Description
モジュールの敷設方法に関する。
モジュールの軒側端部を簡単にしかも強固に固定でき、耐暴風雨性能及び耐負圧性能が高
い太陽電池モジュールの敷設方法を提供することにある。
太陽電池モジュールを施工する段階において瓦を横方向に隣接配置し、当該列の瓦に重なるように屋根の勾配方向に揃うように棟側上段の列としての太陽電池モジュールと瓦を横一列に敷設し、この太陽電池モジュールと瓦を横方向に並べて敷設した段の列の敷設後の太陽電池モジュールと当該太陽電池モジュールの横に設置される瓦との間に瓦の位置ずれによって形成された隙間に防水部材を介在させるようにしたことを特徴とする。
Claims (6)
- 屋根の勾配方向に直交する横方向に沿って瓦と当該瓦の横幅よりも複数倍大きな横幅の太陽電池モジュールとを横一列に混ぜ葺きして敷設する太陽電池モジュールの敷設方法において、
太陽電池モジュールを施工する段階において瓦を横方向に隣接配置し、当該列の瓦に重なるように屋根の勾配方向に揃うように棟側上段の列としての太陽電池モジュールと瓦を横一列に敷設し、この太陽電池モジュールと瓦を横方向に並べて敷設した段の列の敷設後の太陽電池モジュールと当該太陽電池モジュールの横に設置される瓦との間に瓦の位置ずれによって形成された隙間に防水部材を介在させるようにした太陽電池モジュールの敷設方法。 - 前記防水部材は、前記瓦と略同一高さである請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュールの敷設方法。
- 前記防水部材は、不燃材で形成されている請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュールの敷設方法。
- 前記防水部材と屋根の勾配方向に直交する横方向に隣接する太陽電池モジュール及び瓦との間は、シール部材で水密にシールされている請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュールの敷設方法。
- 前記防水部材は、屋根の勾配方向に直交する横方向に隣接する瓦もしくは太陽電池モジュールとの隙間を防水する樋部を有している請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュールの敷設方法。
- 前記防水部材は、屋根の勾配方向に直交する横方向に隣接する瓦もしくは太陽電池モジュールとの隙間を防水するために隣接する瓦もしくは太陽電池モジュールの側縁部の上面に重ね合せる請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュールの敷設方法。
