ステップ1,2は、前記昇降機15aの下部ケース体28を前記乾燥機本体下部3に装着する構成を示す。前記下部ケース体28は、前記昇降機15aが装着される部位である前記乾燥機本体下部3の側面3a側に、当該下部ケース体28の穀物供給口28cを前記下部搬送スクリュー12cの穀物排出口12dに当接させた状態で装着される。前記側面3aの上部と下部の各位置には、図5に示したように、上部昇降機取付板29と下部昇降機取付板30とがそれぞれ配設してある。また、前記穀物排出口12dの周縁部にも昇降機取付板12eが配設してある。これら上部昇降機取付板29、下部昇降機取付板30及び昇降機取付板12eのそれぞれには、前記下部ケース体28を装着するための長穴29a,30a,12fが設けてある。該長穴29a,30a,12fの形状は上下方向に向かって長穴になっており、この長穴29a,30a,12fのそれぞれに前記下部ケース体28の各取付部28b,28b,28bを対応連結させて固定部材(ボルト・ナット)29c,30c,12gで締結する。このとき(梱包・出荷のとき)、前記下部ケース体28は、前記長穴29a,30a,12fにおける各長穴上部29b,30b,12hに締結・固着(仮止め)して、下部ケース体28における底面28aを地面GLから浮かせるべく、前記底面28aと地面GLとの間に任意の隙間Kを形成するようにする。前記隙間Kを形成することにより、搬送する際に、前記底面28aの周辺部位が地面等に接触するのを防止できて損傷しない。

穀物を乾燥して排出する乾燥機本体下部3と、
該乾燥機本体下部3の上部に重設した、各4枚ずつからなる各段の側板6,7,8,9を順に多段状に重合して四角柱状の枠体とするとともに該枠体の上部開口を天板10a,10bでふさいでなる穀物貯留タンク部2と、
前記乾燥機本体下部3から排出された穀物を前記穀物貯留タンク部2に還流する還流部5と、を備えた循環式穀物乾燥機における梱包方法であって、
前記側板6,7,8,9のうちのいずれか4枚を使って前記穀物貯留タンク部2における一段分の枠体21を組立てその一側面を地面に向けて縦置き状態にした前記一段枠体21の内部空間に循環式穀物乾燥機における構成部品の一部を充填した後、該一段枠体21の一方側開口部21aを前記天板10a,10bを使ってふさぐ一方、他方側開口部21bを前記側板の少なくとも1枚を使ってふさぐことによって、前記構成部品を集約梱包することを特徴とする循環式穀物乾燥機における梱包方法。
