Claims (5)
- 複数の電力消費機器を備えた施設において適用されるデマンド制御装置において、
環境条件別に消費電力積算値の実績データを電力データベースに保存していく手段、
デマンド時限開始時に、前記電力データベースに保存されている実績データに基づいて、今回のデマンド時限から所定回数だけ先のデマンド時限までの複数のデマンド時限それぞれに対する消費電力積算値の予測値を算出する予測値算出手段、および
前記予測値算出手段によって算出された前記複数のデマンド時限に対する予測値と予め設定された目標値とに基づいて、機器を制御する制御手段を備えており、
前記制御手段は、
前記複数のデマンド時限の中に、予測値が目標値を超えるデマンド時限と、予測値が目標値を超えないデマンド時限が存在し、かつ予測値が目標値を超えるデマンド時限において予定されている運転内容の中にその運転時刻が変更可能なものがある場合には、その運転時刻変更可能な運転内容が、予測値が目標値を超えない前記デマンド時限のいずれかにおいて実行されるように、その運転内容の運転時刻を変更させる第1手段、および
前記第1手段によって運転時刻の変更が行なわれない場合であって、今回のデマンド時限に対する予測値が目標値を超えておらず、かつ次回のデマンド時限に対する予測値が目標値を超えている場合には、今回と次回の両デマンド時限において継続的に運転される機器のうち少なくとも1つを、今回のデマンド時限において、その機器の運転効果が通常時より高まるようにその機器を運転制御する第2手段を備えていることを特徴とするデマンド制御装置。 - 前記運転時刻変更可能な運転内容がショーケースの霜取り運転であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のデマンド制御装置。
- 今回と次回の両デマンド時限において継続的に運転される機器が温度調整機器であり、
前記第2手段は、前記第1手段によって運転時刻の変更が行なわれない場合であって、今回のデマンド時限に対する予測値が目標値を超えておらず、かつ次回のデマンド時限に対する予測値が目標値を超えている場合に、今回のデマンド時限において、前記温度調整機器の運転効果が通常時より高まるようにその機器の設定温度を変更するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のデマンド制御装置。 - 前記制御手段は、前記予測値算出手段によって算出された今回のデマンド時限に対する予測値が目標値を超えている場合に、今回のデマンド時限に対する予測値と目標値との差に基づいて、運転を停止させるべき機器を選択し、選択した機器の運転を停止させる第3手段を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のデマンド制御装置。
- 前記制御手段は、前記予測値算出手段によって算出された今回のデマンド時限に対する予測値が目標値以下である場合に、今回のデマンド時限に対する予測値と目標値との差に基づいて、運転を復帰させるべき機器を選択し、選択した機器の運転を復帰させる第4手段を備えていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のデマンド制御装置。
