Description

The present invention relates to a belt.
The present invention also relates to a belt used in an inspection apparatus that inspects an object by irradiating light with the object.

Conventionally, a transparent belt described in JP-A-2005-300281 is known as a belt used in an inspection apparatus that performs inspection by irradiating light on an object to be inspected.
However, the conventional transparent belt used in an inspection apparatus that inspects an object by irradiating light with the back of the belt is flattened with a polyurethane material having a hardness equal to or lower than that of the base, or a base. A method is adopted in which a polyurethane material formed in a shape projecting upward from the belt back surface portion is formed integrally with the back surface of a polyurethane belt serving as a base, or is adhered with an adhesive.

For inspection devices such as flat panel displays, leave the product on the translucent color transport belt and illuminate it from the underside of the belt. A method of inspecting for defects is taken.

In this type of inspection apparatus, since light is transmitted from the lower side of the belt, there is a problem that the core provided in the belt inevitably blocks light.
Furthermore, as an inspection apparatus, an apparatus incorporating a lighting facility is required, which is very expensive.

Japanese Patent Laying-Open No. 2005-300281

FIG. 1 is a partial cross-sectional view of a belt according to the present invention.
FIG. 2 is a partial sectional view of a belt showing another embodiment according to the present invention.
3 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA in FIG.

In FIG. 1, a belt according to the present invention is a belt 1 used in an inspection apparatus that performs an inspection by placing an object to be inspected on a belt conveyor and irradiating light on the object to be inspected. 2 is configured to emit light.
That is, the light emitting layer 3 made of rubber-like elastic material containing the phosphorescent material 2 is configured to exist on the side of the belt body 4 on which the object to be inspected is placed (upper side in the figure).

The light emitting layer 3 is formed by mixing a phosphorescent material with a rubber-like elastic material.
The phosphorescent material used here preferably has an average particle diameter of 50 to 250 μm, and particularly preferably has a high luminance specification of 100 μm or more.
In addition, as the rubber-like elastic material to be used, a urethane-based elastic material, a polyester-based elastic material, a silicone elastic material, an acrylic elastic material, and the like are appropriately selected and used, and non-yellowing transparent polyurethane is particularly preferable.

Further, the belt main body 4 is made of a rubber-like elastic material similar to the material used for the light emitting layer 3, and is particularly preferably non-yellowing transparent polyurethane.
Further, the rubber hardness of the light emitting layer 3 is preferably equal to or lower than the hardness of the belt body 4, and specifically, a low hardness polyurethane having a hardness of JIS A 60 to 88 is used. The
