(2)前記外ケースの筒部内面にはスクリュー溝が形成されたスクリュー溝部を備えていること。
(3)前記内ケースの筒部外面には、軸方向に沿って等間隔で配置された多数の粒状突起からなる粒状突起列が複数列設けられ、該複数列の粒状突起列同士は、前記内ケースの筒部を中心角が等しくなる様に等角度間隔で周方向に分割する位置関係となる様に配置されていること。
(4)前記内ケースに設けられた他の粒状突起列との関係において高さ方向に対応する順番となる粒状突起同士の軸方向位置が、前記外ケースに形成されたスクリュー溝のピッチ並びに中心角度との関係から定まる量だけずれた位置関係となる様に形成されていること。
