Claims (5)
- 管を圧延するための、マンドレルで動作するタイプの圧延装置であって、
圧延軸(L)に沿って伸張している外部構造(2)と、
前記外部構造のなかに保持され、各々が3つのローラ(17、18、19)を有している複数のコンテナ(10)と、
回転ローラをコントロールするための操作手段(41、42、43;45、46、47)と、
前記圧延軸(L)からの前記ローラ(17、18、19)の距離を規定するための手段と、
前記ローラの重さのバランスを取り、1つの管の圧延と他の管の圧延との間、前記ローラの位置を維持するためのバランスシステムと、
を備え、
前記ローラ(17、18、19)は、前記距離を調節するために、圧延軸から放射状の方向に沿って導かれるというやり方で、コンテナの内部を移動可能なように、前記コンテナ(10)のなかに配置されているスライダ部(29、30、31)に沿ってスライドする対応したヨーク支持部(21、22、23)に取り付けられており、
前記ローラ(17、18、19)及び前記対応するヨーク支持部(21、22、23)は、スライダ(29、30、31)にある対応する開口部を通して、前記コンテナ(10)から放射状に取り外されることが可能であり、
前記圧延軸(L)からの前記ローラの距離を規定するための前記手段は、各ローラ(17、18、19)に対して単一の油圧アクチュエータ(49、50、51)を備え、
各ローラに対して単一のバランスシステムが備わり、
各バランスシステムは各々が対応する前記油圧アクチュエータと同軸であって、前記バランスシステム及び前記各油圧アクチュエータは、各ローラ(17、18、19)の回転軸(A、B、C)に対して垂直な軸に沿って操作されることを特徴とする圧延装置。 - 前記バランスシステムは、前記ローラの前記ヨーク支持部(21、22、23)上に存在する溝(25、26、27)とかみ合うように適合されたバランスロッド(53、54、55)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の圧延装置。
- 前記コンテナ(10)は、前記外部構造(2)から外されるために、前記圧延軸(L)に沿ってスライドするのに適しており、及び前記ヨーク支持部(21、22、23)上にある前記溝(25、26、27)は、前記のスライドにしたがって位置決めされており、そして、前記コンテナが前記構造から外されるとき、前記バランスロッド(53、54、55)は前記溝(25、26、27)から解放されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の圧延装置。
- 前記コンテナ(10)は2つの半分になったシェルを備え、該シェルは、中央結合線(40)に沿って結合され、及び、該半分になったシェルの間に伸張するスペーサブロック部(33、34、35)によって強化されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧延装置。
- 前記構造において隣接するコンテナ(10)の前記スペーサブロック部(33、34、35)は、圧延軸Lに沿って作動する圧延力を、前記コンテナから前記圧延装置の前記外部構造(2)へと正しく伝達することが可能なように、平行に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の圧延装置。
