Description
前記ベンゾトリアゾール系紫外線吸収剤の含有量が、前記エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体100質量部に対して、0.01〜0.3質量部であり、
前記ヒンダードアミン系光安定化剤の含有量が、前記エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体100質量部に対して、0.01〜2質量部であることを特徴とする太陽電池用封止膜により上記課題を解決する。
表1に示す配合で各材料をロールミルに供給して70℃で混練し、得られた組成物を70℃でカレンダ成形し、放冷後、太陽電池用封止膜(厚さ0.6mm)を得た。
表1に示すように紫外線吸収剤の種類及び/又は添加量を変えた以外は、実施例1と同様にして太陽電池用封止膜を作製した。
1.接着性
(1)紫外線照射
ガラス基板(厚さ3mm)上に、太陽電池用封止膜及び離型PETフィルム(厚さ0.075mm)をこの順で積層した。得られた積層体を、真空ラミネーターで真空下、90℃で2分間圧着した後、温度155℃の条件で45分間、加圧加熱した。これにより、封止膜をゲル分率80%以上に架橋硬化させた積層体を得た。
紫外線照射後の積層体において、太陽電池用封止膜とガラス基板との間の一部を剥離して、太陽電池用封止膜を180°折り返して引張試験機(株式会社島津製作所製、オートグラフAG−10KN)を用いて、引っ張り速度100mm/分時の引き剥がし力をPET接着力(N/cm)として測定した。結果を表1に示す。
(1)紫外線照射
太陽電池用封止膜を、二枚のガラス板(厚さ3.0mm)用いて、ガラス板/太陽電池用封止膜/ガラス板の順となるように積層した。得られた積層体を、上記した接着性の評価と同じ条件で、加圧加熱して封止膜をゲル分率80%以上に架橋硬化させた後に、紫外線を照射した。
紫外線照射前後の積層体の黄変度の差(ΔYI)を、色差計(カラーコンピューターSM−5−IS−2B、スガ試験機株式会社製)を用いて、JIS−K−7105−6(1981)に準拠して測定した。結果を表1にまとめて示す。
紫外線照射後の積層体の波長330nmの光線透過率を分光光度計(株式会社島津製作所製 MPC3100)を用いて測定した。結果を表1にまとめて示す。
ゲル分率の測定は、架橋硬化後の太陽電池用封止膜を秤量し(Ag)、これを120℃のキシレン中に24時間浸漬して不溶解分を200メッシュの金網で濾過し、金網上の残渣を真空乾燥して乾燥残渣の重量を測定し(Bg)、下記式により算出することができる。

Claims (10)
- エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体、有機過酸化物、ベンゾトリアゾール系紫外線吸収剤、及びヒンダードアミン系光安定化剤を含み、
前記ベンゾトリアゾール系紫外線吸収剤の含有量が、前記エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体100質量部に対して、0.05〜0.3質量部であり、
前記ヒンダードアミン系光安定化剤の含有量が、前記エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体100質量部に対して、0.01〜2質量部であることを特徴とする太陽電池用封止膜。 - 前記ベンゾトリアゾール系紫外線吸収剤の含有量が、前記エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体100質量部に対して、0.05〜0.1質量部であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の太陽電池用封止膜。
- 前記ヒンダードアミン系光安定化剤の含有量が、前記エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体100質量部に対して、0.05〜1.5質量部であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の太陽電池用封止膜。
- 前記ベンゾトリアゾール系紫外線吸収剤と、前記ヒンダードアミン系光安定化剤との質量比が、1:1〜1:5であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池用封止膜。
- 前記ベンゾトリアゾール系紫外線吸収剤が、2−(2H−ベンゾトリアゾール−2−イル)−6−ドデシル−4−メチルフェノール、2−[5−クロロ(2H)−ベンゾトリアゾール−2−イル]−4−メチル−6−tert−ブチルフェノール、及び/又は2,2’−メチレンビス−[6−(2H−ベンゾトリアゾール−2−イル)−4−(1,1,3,3−テトラメチルブチル)フェノールであることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池用封止膜。
- 前記ヒンダードアミン系光安定化剤が、ビス(2,2,6,6−テトラメチル−4−ピペリジル)セバケート、及び/又はポリ[{6−(1,1,3,3−テトラメチルブチル)アミノ−1,3,5−トリアジン−2,4−ジイル}{(2,2,6,6−テトラメチル−4−ピペリジル)イミノ}ヘキサメチレン{(2,2,6,6−テトラメチル−4−ピペリジル)イミノ}]であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池用封止膜。
- 前記有機過酸化物が、ハイドロパーオキサイド系化合物、ジアルキルパーオキサイド系化合物、及びケトンパーオキサイド系化合物よりなる群から選択される少なくとも1種である請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池用封止膜。
- 前記有機過酸化物の含有量が、前記エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体100質量部に対して、0.2〜1.5であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池用封止膜。
- 前記エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体の酢酸ビニル含有量が、前記エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体100質量部に対して、20〜35質量部であることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池用封止膜。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池用封止膜を用いたことを特徴とする太陽電池。
