の熱可塑性プラスチック材の間に配置され、輻射熱により非接触で前記複数の熱可塑性プラスチック材を加熱するヒータであり、通電により発熱し、弾性体により所定の引張力が加えられて保持された金属製の帯状板の電熱ヒータと、
前記電熱ヒータによる加熱時に前記複数の熱可塑性プラスチック材を向かい合わせた状態で保持するとともに、前記電熱ヒータによる加熱後、前記複数の熱可塑性プラスチック材同士を圧接させる保持装置と
を有する熱可塑性プラスチック材の溶着装置。 - 前記電熱ヒータは、前記保持装置により保持される熱可塑性プラスチック材の間に進退可能なものであって、前記複数の熱可塑性プラスチック材の間に進行させた状態で加熱を行い、前記複数の熱可塑性プラスチック材同士の圧接の際には前記複数の熱可塑性プラスチック材の間から退避させるものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の熱可塑性プラスチック材の溶着装置。
- 前記保持装置は、前記熱可塑性プラスチック材をエアーの吸引によって平板に吸着して保持するものである請求項1または2に記載の熱可塑性プラスチック材の溶着装置。
- 互いに溶着する複数の熱可塑性プラスチック材を向かい合わせた状態で保持し、これらの複数の熱可塑性プラスチック材の間に配置したヒータであり、通電により発熱し、弾性体により所定の引張力が加えられて保持された金属製の帯状板の電熱ヒータの輻射熱により前記複数の熱可塑性プラスチック材を非接触で加熱し、前記複数の熱可塑性プラスチック材の表面を溶融させること、
前記熱可塑性プラスチック材の表面が溶融した後、前記複数の熱可塑性プラスチック材同士を圧接すること
を含む熱可塑性プラスチック材の溶着方法。 - 前記電熱ヒータによる加熱は、前記複数の熱可塑性プラスチック材の間に前記電熱ヒータを進行させた状態で行うこと、
前記複数の熱可塑性プラスチック材同士の圧接の際には、前記電熱ヒータを前記複数の熱可塑性プラスチック材の間から退避させること
を特徴とする請求項4記載の熱可塑性プラスチック材の溶着方法。 - 前記電熱ヒータによる加熱は、前記輻射熱が照射される範囲をマスクにより限定して行うことを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の熱可塑性プラスチック材の溶着方法。
- 前記複数の熱可塑性プラスチック材の保持は、エアーの吸引によって平板に吸着して行うことを特徴とする請求項4から6のいずれかに記載の熱可塑性プラスチック材の溶着方法。
