Claims (12)
- カソード/セパレータ/アノード構造で構成される積層型の電極集合体であって、
該電極集合体の所定の領域において少なくとも1つの貫通孔を備えており、オスメス結合型構造で構成される一対の保持部材(オス結合部材及びメス結合部材)が、電池ケース内部で前記貫通孔を貫いて挿入され、
前記カソード及び前記アノード内に形成される貫通孔部分の内径よりも小さい外径を有する前記メス結合部材が該貫通孔を貫いて挿入される一方、前記オス結合部材が前記メス結合部材内へ挿入されるとき、該メス結合部材の外側表面が前記貫通孔に密着させられ、
前記オス及びメス結合部材が、前記電池ケースと接する該オス及びメス結合部材の端部が前記貫通孔の寸法よりも大きい寸法を有するフランジ構造で構成され、
前記オス結合部材及び/または前記メス結合部材の前記フランジ端部が前記電池ケースの内側表面に貼り付けられ、
前記オス結合部材が、該オス結合部材の外径がフランジから遠い一方の端部から該フランジに接続される他方の端部まで徐々に増加される構造で構成される、
電極集合体。 - 前記オス結合部材が、前記メス結合部材の内径よりも大きい外径を有する、請求項1に記載の電極集合体。
- 前記オス結合部材が、前記メス結合部材の内径よりも大きい最大外径及び該メス結合部材の内径よりも小さい最小外径を有する、請求項1に記載の電極集合体。
- 前記メス結合部材の内側端部が、前記オス結合部材が該メス結合部材内へ挿入される側において下向きテーパ状にされるように、前記メス結合部材が構成される、請求項1に記載の電極集合体。
- 前記セパレータ内に形成される貫通孔部分が、前記カソード及び前記アノード内に形成される貫通孔部分の内径よりも小さい内径を有するように、前記電極集合体の前記貫通孔が構成される、請求項1に記載の電極集合体。
- 前記アノードの前記貫通孔部分の前記内径が、前記カソードの前記貫通孔部分の前記内径よりも小さい、請求項5に記載の電極集合体。
- 前記メス結合部材の前記外径が、前記セパレータ内に形成される貫通孔部分の内径よりも大きく、前記カソード及び前記アノード内に形成される貫通孔部分の内径よりも小さい、請求項1に記載の電極集合体。
- 前記オス及びメス結合部材が、強制嵌合によってまたは該オス及びメス結合部材の接合面に形成されるオス及びメスねじのねじ係合によって互いに結合される、請求項1に記載の電極集合体。
- 前記保持部材がプラスチック樹脂で作られる、請求項1に記載の電極集合体。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の電極集合体を含む二次電池。
- 前記電池が、金属層及び樹脂層を含む積層シートで作られる電池ケース内に取り付けられる電極集合体を有するポーチ状二次電池である、請求項10に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電池が、車両用の高出力、大容量電池パック内に含まれる単位セルとして使用される、請求項10に記載の二次電池。
