Japanese Utility Model Publication No.59-120663

The technical problem of the present invention is that, in a synthetic resin deck material in which a groove cover is fitted in a fixing groove, even if rainwater flows into the groove from between the groove and the groove cover, the rainwater does not flow. The object is to suppress corrosion of the fastening member by contacting the fastening member such as a nail or a screw.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a long front plate, a plurality of leg plates provided below the long plate, and a bottom plate for connecting the lower end of each leg plate to at least one adjacent leg plate. The top plate is formed by removing a part of adjacent leg plates along the longitudinal direction thereof to form a concave groove having a fixing bottom plate, and is fixed to the center of the fixing bottom plate in the concave groove. In the synthetic resin deck material in which a longitudinal display groove indicating a fixing position of the member is provided and a groove cover is fitted to the concave groove, the groove cover is formed by integrating the surface plate and the pair of locking leg plates. Both locking leg plates are formed on the outside of the front end portion thereof with flanges that engage with engaging recesses provided on the leg plates constituting both side walls of the concave groove, and in the bottom plate for fixing in the concave groove On both sides of the display groove, a pair of flow path plates extending in the longitudinal direction are erected integrally with the fixing bottom plate. Provided a height that touches the lower surface of the surface plate of the groove cover, and provided a soft water-stopping material between the front end of the flow path plate and the front surface plate in contact with the front end to stop water between them. It is characterized by.

By configuring the synthetic resin deck material according to the present invention as described above, even if rainwater flows into the recessed groove from both sides of the groove cover, the rainwater is fixed to the nail, screw, or the like due to the presence of the flow path plate. It is possible to effectively suppress corrosion of the fastening member without contacting the member. Furthermore, the flow path plate is raised to the point where it comes into contact with the connection plate or the surface plate, and if necessary, a soft water-stopping material for water stoppage is provided at the front end so that a large amount of water can be put on the deck. Even if it flows, they can be guided in the longitudinal direction of the deck material through the rainwater flow path between the flow path plate and the leg plate in the groove.

In a preferred embodiment of the synthetic resin deck material according to the present invention, a plate extending from one side end along the longitudinal direction of the front plate is projected to the side of the front plate, A receiving groove for receiving flowing water between adjacent deck materials is provided at the side edge, and the above-mentioned plate is formed so that the position can be adjusted in the width direction while covering the receiving groove, and adjacent deck materials can be connected. Configured.

According to the above-described synthetic resin deck material of the present invention, in the synthetic resin deck material in which the groove cover is fitted to the fixing groove, rainwater enters between the groove and the groove cover. Even if it flows in, the rainwater can be prevented from coming into contact with a fixing member such as a fixing nail or a screw and corroding the fixing member.

FIG. 1 shows a first embodiment of a synthetic resin deck material according to the present invention.
In general, the deck material includes a long front plate 1, a plurality of leg plates 2 vertically suspended along the longitudinal direction, and a lower end of each leg plate 2 connected to at least one adjacent leg plate. The bottom plate 3 is integrally formed of a synthetic resin, and a plurality of square tube sections are formed between the top plate 1 and the bottom plate 3 by the plurality of leg plates 2. In order to give strength to each leg plate 2, each leg plate 2 is connected to at least one adjacent leg plate 2 and the bottom plate 3 to form the above-described square tube section. When there are the leg plates 2, they may be connected to both the leg plates 2 by the bottom plate 3, respectively.

The front plate 1 is formed with a concave groove 5 having a thick fixing bottom plate 4 by removing a part between adjacent leg plates 2 and 2 along the longitudinal direction. The concave groove 5 has a side surface defined by the leg plates 2 and 2 and an open upper surface. A nail or a screw for fixing the deck material to the floor frame is provided at the approximate center in the width direction of the fixing bottom plate 4. A display groove 7 in the longitudinal direction that indicates the fastening position of the fastening member 9 is provided. Since this fixing bottom plate 4 is a portion for fixing the deck material to the floor frame, it is thicker than the bottom plate 3 to maintain the strength, but at least the display groove 7 used for fixing to the floor frame. The lower surface of the portion provided with is formed so as to be flush with the other bottom plate 3.
In the illustrated embodiment, the concave groove 5 is provided at a substantially central portion along the longitudinal direction of the front plate 1, but the position of the concave groove 5 is not necessarily the central portion of the front plate 1, and is arbitrary. For example, it can also be provided at two locations near both sides of the front plate 1.

On both sides of the display groove 7 in the fixing bottom plate 4 in the concave groove 5, a pair of flow path plates 10 extending in the longitudinal direction are vertically installed on the bottom plate 4 as one body with the fixing bottom plate 4. A rainwater flow path 11 is formed between the pair of flow path plates 10 and the side plates 2 on both sides thereof to guide rainwater or the like flowing into the concave groove 5 in the longitudinal direction of the deck material. The flow path plate 10 is generally provided in the vicinity of the intermediate position between the display groove 7 and the both leg plates 2 of the concave groove 5, so that a necessary flow cross-sectional area is given to the rainwater flow path 11, In addition, spaces necessary for fixing the deck material by the fastening members 9 such as nails and screws are provided on both sides of the display groove 7.

The height of the pair of flow path plates 10 is preferably half of the depth of the concave groove 5 or slightly higher than that in relation to the groove cover 13 attached to the concave groove 5. When there is a possibility that a large amount of water flows on the top, as in the second and third embodiments to be described later, the cross-sectional area of the rainwater flow path 11 in the concave groove 5 is increased, or a soft waterstop material is used. By the attachment, it is possible to prevent the rainwater channel 11 from overflowing beyond the channel plate 10.
By providing such a flow path plate 10, even if rainwater or the like flows into the rainwater flow path 11 in the groove 5 from both sides of the groove cover 13, the rainwater or the like contacts the fastening member 9 such as a nail or a screw. Thus, corrosion of the fastening member 9 can be suppressed.

The groove cover 13 made of synthetic resin is fitted into the groove 5 of the deck material. The groove cover 13 is fitted with the surface plate 14 whose surface is flush with the surface plate 1 and the groove plate 5. A pair of locking leg plates 15 for locking are formed integrally. The locking leg plate 15 is provided along the longitudinal direction of the surface plate 14 and extends from the back of both side portions of the surface plate 14 toward the vicinity of both side ends of the lower end of the groove 5. A flange 15a that engages with an engagement recess 2a provided on the leg plates 2 and 2 that constitute both side walls of the groove 5 is provided outside the tip. Further, the connection plate 16 connecting the intermediate portions of the pair of locking leg plates 15 is formed integrally with the locking leg plate 15 so that the lower surface of the connection plate 16 is in contact with the top portions of the pair of flow path plates 10. It is composed.

The groove cover 13 is formed by engaging the flanges 15 a provided outside the front end portion of the locking leg plate 15 with the engagement recesses 2 a of the leg plates 2 and 2 constituting both side walls of the groove 5. However, the engaging portion is not engaged in a manner that does not hinder the flow of rainwater. However, if the rainwater flow in the engaging portion is insufficient, the rainwater flow between the both surfaces of the locking leg plate 15 is improved by means such as providing notches in the lower part of the locking leg plate 15 at appropriate intervals. be able to.

The deck material extends a covered plate 20 as an extended portion of the front plate 1 from one side end portion along the longitudinal direction of the front plate 1, and projects it to the side of the front plate 1. On the front plate 1 at the other end, the thickness of the front plate 1 is set to be equal to the thickness of the upper plate 20 for placing the above-described plate 20 of the adjacent deck material so that its position can be adjusted in the width direction of the deck material. A concave step portion 22 lowered from the surface is formed, and a receiving groove 23 for receiving flowing water from between adjacent deck materials is provided on the outer end side thereof, and the substrate 20 covers the receiving groove 23 to form the concave portion. While placed on the step portion 22, the deck material can be connected in the width direction so that the position can be adjusted.

More specifically, the receiving groove 23 provided on the outer end side of the concave step portion 22 in the deck material is formed by extending the bottom plate 3 from the lower end of the leg plate 2 on the outer end side of the concave step portion 22. Formed by a groove bottom plate 24 and a rising plate 25 connected to the outer end of the groove bottom plate 24, on the other hand, a contact plate fitted into the receiving groove 23 on the lower surface of the plate 20 of the deck material 21 is projected. When the position of the abutment plate 21 is adjusted in the direction of increasing the distance between adjacent deck members, as shown by the solid line in the figure, a stopper whose adjustment limit is the position where the abutment plate 21 abuts on the rising plate 25 is shown. On the contrary, when the position is adjusted in the direction of decreasing the distance between the deck materials, the position where it abuts on the leg plate 2 at the end of the concave step portion 22 is adjusted as shown by the chain line in the figure. It will be the limit stopper.
In the figure, reference numeral 27 denotes an anti-slip ridge made of a soft material integrally arranged on the surface of the surface plate 1 or the like of each deck material. It can also be formed by a synthetic resin constituting 1 or the like.

When many of the deck materials having the above-described structure are spread on a base material such as a floor frame, the contact plate 21 provided on the lower surface of the plate 20 is inserted into the receiving groove 23 in the deck material previously laid. Then, the board 20 is placed on the recessed step portion 22 of the laid deck material, and by repeating this, the deck materials are sequentially laid in the laying range, and then their proper positioning is performed. The deck material is fixed to the floor frame by the fixing member 9 through the display groove 7 of the fixing bottom plate 4 in the concave groove 5 of each deck material, and then the groove cover 13 is fitted into the concave groove 5 and locked. Laying the deck material is completed by engaging the flange 15a at the tip of the leg plate 15 with the engagement recess 2a provided on the leg plates 2 and 2, and fitting the groove cover 13 into the groove 5.

When rainwater or the like is applied to the laid deck material, the rainwater or the like flows into the groove 5 through the gap between the upper ends of the leg plates 2 on both sides of the groove 5 and the groove cover 13. The rainwater flow path 11 flows along the leg plates 2 on both sides, and the rainwater flow path 11 is a flow path plate that is a part of the display groove 7 that fixes the deck material with a fastening member 9 such as a nail or a screw. Therefore, rainwater or the like does not flow into the display groove 7 side, flows in the rainwater channel 11 in the longitudinal direction of the deck material, and flows down from there, and rainwater or the like flows into the fixing member 9. There is no contact, and corrosion of the fastening member 9 due to rain water or the like can be effectively suppressed. In addition, the rain water which flowed into the receiving groove 23 also flows in the longitudinal direction of the deck material and flows down from there.

In the first embodiment, the flow path plate 10 has a height that is in contact with the lower surface of the connection plate 16 that connects the intermediate portions of the pair of locking leg plates 15, and rainwater flows from the rainwater flow path 11 side to the flow path plate. 2 and FIG. 2 and FIG. 2 in order to further effectively prevent the rainwater from getting over the flow path plate 10. As in the second embodiment shown in FIG. 3, a soft water-stopping material 10a for water-stopping the connection plate 16 is provided at the tip of the flow path plate 10 having a height in contact with the lower surface of the connection plate 16.
