Description
ここで、ΔK:温度上昇(K)、W:発生熱量(J)、τ:経過時間(sec)、Q:摩擦ダンパーの熱容量(J/K)、λ:相手板の熱伝導率(W/m・K)、t:温度上昇を評価する相手板の板厚(m)、Q´1:温度上昇を評価する板材の熱容量(J/K)、α1〜α4:回帰係数である。
比熱容量と密度の積は、アルミニウムが他の金属材料に比べやや小さいことを除けば、材料による違いは殆ど無い。また、摩擦ダンパー10全体または相手板16、18のサイズ(体積)を著しく大きくすることはできない。このため、摩擦ダンパー10全体又は相手板16、18の熱容量を向上させることによる摩擦ダンパー10の温度上昇の抑制は困難である((1)式の第1項、第4項に相当)。
前述のように、平均的な熱拡散に関わる第1項の係数は27.05/τであるので、80W/m・K程度以上の熱伝導率λを有する材料を用い、板厚tを適切に選ぶことで、(1)式の第2項の係数を、第1項に比べて十分小さくできる。すなわち、相手板16、18の局所的な熱の集中が速やかに緩和され、平均的な熱拡散の状態に近づけることができる。
なお、表5に、樹脂の厚さを1mmとしたときの熱伝導率λ、板厚t、経過時間τ、各熱容量、発生熱量W、温度上昇ΔKの値を示す。また、表6に、樹脂の厚さを2mmとしたときの熱伝導率λ、板厚t、経過時間τ、各熱容量、発生熱量W、温度上昇ΔKの値を示す。

Claims (3)
- 一の建築構造体から突設された板材と、
厚さが1mm以下のフッ素系樹脂又はフェノール樹脂で構成され、バックメタルで構成される裏打ち材が装着され、前記板材に固定された滑り材と、
前記滑り材に当接させて、前記一の建築構造体と相対移動する他の建築構造体に取り付けられ、熱伝導率が、80W/m・K・秒以上の相手板材と、
を備えたことを特徴とする摩擦ダンパー。 - 前記板材に溝部が形成され、該溝部に前記滑り材を嵌合したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の摩擦ダンパー。
- 両面に前記滑り材を固定した前記板材を上下に複数枚設け、
上下に配置された前記板材に固定された前記滑り材の間へ前記相手板材を挿入して前記滑り材に当接させると共に、最上部の前記滑り材に当接する前記相手板材と最下部の前記滑り材に当接する前記相手板材とを設けたことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の摩擦ダンパー。
