Description
Claims (9)
- 透過波長帯域が制限された媒体で満たされた孔体内を光学的に検査する孔体内検査装置であって、
二つ以上の異なる性質の光を出射する一つ又は複数の光源と、
前記光源の出射光を前記孔体内の検査対象に向けて伝送し、前記検査対象からの反射・散乱光を孔体外に伝送する光伝送体と、
前記光伝送体によって伝送された反射・散乱光を受光して検査情報を生成する検査情報生成手段と、を備え、
前記光源は、その異なる性質の光の少なくとも一つとして、前記媒体の透過波長帯域に主要な波長帯域幅を有する光を出射し、
前記検査情報生成手段は、前記異なる性質の光毎に異なる検査情報を出力する複数の手段を備えるものであって、前記光源が帯域幅を有する光を出射したことに応じて、前記検査対象のスペクトル分析情報を出力するスペクトル分析手段を含むことを特徴とする孔体内検査装置。 - 前記媒体の透過波長帯域に主要な波長帯域幅を有する光を出射する光源として、SC(Super Continuum)光源を用いることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の孔体内検査装置。
- 前記媒体の透過波長帯域は、800〜1300nm,1400〜1800nm,2100〜2400nmの少なくともいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の孔体内検査装置。
- 前記光伝送体は、前記光源から出射された光を伝送するライトガイドと前記検査対象からの反射・散乱光を伝送するイメージガイドとを備え、
前記ライトガイドの先端側に照射光学系を設けると共に、前記イメージガイドの先端側に対物光学系を設けることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の孔体内検査装置。 - 前記検査情報生成手段は、前記光源が前記媒体の透過波長帯域に主要な波長帯域幅を有する光を出射したことに応じて、前記検査対象の画像情報を出力する撮像手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の孔体内検査装置。
- 前記検査情報生成手段は、前記光源が低コヒーレンス光を出射したことに応じて、前記反射・散乱光と当該光源の出射光との干渉光強度を検出することで前記検査対象の奥行き情報を出力する奥行き検出手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の孔体内検査装置。
- 前記検査情報生成手段は、前記光源が単一波長の光を出射したことに応じて、前記反射・散乱光を検出することで前記検査対象の物性情報を出力する物性検出手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の孔体内検査装置。
- 前記検査情報生成手段は、前記光源が複数のパルス光を出射したことに応じて、前記検査対象からの散乱光のパルス到達時間の変動から前記検査対象の移動速度情報を出力する移動速度検出手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の孔体内検査装置。
- 前記検査情報生成手段は、前記光源が直線偏波の光を出射したことに応じて、前記検査対象からの反射・散乱光の偏波状態の変化を検出する偏波状態検出手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の孔体内検査装置。
