Description

The present invention relates to a bathroom unit including a deep-bottomed waterproof pan and a bathtub installed inside thereof.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there is one in which a waterproof pan installed on the bathtub side is made of a heat insulating material and has a deep bottom shape to improve the heat retaining property of the bathtub (for example, Patent Document 1). Patent Document 1 discloses a structure in which a wall panel is installed on a flange portion of a bathtub.
JP 2007-92346 A

In Patent Document 1, the structure is such that the enclosure wall of the waterproof pan is formed at substantially the same height as the bathtub, and the hanging piece of the flange portion of the bathtub is fitted to the recessed groove-like fitting part formed on the upper part of the enclosure wall. Therefore, if the height relationship between the waterproof pan and the bathtub is shifted due to a dimensional error or an assembly error, the load of the wall panel on the bathtub or bathtub flange is applied to the enclosure wall of the waterproof pan. The enclosure wall in which the heat insulating material is used is not so high in strength of the material itself. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the material cost in order to secure the strength that can withstand the above-described load.

This invention is made in view of the above-mentioned problem, and provides the bathroom unit which prevented the excessive load from the bathtub side to the enclosure wall of a waterproof pan.

According to one aspect of the present invention, the waterproof pan including the bottom surface portion and the surrounding wall provided around the bottom surface portion and extending upward, and the bottom surface portion of the waterproof pan, A support member provided below, an inner tank part provided above the bottom surface part of the waterproof pan, capable of storing bath water, and a flange part provided around an upper edge of the inner tank part; A tub having a wall installation portion provided on the flange portion for installing a wall panel, and a height adjusting mechanism for adjusting the level of the tub, the enclosure wall of the waterproof pan Extends from the bottom portion to the vicinity of the flange portion of the bathtub, the upper end portion of the enclosure wall is separated from the flange portion, and the height adjustment mechanism is at the lowest position. bathroom Uni, characterized in that located at a position lower than the flange portion Door is provided.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the bathroom unit which prevented the excessive load from being applied to the enclosure wall of a waterproof pan from the bathtub side is provided.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 is a plan view of a main part configuration of a bathroom unit according to an embodiment of the present invention.
FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a bathtub in the bathroom unit.
FIG. 3 is an AA enlarged sectional view in FIG.

The space where the bathroom unit is installed in the building is roughly divided into a washing space and a bathtub installation space. A washing floor 2 is installed in the washing area. The bathtub installation space is adjacent to the washing space, and the support member 3 is installed on the building floor as shown in FIG. 3, and the waterproof pan 4 and the bathtub 1 are installed above the support member 3.

The support member 3 is configured by combining columnar metal materials (steel materials) vertically and horizontally, and has sufficient strength and durability to support a bathtub load in a state where bath water is stored and a bather is contained. .

A waterproof pan 4 is supported on the support member 3. The waterproof pan 4 has a waterproof property that prevents hot water from leaking to the outside of the waterproof pan 4 and a heat insulating property that enhances the heat retaining property of the bathtub 1 (stored hot water), and is made of, for example, a foamed heat insulating material.

The waterproof pan 4 is formed in a deep pan shape having a bottom surface portion 21 supported on the support member 3 and a surrounding wall 22 provided around the bottom surface portion 21 and extending upward.

The bathtub 1 is installed above the bottom surface portion 21 of the waterproof pan 4 and inside the enclosure wall 22. The bathtub 1 has an inner tank part 11 capable of storing bathtub water and a flange part 12 provided around the upper edge of the inner tank part 11.

As shown in FIG. 1, the bathtub 1 has a substantially quadrangular or oval planar shape, and is installed next to the washing area with one of the pair of long side bathtub walls facing the washing area. In the flange portion 12 of the bathtub 1, a wall installation portion 13 is provided on three sides other than the washing area side. The wall installation portion 13 is, for example, an angle member provided at the outer peripheral edge of the flange portion 12, and the lower end of the wall panel 50 indicated by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 2 is supported by the wall installation portion 13. That is, in this embodiment, the wall panel 50 on the bathtub installation space side is supported by the bathtub 1 instead of the waterproof pan 4. Although not shown, the wall panel on the washing floor side is supported on the edge of the washing floor 2.

Support legs 16 are provided near the four corners of the bottom 15 of the bathtub 1 as shown in FIG. The support legs 16 of the bathtub 1 are placed and supported not on the waterproof pan 4 but on the bathtub leg receiving member 30 provided separately from the waterproof pan 4.
FIG. 4 shows an enlarged cross-sectional view of a state where the support leg 16 of the bathtub 1 is supported on the bathtub leg receiving member 30.

A through-hole portion 21a is formed in the bottom surface portion 21 of the waterproof pan 4, and the bathtub leg receiving member 30 is attached to the through-hole portion 21a in a watertight manner. Specifically, the bathtub leg receiving member 30 includes a support member installation part 31 fixed to the bottom surface part 21 of the waterproof pan 4 and a bathtub support leg mount attached to the support member installation part 31 by screwing. And a placement portion 32. The bathtub leg receiving member 30 is provided in a number corresponding to the number of support legs 16 of the bathtub 1.

The lower end portion of the support member installation portion 31 is exposed on the back side of the bottom surface portion 21 of the waterproof pan 4 and is placed and supported on the support member 3. The upper end portion of the bathtub support leg mounting portion 32 is exposed in the space above the bottom surface portion 21 of the waterproof pan 4, and the support leg 16 of the bathtub 1 is mounted and supported on the upper end portion of the bathtub support leg mounting portion 32. Is done.

That is, the bathtub leg receiving member 30 is supported on the supporting member 3, and the supporting leg 16 of the bathtub 1 is supported on the bathtub leg receiving member 30. Therefore, the load of the bathtub 1, the wall panel 50 supported on the flange portion 12, the hot water stored in the inner tub portion 11, the bather, etc. is transmitted to the support member 3 through the bathtub leg receiving member 30. Since the bathtub leg receiving member 30 is made of, for example, a resin or a metal material having a strength higher than that of the waterproof pan 4 in which the foamed heat insulating material is used, the bathtub leg receiving member 30 has sufficient strength and durability against the load.

Since the support legs 16 of the bathtub 1 are not placed on the bottom surface portion 21 of the waterproof pan 4, the above-described load is hardly applied to the waterproof pan 4. The waterproof pan 4 is supported on the support member 3 and needs only to have a function of improving heat insulation and a waterproof function by surrounding the back side of the bottom 15 of the bathtub 1 and the periphery of the bathtub wall, and can withstand the load described above. There is no need for strength and durability to obtain. Therefore, the waterproof pan 4 can be reduced in thickness, and the material used can be reduced correspondingly, thereby reducing the cost.

Moreover, since the bathtub support leg mounting part 32 and the support member installation part 31 are assembled | attached mutually with each radial center located on a vertical straight line, the load of the bathtub 1 grade | etc., Receives the bathtub leg receiving member 30. Thus, the component applied to the bottom surface portion 21 of the waterproof pan 4 in an oblique direction can be suppressed, and the total load component can be efficiently transmitted to the support member 3.

In addition, according to the structure of this embodiment, even if it is not only a heat insulating material but a material with comparatively small intensity | strength, it can be used as the waterproofing pan 4 without thickening, the freedom degree of material selection spreads, and a waterproofing pan It is possible to use materials that are more suitable or cheaper than the functions required in the fourth embodiment.

The bathtub leg receiving member 30 has a height adjusting mechanism. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 4, the bathtub support leg placement part 32 is screwed (screwed) to the support member installation part 31, and the bathtub support leg placement part 32 is used as the support member installation part 31. By turning it, the bathtub support leg placement part 32 is raised and lowered, and its height position can be adjusted. The fact that the height position of the bathtub support leg mounting portion 32 can be adjusted means that the leveling adjustment of the bathtub 1 that is mounted and supported via the support legs 16 thereon (the bathtub 1 does not tilt with respect to the installation surface and is horizontal). Leveling to be placed). In particular, in a structure in which the wall panel 50 is placed on the flange portion 12 of the bathtub 1, if the bathtub 1 is inclined and installed, the inclination affects the assembly of the wall panel 50. Is important.

A string (not shown) drawn to the upper side of the bottom surface part 21 of the waterproof pan 4 is connected to the bathtub support leg placing part 32, and the bathtub support leg placing part 32 is rotated by pulling the string and waterproofing. The raising / lowering operation of the bathtub support leg mounting portion 32 can be performed from above the bottom surface portion 21 of the pan 4. Thereby, since the leveling adjustment of the bathtub 1 is possible by operation from the top in the state which installed the waterproof pan 4, workability | operativity improves.

In order to further increase the heat retaining property of the bathtub 1, a heat insulating material may be attached to the back side of the bottom 15 of the bathtub 1, and in this case, a space between the bottom 15 of the bathtub 1 and the bottom surface 21 of the waterproof pan 4. However, it is difficult to insert a hand into the space and turn the height adjusting mechanism of the portion located in the back as viewed from the washing floor 2 side with a tool or the like. However, in this embodiment, since the height is adjusted by rotating the bathtub support leg mounting portion 32 by pulling the string, the support leg 16 of the bathtub 1 is mounted on the bathtub support leg even after the bathtub 1 is installed. If it floats a little from the mounting part 32, the raising / lowering operation by rotation of the bathtub support leg mounting part 32 will be attained, and it is excellent in workability | operativity.

Referring again to FIG. 3, in the waterproof pan 4, the enclosure wall 22 other than the one located on the washing place side extends from the bottom surface portion 21 to the vicinity of the flange portion 12 of the bathtub 1, and the enclosure wall 22 forms the bathtub wall. The thermal insulation effect of the bathtub 1 is enhanced by surrounding from three directions other than the washing area side.

Since the upper end portion 22a of the enclosure wall 22 is spaced downward with respect to the flange portion 12 of the bathtub 1, even if the height relationship between the flange portion 12 and the enclosure wall 22 varies due to dimensional errors or assembly errors, the enclosure The wall 22 and the flange portion 12 do not come into contact with or engage with each other, and a load such as the bathtub 1 and the wall panel 50 supported on the flange portion 12 is not applied to the surrounding wall 22.

Moreover, since the upper end part 22a of the enclosure wall 22 is located in the position lower than the flange part 12 of the bathtub 1 when the bathtub support leg mounting part 32 exists in the lowest position, the bathtub support leg mounting part 32 of FIG. The enclosure wall 22 does not come into contact with or engage with the flange portion 12 as it moves up and down.

Therefore, the enclosure wall 22 does not need to have the strength and durability that can withstand the above-described load, and thus the enclosure wall 22 can be made thinner, and the material used can be reduced correspondingly, thereby reducing the cost.

As described above, the enclosure wall 22 is always in a state of being separated from the flange portion 12 of the bathtub 1, but the packing 40 made of, for example, a rubber material that is elastically deformable and has airtightness between the two members. Is intervened. Specifically, a protruding portion 14 that protrudes downward is provided on the back side of the flange portion 12, and the packing 40 is stuck on the upper end portion 22 a of the surrounding wall 22.

The packing 40 in the natural state shown in FIG. 5 (a) is crushed by the projecting portion 14 from above as shown in FIG. 5 (b) with the bathtub 1 installed. The gap between the enclosure wall 22 is hermetically closed, and the heat of the air between the outside of the bathtub 1 and the inside of the enclosure wall 22 is prevented from escaping to the outside, thereby further enhancing the heat retaining effect of the bathtub 1. Can do.

Since the packing 40 can be elastically deformed, the vertical movement of the protruding portion 14 with the adjustment of the height position of the bathtub 1 by the raising and lowering of the bathtub support leg mounting portion 32 is allowed.

In addition, it is good also as a structure where the back surface of the flange part 12 contacts with the packing 40 by a surface and a surface without providing the protrusion part 14, but the reaction force is too strong and the flange part 12 is in contact with a surface and a surface. There is also a possibility that the adhesion between the pad and the packing 40 becomes insufficient and the airtightness is impaired. In this respect, if the protruding portion 14 is configured to locally apply a pressing force to the packing 40, the gap between the protruding portion 14 and the packing 40 can be reliably hermetically closed.
