Description
内部空間を有する少なくとも1つのハウジングと、少なくとも1つのハウジングの内部空間に設置された少なくとも1つの力測定セルとを備えた力測定デバイスの状態を監視および/または決定するための方法によれば、力測定セルの動作寿命に影響を及ぼす内部空間の大気状態の少なくとも1つのパラメータを測定するための少なくとも1つのセンサがハウジングの内部空間に配置されているか、あるいはハウジングに配置されており、また、内部空間の大気状態の測定パラメータに対応するセンサ信号が計算ユニットおよび/またはデータ出力デバイスに送信される。
− 等級IIに対する温度限界: +10℃から+30℃
− 等級IIIに対する温度限界: −10℃から+40℃
動作限界値は、力測定セルを力測定デバイスの許容測定結果誤差を超えることなく動作させることができる内部空間の大気状態の値の範囲を画定している。
a)秤量セルの対応する負荷暴露が記録されるか、又は、
b)対応する負荷暴露が記録され、すべての負荷暴露の累積合計が計算されるか、あるいは
c)対応する負荷暴露が記録され、すべての負荷暴露の累積合計が計算され、また、許容負荷暴露に対する最大値と比較することによって残りの許容負荷暴露または残りの動作寿命が計算される。
a)少なくとも1つのセンサのセンサ信号の時間プロファイル全体、または
b)閾値を超えた後の少なくとも1つのセンサのセンサ信号の時間プロファイル、あるいは
c)少なくとも1つのセンサのセンサ信号が1つまたは複数の閾値を超えている時間セグメント
を積分し、最大値を超えた後、力測定セルの状態、またはより詳細には最大値を超えたことを示す信号をデータ出力デバイスに送信することによって決定される。
検出すべきパラメータが、ハウジングがリークしている場合に生じる内部空間の湿度変化である場合、センサとしてたとえば湿度センサを使用することができ、かつ/またはそのセンサを使用して、湿度パラメータを表すセンサ信号が周期的および/または無作為に決定され、あるいは連続的に決定される。
しかしながら、追加センサを使用する代わりに、力測定セルの秤量信号から計算ユニットの中で機械負荷暴露を直接決定することも可能である。
−最小/最大保管温度限界 −20℃〜70℃
−線路電圧ピーク(電気部品の妨害または破壊)
−荷重サイクル(疲労限界)
時間t2、t4およびt7で示すように信号が閾値KH未満に復帰すると直ちに状態が安定し、力測定デバイス100の内部空間80内の破壊はそれ以上進行しない。図3cに示すように、信号が閾値KH未満に復帰すると、データ出力デバイスを介して較正Acを要求することができ、あるいは自動的に較正を開始することができる。
信号の偏りがそれらに関連する時間の長さ(t2−t1;t4−t3;t7−t5;...)にわたって閾値KHおよび最大値Kmaxを超えると、それが記録され、図3bに示すように負荷暴露INTLTHとして累積加算される。負荷暴露の累積合計INTLTHと動作寿命限界値MAXLTHが比較され、比較の結果から残りの動作寿命RLTH1、RLTH2およびRLTH3が計算される。残りの動作寿命は、データ出力デバイス70に送信されるか、あるいは計算ユニットに記憶される。
信号の偏りが閾値FHおよび最大値Fmaxを超えると、それが記録され、図5bに示すように負荷暴露INTLTFとして累積加算される。負荷暴露の累積合計INTLTFと実験によって決定された動作寿命限界値MAXLTFが比較され、比較の結果から残りの動作寿命RLTF1、RLTF2およびRLTF3が計算される。残りの動作寿命は、データ出力デバイス70に送信されるか、あるいは計算ユニットに記憶される。

Claims (19)
- 内部空間(80、280)を有する少なくとも1つのハウジング(20、220)と、前記少なくとも1つのハウジング(20、220)の前記内部空間(80、280)に設置された少なくとも1つの力測定セル(10、210)とを備えた力測定デバイス(100、200)の状態を監視および/または決定するための方法であって、前記力測定セル(10、210)の動作寿命に影響を及ぼす前記内部空間の大気状態の少なくとも1つのパラメータ(90、290)が、前記ハウジング(20、220)の前記内部空間(80、280)に配置された少なくとも1つのセンサ(50、250、251)によって、および/または前記ハウジング(20、220)に配置された少なくとも1つのセンサ(50、250、251)によって測定され、前記内部空間の前記大気状態の測定パラメータ(90、290)に対応するセンサ信号(SHS、STS)が計算ユニット(60、206)および/またはデータ出力デバイス(70、207)に送信され、
前記センサ信号(SHS、STS、SLC)が決定された後、前記計算ユニット(60、206)内で少なくとも1つの閾値(KH、FH)と比較され、前記閾値(KH、FH)が超えられると、対応する負荷暴露が記録され、すべての負荷暴露の合計(INTLTF、INTLTH)が計算され、許容負荷暴露に対する最大値(MAXLTF、MAXLTH)と比較することによって、残りの動作寿命(RLTH、RLTF)が計算される、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記力測定デバイス(100、200)の秤量信号(SLC)に影響を及ぼす前記内部空間の前記大気状態の少なくとも1つのパラメータ(90、290)が、前記少なくとも1つのセンサ(50、250、251)によって、あるいは追加センサ(50、250、251)によって測定され、前記内部空間の前記大気状態の前記測定パラメータ(90、290)に対応するセンサ信号(STS)が、前記計算ユニット(60、206)内で動作上限値(TUOU)および/または動作下限値(TLOU)と比較され、前記動作限界(TUOU、TLOU)の1つが超えられていることが分かると、前記センサ信号(STS)または前記計算ユニットの出力信号(SHSX)がデータ出力デバイス(70、207)に送信されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記力測定セル(10、210)の動作寿命および/または前記秤量信号(SLC)に影響を及ぼす前記内部空間の前記大気状態のパラメータ(90、290)のセンサ信号(SHS、STS)が、前記少なくとも1つのセンサ(50、250、251)によって連続的または周期的および/または無作為に決定されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記力測定セル(10、210)の動作寿命および/または前記秤量信号(SLC)に影響を及ぼす前記内部空間の前記大気状態の少なくとも1つのパラメータ(90、290)の変化が検出され、前記変化に対応するセンサ信号(SHS、STS)が前記少なくとも1つのセンサ(50、250、251)によって決定されることを特徴とする請求項1から3の一項に記載の方法。
- 前記力測定デバイス(100、200)に影響を及ぼすすべての負荷暴露の前記合計(INTLTF、INTLTH)が、
a)前記センサ信号(SHS、STS、SLC)の時間プロファイル全体、または
b)閾値(KH、FH)が超えられた後の前記センサ信号(SHS、STS、SLC)の時間プロファイル、または
c)前記センサ信号(SHS、STS、SLC)が1つまたは複数の閾値(KH、FH)を超えている時間セグメント(t2−t1、t4−t3、t7−t5)
を積分することによって決定され、前記最大値(MAXLTF、MAXLTH)が超えられた後、前記最大値(MAXLTF、MAXLTH)を超えたことを示す信号が前記データ出力デバイスに送信されることを特徴とする請求項1から4の一項に記載の方法。 - 前記データ出力デバイス(70、207)に送信される前記センサ信号(SHS、STS、SLC)または前記計算ユニットの前記出力信号(SHSX)が警報をトリガし、かつ/または測定プロセスを中断し、かつ/または「動作可能」表示をターンオフすることを特徴とする請求項1から5の一項に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つのセンサ信号(SHS、STS、SLC)または前記計算ユニットの前記出力信号(SHSX)が前記力測定セル(10、210)の自動較正サイクル(AC)を起動し、かつ/または使用者/製造者による手動較正(AC)の実行を要求することを特徴とする請求項5または6の一項に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つのセンサ(50、250、251)を監視するために、前記センサによって前記計算ユニット(60、206)に送信される前記センサ信号(SHS、STS、SLC)が、前記計算ユニット(60、206)内で前記計算ユニット(60、206)に記憶されている検証値および検証許容誤差値とそれらを比較することによって少なくとも周期的にチェックされ、前記検証値および/または検証許容誤差値から逸脱していることが分かると、誤差が記録され、前記データ出力デバイス(70、207)に送信されることを特徴とする請求項1から7の一項に記載の方法。
- 前記力測定デバイス(100)の引渡しに先立って少なくとも1つのセンサ信号(SHS、STS、SLC)が決定され、前記センサ信号(SHS、STS、SLC)が基準値として前記計算ユニットに記憶されることを特徴とし、少なくとも前記力測定セルの引渡しに続いて、前記基準値を決定したセンサと同じセンサ(50、250、251)によって少なくとも1つのセンサ信号(SHS、STS、SLC)が決定され、後者のセンサ信号(SHS、STS、SLC)が前記基準値と比較されることを特徴とする請求項1から8の一項に記載の方法。
- 内部空間(80、280)を有する少なくとも1つのハウジング(20、220)と、前記少なくとも1つのハウジング(20、220)の前記内部空間(80、280)に設置された少なくとも1つの力測定セル(10、210)と、前記ハウジング(20、220)の前記内部空間(80、280)に配置された少なくとも1つのセンサ(50、250、251)および/または前記ハウジング(20、220)に配置された少なくとも1つのセンサ(50、250、251)とを備えた、請求項1から9の一項に記載の方法を実行するように動作することができる力測定デバイス(100、200)であって、
計算ユニット内の送信されたセンサ信号(SHS、STS、SLC)と、少なくとも1つの閾値(KH、FH)とを比較し、前記閾値(KH、FH)が超えられると、対応する負荷暴露を記録し、すべての負荷暴露の合計(INTLTF、INTLTH)を計算し、許容負荷暴露に対する最大値(MAXLTF、MAXLTH)と比較することによって、残り動作寿命(RLTH、RLTF)を計算するように動作する計算ユニット(60、206)を備え、
a)前記少なくとも1つのセンサ(50、250、251)がトリガエレメントを備え、少なくとも1つの閾値(KH、FH)および/または少なくとも1つの動作限界値(TUOU、TLOU)が前記トリガエレメントの中に物理的に実装され、前記閾値および/または動作限界値が、前記力測定セル(10、210)の動作寿命に影響を及ぼす前記内部空間の大気状態の少なくとも1つのパラメータ(90、290)によって決まり、かつ/または
b)少なくとも1つのデータ出力デバイス(70、207)を備えたデータ出力ユニットおよび/または測値変換器(203、204、205)ならびにトリガ機能を実行する動作プログラム(208)が前記力測定デバイス(100、200)と協働するようになされ、前記動作プログラム(208)が、前記力測定セル(10、210)の動作寿命に影響を及ぼす前記内部空間の前記大気状態の少なくとも1つのパラメータ(90、290)によって決まる少なくとも1つの閾値(KH、FH)および/または少なくとも1つの動作限界値(TUOU、TLOU)を含み、かつ/または記憶モジュールから少なくとも1つの閾値および/または動作限界値および/または最大値を要求するための少なくとも1つのコマンド列が前記動作プログラムに存在している
ことを特徴とする力測定デバイス(100、200)。 - 前記トリガエレメントによってトリガされるセンサ信号(SHS、STS)を計算ユニット(60、206)および/またはデータ出力デバイス(70、207)に送信することができることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の力測定デバイス(100、200)。
- 前記動作プログラム(208)によってトリガされると、前記計算ユニットの出力信号(SHSX)をデータ出力デバイス(70、207)および/または他の計算ユニット(60、206)に送信することができることを特徴とする請求項10または11の一項に記載の力測定デバイス(100、200)。
- 前記計算ユニット(60、206)および/または前記データ出力デバイス(70、207)を備えたデータ出力ユニットが、無線接続または有線接続を介して前記少なくとも1つのセンサ(50、250、251)に接続されることを特徴とする請求項10から12の一項に記載の力測定デバイス(100、200)。
- メモリ記憶モジュールおよび/または測値変換器が統合された少なくとも1つのセンサ(50、250、251)が提供されることを特徴とする請求項10から13の一項に記載の力測定デバイス(100、200)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのセンサ(50、250)が湿度センサ(50、250)、圧力センサまたは温度センサ(251)であることを特徴とする請求項10から14の一項に記載の力測定デバイス(100、200)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのセンサ(50、250、251)以外に、他のセンサが前記ハウジング(20、220)の前記内部空間(80、280)または前記ハウジング(20、220)に配置され、前記他のセンサが前記力測定セル(10、210)に電流を供給する電流供給デバイスの線路電圧ピークを検出するように機能することを特徴とする請求項10から15の一項に記載の力測定デバイス(100、200)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのセンサ(50、250、251)以外に、少なくとも1つの他のセンサが前記ハウジング(20、220)の前記内部空間(80、280)または前記ハウジング(20、220)に配置され、前記少なくとも1つの他のセンサが放射線および/または音波および/または衝撃を検出するように機能することを特徴とする請求項10から16の一項に記載の力測定デバイス(100、200)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのセンサ(50、250、251)以外に、他のセンサが前記ハウジング(20、220)の前記内部空間(80、280)または前記ハウジング(20、220)に配置され、前記他のセンサが前記力測定セル(10、210)の荷重サイクルによって決まるセンサ信号(SLC)を決定するように機能することを特徴とする請求項10から17の一項に記載の力測定デバイス(100、200)。
- 前記荷重サイクルによって決まるセンサ信号(SLC)を前記力測定セルの秤量信号から直接決定することができることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の力測定デバイス(100、200)。
