弾性又は伸縮性を有する合成ゴム若しくは合成樹脂によって一体に成形し、
前記伸縮部と略同形状の挿通孔を有し、前記パッキンにおける外形と略同形状に形成されるプレートを前記パッキン上に載置し、
前記パッキン及び前記プレートを前記ケーシングに固着し、
