Description
(1)以下(a)、(b)のいずれかに記載のペプチド;
(a)配列番号:3または6に記載のアミノ酸配列からなるペプチド、および
(b)配列番号:3または6に記載のアミノ酸配列において1もしくは複数のアミノ酸が置換、欠失、付加、および/または挿入さされたペプチドであって、N末端から2番目のアミノ酸がロイシンまたはイソロイシン、および/またはC末端のアミノ酸がロイシン、イソロイシンまたはバリンである、細胞傷害性T細胞の誘導活性を有するペプチド、
(2)(1)に記載のペプチドの少なくとも1種類を含む、腫瘍の治療および/または予防のための医薬組成物、
(3)腫瘍が胃癌または結腸直腸癌である(2)に記載の医薬組成物、
(4)(1)に記載のペプチドの少なくとも1種類を含む、腫瘍の増殖および/または転移を抑制するためのワクチン、
(5)HLA抗原がHLA−A02である患者に対して投与するための、(4)に記載のワクチン、
(6)腫瘍が胃癌または結腸直腸癌である(5)に記載のワクチン、

(12)(1)に記載のペプチドの少なくとも1種類を含む、細胞傷害性T細胞の誘導活性を有する抗原提示細胞の誘導剤、
(13)(1)に記載のペプチドの少なくとも1種類を抗原提示能を有する細胞に接触させる工程を含む、活性化された細胞傷害性T細胞の製造方法、
(14)(1)に記載のペプチドの少なくとも1種類を含む、活性化された細胞傷害性T細胞の誘導剤、
(15)HLA抗原と(1)に記載のペプチドとの複合体を提示してなる抗原提示細胞、
(16)(12)に記載の誘導剤によって誘導された、(15)に記載の抗原提示細胞、
(17)(1)に記載のペプチドによって誘導された、単離された細胞傷害性T細胞、
(18)(14)に記載の誘導剤によって誘導された、(17)に記載の細胞傷害性T細胞。
本発明者らは以前に、CXADRL1-9mer-207 (配列番号:1)のエピトープペプチドを同定しているが、それとMHCクラスI分子との結合スコアは比較的低い。そこで、MHCクラスI分子との結合スコアがより大きなエピトープペプチドを得るために、CXADRL1-9mer-207から改変ペプチドを作製した。
本発明者らは既にGCUD1-196 (配列番号:2)のエピトープペプチドを同定しているが、それとMHCクラスI分子との結合スコアは比較的低い。そこで、MHCクラスI分子との結合スコアがより大きなエピトープペプチドを得るため、GCUD1-196ペプチドから改変ペプチドを作製した。
*結合スコア:高いスコアは、MHCクラスI分子に対する親和性が高いことを示す。これらの改変ペプチドの結合スコアは、BIMASのエピトープ予測アルゴリズムにより算出した。
Claims (18)
- 配列番号:6に記載のアミノ酸配列からなるペプチド。
- 請求項1に記載のペプチドを含む、腫瘍の治療および/または予防のための医薬組成物。
- 腫瘍が胃癌または結腸直腸癌である請求項2に記載の医薬組成物。
- 請求項1に記載のペプチドを含む、腫瘍の増殖および/または転移を抑制するためのワクチン。
- HLA抗原がHLA−A02である患者に対して投与するための、請求項4に記載のワクチン。
- 腫瘍が胃癌または結腸直腸癌である請求項5に記載のワクチン。
- 請求項1に記載のペプチドとHLA抗原とを含む複合体を表面に提示しているエキソソーム。
- HLA抗原がHLA−A02である、請求項7に記載のエキソソーム。
- HLA抗原がHLA−A0201である、請求項8に記載のエキソソーム。
- 請求項1に記載のペプチドを抗原提示能を有する細胞にin vitroで接触させる工程を含む、細胞傷害性T細胞の誘導活性を有する抗原提示細胞の製造方法。
- 請求項1に記載のペプチドをコードするポリヌクレオチドを抗原提示能を有する細胞にin vitroで導入する工程を含む、細胞傷害性T細胞の誘導活性を有する抗原提示細胞の製造方法。
- 請求項1に記載のペプチドを含む、細胞傷害性T細胞の誘導活性を有する抗原提示細胞の誘導剤。
- 請求項1に記載のペプチドを抗原提示能を有する細胞にin vitroで接触させる工程を含む、活性化された細胞傷害性T細胞の製造方法。
- 請求項1に記載のペプチドを含む、活性化された細胞傷害性T細胞の誘導剤。
- HLA抗原と請求項1に記載のペプチドとの複合体を提示してなる抗原提示細胞。
- 請求項12に記載の誘導剤によって誘導された、請求項15に記載の抗原提示細胞。
- 請求項1に記載のペプチドによって誘導された、単離された細胞傷害性T細胞。
- 請求項14に記載の誘導剤によって誘導された、請求項17に記載の細胞傷害性T細胞。
