Description
・スクラバー(ここで、アンモニア含有ガス流が酸と接触される)と、
・電気透析装置(ここで酸を含む流れ、および水酸化アンモニウム塩を含む流れが生成される)と
を含むアンモニア含有ガス流の処理のための電気透析部に関する。好ましくは、電気透析部は、水酸化アンモニウム塩を含む流れが加熱されるとともにガス状のアンモニア流が生成されるストリッパーも含む。
Claims (8)
- アンモニア含有ガス流中のアンモニアを酸で処理し、該処理の際に、アンモニウム塩を含む水性流を生成させることによって、アンモニア含有ガス流からアンモニアを除去するための方法であって、
前記アンモニウム塩を含む水性流が電気透析で処理され、
前記電気透析は、アニオン透過膜、カチオン透過膜並びに第1及び第2の両極性膜の組合せによって隔てられたアノードおよびカソードを含む電気化学セルの中で行われ、
前記電気化学セルにおいて、前記アノード、前記第1の両極性膜、前記アニオン透過膜、前記カチオン透過膜、前記第2の両極性膜及び前記カソードが、この順序で配置され、
前記アンモニウム塩を含む水性流が前記アニオン透過膜と前記カチオン透過膜との間に供給されると、酸を含む流れが前記アニオン透過膜と第1の両極性膜との間に生成され、それによって、前記酸が回収され、かつ、水酸化アンモニウム塩を含む水性流が前記カチオン透過膜と第2の両極性膜との間に生成されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記水酸化アンモニウム塩を含有する水性流が熱処理され、それによってガス状のアンモニア流が生成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ガス状のアンモニア流が、尿素を製造するためのプロセスに再利用されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記アンモニア含有ガス流が、尿素を製造するためのプロセスの造粒部または粒状化部からのオフガス流であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- アンモニア含有ガス流を酸と接触させるスクラバーと、
前記スクラバーから出た溶液が供給され、かつ、酸を含む流れを生成し、および水酸化アンモニウム塩を含む流れを生成させる電気透析装置と、
を含む電気透析部であって、
前記電気透析装置は、アニオン透過膜、カチオン透過膜並びに第1及び第2の両極性膜の組合せによって隔てられたアノードおよびカソードを含む電気化学セルを有し、
前記電気化学セルにおいて、前記アノード、前記第1の両極性膜、前記アニオン透過膜、前記カチオン透過膜、前記第2の両極性膜及び前記カソードが、この順序で配置され、
前記スクラバーから出た溶液が前記アニオン透過膜と前記カチオン透過膜との間に供給されると、前記酸を含む流れが前記アニオン透過膜と前記第1の両極性膜との間に生成され、かつ、前記水酸化アンモニウム塩を含む流れが前記カチオン透過膜と前記第2の両極性膜との間に生成される、電気透析部。 - 前記電気透析部が、水酸化アンモニウム塩を含む流れが加熱されるとともにガス状のアンモニア流が生成されるストリッパーも含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電気透析部。
- 造粒部または粒状化部を含む尿素プラントであって、
前記造粒部または粒状化部を出るアンモニア含有ガス流を処理するための請求項6に記載の電気透析部も含むことを特徴とする尿素プラント。 - 前記電気透析部の中で生成された前記ガス状のアンモニア流が、前記尿素プラント内で再循環されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の尿素プラント。
