Description
Claims (16)
- 組織を把持する、相対移動可能な一対の対向した、機能表面を備えた本体と;前記機能表面の少なくとも一方に配置されたヒータと;から構成される組織シール及び切断用システムにおいて、
前記ヒータは、通電されて発熱する管状加熱ヒータ素子と、この管状加熱ヒータ素子の内部に位置する、該管状加熱ヒータ素子より高抵抗で、かつ、高い電気的絶縁性を備えるコア材料と、を備え、
前記管状加熱ヒータ素子は、前記本体の前記一対の機能表面間に前記組織を挟み込んだとき、該組織に直接接触して、該組織を加熱して切断及びシールすることを特徴とする組織シール及び切断用システム。 - 請求項1記載の組織シール及び切断用システムにおいて、
前記管状加熱ヒータ素子の長さ方向における異なる位置に接続した1対のリードを具え、前記管状加熱ヒータ素子の長さ方向に沿って電流を流すようにしたことを特徴とする組織シール及び切断用システム。 - 請求項2記載の組織シール及び切断用システムにおいて、
前記1対のリードに接続された電源を具え、前記管状加熱ヒータ素子の長さ方向に電流を流すようにしたことを特徴とする組織シール及び切断用システム。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項記載の組織シール及び切断用システムにおいて、
前記管状加熱ヒータ素子はニクロムを具えることを特徴とする組織シール及び切断用システム。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項記載の組織シール及び切断用システムにおいて、
前記管状加熱ヒータ素子はインコネルを具えることを特徴とする組織シール及び切断用システム。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項記載の組織シール及び切断用システムにおいて、
前記コア材料はセラミック材料を具えることを特徴とする組織シール及び切断用システム。 - 請求項6記載の組織シール及び切断用システムにおいて、
前記コア材料は酸化マグネシウムを具えることを特徴とする組織シール及び切断用システム。 - 請求項6記載の組織シール及び切断用システムにおいて、
前記コア材料は窒化ホウ素を具えることを特徴とする組織シール及び切断用システム。 - 請求項6記載の組織シール及び切断用システムにおいて、
前記コア材料は窒化アルミニウムを具えることを特徴とする組織シール及び切断用システム。 - 請求項1ないし9のいずれか1項記載の組織シール及び切断用システムにおいて、
前記管状加熱ヒータ素子の抵抗が周囲の体組織の抵抗よりも小さいことを特徴とする組織シール及び切断用システム。 - 請求項10記載の組織シール及び切断用システムにおいて、
前記管状加熱ヒータ素子のDC抵抗が10Ω以下であることを特徴とする組織シール及び切断用システム。 - 請求項1ないし11のいずれか1項記載の組織シール及び切断用システムにおいて、
前記ヒータは、セラミックロッドを金属化して形成することを特徴とする組織シール及び切断用システム。 - 請求項1ないし12のいずれか1項記載の組織シール及び切断用システムにおいて、
前記コア材料中に配置された温度検知素子を具えることを特徴とする組織シール及び切断用システム。 - 請求項1ないし13のいずれか1項記載の組織シール及び切断用システムにおいて、
1対の対向した機能表面を具える前記本体は、ピンセットであることを特徴とする組織シール及び切断用システム。 - 請求項1ないし13のいずれか1項記載の組織シール及び切断用システムにおいて、
1対の対向した機能表面を具える前記本体は、鉗子であることを特徴とする組織シール及び切断用システム。 - 請求項13記載の組織シール及び切断用システムにおいて、
前記温度検知素子は、熱電対、サーミスタ、PTC及びNTCからなる群より選ばれることを特徴とする組織シール及び切断用システム。
