Description
火炎が放射される加熱室の外周に空気断熱層を形成した二重構造の炉体と、
前記加熱室に排気筒を介して連通する熱回収室と、
前記熱回収室内の加熱空気を外気との混合気として前記空気断熱層内に送り込む第1の送風機と、
前記熱回収室および空気断熱層に連通してその双方から加熱空気を取り込む合流室(リタンチャンバ)と、
前記合流室(リタンチャンバ)内の加熱空気を吸い出して外部に放出するための第2の送風機と、
前記第2の送風機の上流部もしくは下流部に配置されて所定の経路に沿って流れる加熱空気の温度を検出する温度センサと、
前記温度センサの出力信号に基づき起動/停止されて起動時に前記加熱室内へ火炎を放射するバーナと、
を有することを特徴とする。

Claims (3)
- 火炎が放射される加熱室の外周に空気断熱層を形成した二重構造の炉体と、
前記加熱室に排気筒を介して連通する熱回収室と、
前記熱回収室内の加熱空気を外気との混合気として前記空気断熱層内に送り込む第1の送風機と、
前記熱回収室および空気断熱層に連通してその双方から加熱空気を取り込む合流室と、
前記合流室内の加熱空気を吸い出して外部に放出するための第2の送風機と、
前記第2の送風機の上流部もしくは下流部に配置されて所定の経路に沿って流れる加熱空気の温度を検出する温度センサと、
前記温度センサの出力信号に基づき起動/停止されて起動時に前記加熱室内へ火炎を放射するバーナと、
を有することを特徴とする加温装置。 - 前記合流室に通気性を有する蓄熱部材が内蔵されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の加温装置。
- 前記加熱室に、前記バーナに対向して当該バーナからの火炎が吹き付けられる蓄熱板が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1、又は2記載の加温装置。
