Description
連続式に機能する水素化脱硫反応器に、100mL(ミリリットル)のHR806触媒(Axensにより販売)が装填された。当該触媒は、コバルトおよびモリブデンの酸化物をベースとしており、H2およびDMDSの混合物により、従来の硫化条件下に硫化されて、金属性のモリブデンおよびコバルト酸化物の少なくとも80%がスルフィドに転換されたものである。
温度:285℃
圧力:2.5MPa
原料油の流量:400mL/h
水素の流量:144L/h
水素化脱留反応器からの出口において、反応混合物は冷却され、ガソリンは、気/液分離器において水素から分離された。
実施例1と同様の条件下でガソリンAについての試験が行われた。

温度は、混合物中に約30重量ppmの硫黄を得るように1℃の上昇に調整された。

Claims (11)
- 接触分解装置または他の転換装置由来の、0.1重量%未満の硫黄を含有するガソリンを水素化脱硫する方法であって、下記工程を含む方法:
a) ガソリンを水素と共に、二金属性触媒を用い、0.1-20h-1のHSV、220-350℃の温度および0.1〜5MPaの圧力で操作する少なくとも1つの水素化脱硫反応器に送り;
b) 水素化脱硫反応器からの流出物の炭化水素フラクションを凝縮し、液状の炭化水素および水素の混合物をもたらし;
c) 混合物を分離ドラムで分離して、主に脱硫ガソリンからなる底部での液状流出物と、主に水素とH 2 Sからなる頂部でのガス状流出物を回収し;
d) 工程c)の液状流出物をストリッピング塔に注入して、底部から脱硫ガソリンを、頂部から液状流出物中に溶解していた残留H 2 Sをそれぞれ回収し;
e) 工程d)の脱硫ガソリンの一部を取り出し;
f) 工程e)で取り出した脱硫ガソリンの一部を水素化脱硫反応器の入口に、脱硫されるべきガソリンの流量の0.2〜2倍の再循環比で再循環させる。 - 水素化脱硫反応器は、0.1〜10h−1、好ましくは2〜8h−1のHSV、1〜3MPaの圧力、50〜800リットル/リットル、好ましくは100〜400リットル/リットルの水素/原料油の容積比で機能する、請求項1に記載の水素化脱硫法。
- 用いられる触媒は、多孔性の担体上に担持された、少なくとも1種の第VIII族元素および第VIb族からの1種の元素を含み、第VIII族元素は、好ましくは鉄、コバルトまたはニッケルであり、第VIb族元素は、好ましくは、モリブデンまたはタングステンである、請求項1または2に記載の水素化脱硫法。
- 第VIII族元素の量は、酸化物として表して、0.5〜15重量%、好ましくは0.7〜10重量%であり、第VIb族金属の量は、1.5〜60重量%、好ましくは2〜50重量%である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の水素化脱硫法。
- 水素化脱硫触媒は、比表面積が200m2/g未満、好ましくは150m2/g未満、より好ましくは100m2/g未満である多孔性の担体を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の水素化脱硫法。
- 原料油に接触させる前に、触媒は、該触媒の2.8重量%以下、好ましくは0.5〜2.6重量%を示すような量に炭素を担持させる工程を経る、請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の水素化脱硫法。
- 水素化脱硫反応器の下流に、水素化脱硫反応器において用いられるものと同一タイプの二金属性の触媒を用いる終結反応器が設けられる、請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の水素化脱硫法。
- 終結反応器において用いられる触媒は、第VIII族元素および第VIb族元素を有し、該第VIII族元素の量は、酸化物として表して、0.5〜10重量%、好ましくは0.7〜5重量%であり、第VIb族元素の量は、1.5〜50重量%、好ましくは2〜20重量%である、請求項7に記載の水素化脱硫法。
- 終結反応器において用いられる触媒は、水素化脱硫反応器において用いられる触媒の触媒活性の1〜70%、好ましくは1〜50%の触媒活性を有する、請求項7または8に記載の水素化脱硫法。
- 終結反応器において用いられる触媒は、第VIII族元素を含有する単金属性の触媒であり、該元素の量は、酸化物として表して、1〜60重量%、好ましくは2〜20重量%である、請求項7に記載の水素化脱硫法。
- 脱硫ガソリンの一部の再循環は、水素化脱硫反応器と終結反応器との間に位置する点になされる、請求項7に記載の水素化脱硫法。
