規定量の薬液を計量する計量槽と、
規定量を超えたオーバーフロー薬液を収容するオーバーフロー槽と、
前記計量槽に規定量の前記薬液を供給した際に、前記薬液の水面に当たる位置に一端が配置され他端がオーバーフロー槽に連通され、前記オーバーフロー薬液を前記計量槽からオーバーフロー槽に移送するオーバーフロー管と、
計量された前記薬液を供給する前記計量槽に取り付けられた薬液排出管と、
一端が前記薬液排出管に連通され他端が前記オーバーフロー槽に連通されたオーバーフロー薬液移送管と、
前記薬液排出管と前記オーバーフロー薬液移送管の連通部より、前記薬液の流れ方向下流に配置された薬液供給バルブと、
前記オーバーフロー薬液移送管の前記一端と前記他端の間に配置された薬液移送バルブと、を有し、
前記計量槽と前記オーバーフロー槽は、内壁を隔てて一体に形成された計量マス部であり、
前記薬液移送バルブを閉じたまま、薬液供給バルブを開くことで、前記計量槽から計量された規定量の薬液が供給され、
前記薬液供給バルブを閉じたまま、前記薬液移送バルブを開くことで、前記オーバーフロー槽から前記計量槽にオーバーフロー薬液が移送されることを特徴とする薬液計量装置。
