Description
[架橋樹脂]
架橋樹脂としては、次に示す市販品(1)〜(3)を用いた。
(1)アペル6013T : COC(環状ポリオレフィン) 三井化学株式会社製
Tg=125℃: MFR15(260℃)
(表1中では「アペル」と表示する。)
(2)グリボリーGV−1H : 半芳香族ポリアミド/GF40% エムス昭電社製
(表1中では「グリボリー」と表示する。)
(3)トレコン1301G: ポリブチレンテレフタレート(PBT) 東レ社製
(表1中では「トレコン」と表示する。)
又、比較のために、次の液晶ポリマーを用いて同様な実験を行った。
スミカスーパー5008: 住友化学社製 (表1中では「LCP」と表示する。)
DA−MGIC: ジアリルモノグリシジルイソシアヌレート(四国化成社製 融点50℃)(表1中では「DAMGIC」と表示する。)
TAIC : トリアリルイソシアヌレート(日本化成社製)(表1中では「TAIC」と表示する。)
ECS03T−289/PL: アミノシラン処理チョップドガラスファイバー 日本電気硝子社製 (表1中では「ECS」と表示する。)
グラスバブルズS60H(登録商標): 中空ガラス 住友3M社製
(表1中では「S60H」と表示する。)
バルカン9A32: 着色用カーボン(表1中では「カーボン」と表示する。)
室温での弾性率: ISO178に従って測定した。(表1中では「室温弾性率」と表示し、GPaの単位で表示する。)

Claims (5)
- 半芳香族ポリアミド、芳香環を有するポリエステル樹脂、及び2−ノルボルネン系単量体、シクロペンテン系単量体及びテトラシクロドデセン系単量体から選ばれる環状オレフィン単量体の重合体又は共重合体である環状ポリオレフィンからなる群より選ばれる架橋樹脂、並びに架橋助剤を含む混合物を混練してなる成形材料を成形し、前記架橋樹脂を放射線架橋して得られ、360℃における動的粘弾性率が1MPa以上であることを特徴とするレンズホルダー。
- 前記架橋樹脂が、2−ノルボルネン系単量体、シクロペンテン系単量体及びテトラシクロドデセン系単量体から選ばれる環状オレフィン単量体の重合体又は共重合体である環状ポリオレフィンであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のレンズホルダー。
- 前記架橋樹脂が、半芳香族ポリアミドであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のレンズホルダー。
- 前記架橋助剤が、ジアリルモノグリシジルイソシアヌレート又はトリアリルイソシアヌレートであることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のレンズホルダー。
- 請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のレンズホルダーを用いることを特徴とする光記録再生装置。
