Claims (3)
- 溶融ガラスを流通させてガラス繊維を製造する装置において、
溶融ガラスとの接触面に、白金又はその合金からなる被覆層を備える少なくとも一つのブッシングブロックと、
前記ブッシングブロックの下端に固定されるベースプレートと、
溶融ガラスの供給口からベースプレートまでの間に少なくとも1枚のスクリーンプレートと、
前記ブッシングブロック及び前記ベースプレートのいずれか又は全てを通電加熱する少なくとも一つの通電手段と、を備え、
前記ベースプレートは、複数のノズルが形成された、白金又は白金合金からなる厚さ1.0〜2.0mmの板材のみからなるものであり、
前記ベースプレートは、前記ブッシングブロックの少なくとも開口部分まで平坦であり、ブッシングブロックとの組み合わせにより箱型形状を形成するようになっている、ガラス繊維製造装置。 - 通電加熱手段は、スクリーンプレートを通電加熱可能である請求項1記載のガラス繊維製造装置。
- 被覆層の厚さが、100〜500μmである請求項1又は請求項2記載のガラス繊維製造装置。
