Description
The present invention relates to an LED display structure of an electronic device such as a motor control device.

However, in the configuration of this conventional example, when the interval between the LEDs becomes narrow or the brightness of the LEDs is high, the light of the adjacent LEDs leaks to the display window through the adjacent light guide unit, and the LEDs of the same color In the case of, luminance unevenness occurs, and in the case of a different color LED, color unevenness occurs, which may cause misrecognition of display. In this case, the brightness of the LED is adjusted to prevent display misidentification.
In order to cope with this problem of light leakage, it has been proposed to shield between the light guide and the light guide. (For example, see Patent Documents 2 and 3)
In the conventional examples shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, in addition to the above-described problems, light leakage may increase due to variations in light guide plate attachment. In addition, there is a problem that if the user forgets to attach the light guide plate, he / she will not be aware and the product will be defective. Moreover, when welding a light-guide plate, management of a welding process and confirmation of a welding state are required, and there also exists a problem which an assembly man-hour increases.
Further, in Patent Document 2, there is a problem that the light guide plate has a light shielding hole and is weak in strength.
In Patent Document 3, although there is a light shielding structure, there is a possibility that light is leaked due to a large gap between the light guide portion and the light shielding member. There is also a problem that the light shielding member is on a ladder, and the structure is complicated and difficult to assemble.
The present invention has been made in view of such problems, and reliably prevents light leakage of adjacent LEDs, eliminates the need to adjust the brightness of LEDs, and is simple in structure and strong in strength. An object of the present invention is to provide an LED display structure of an electronic device that has few man-hours, has no variation in light guide plate attachment, and immediately notices when the light guide plate is forgotten to be attached, and can prevent a shortage.
