また、前述の実施形態では、1枚の板材を折り曲げ加工した後に切断加工することで係止爪33を有した横向突出片32を備えた固定金具3としたがこれに限ることがない。
例えば、1枚の板材を叩いて薄く潰した後に折り曲げて切断することで、係止爪の先端を鋭利な形状にしてもよい。
また、図9に示すように、取付片30のデッキ材長手方向一方側と他方側から立上り片31を立ち上げ、横向突出片32を立上り片31の上端部からデッキ材の長手方向一方側および他方側に向かって突出して設け、この横向突出片32をデッキ材の幅方向一方側および他方側に向けて突出させた形状としても良い。
この場合、取付片30のデッキ材長手方向一方側からのみ立上り片31を立ち上げ、横向突出片32を立上り片31の上端部からデッキ材の長手方向一方側に向かって突出して設け、この横向突出片32をデッキ材の幅方向一方側、他方側の両方側(または、デッキ材の幅方向一方側のみ)に向けて突出させた形状としても良い。
