Description

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a round bar handrail in which a decorative sheet is attached to a round bar member having a substantially circular cross section to manufacture a round bar handrail.

As a handrail attached to the wall surface of a building or the upper surface of a headboard via a fixing bracket, a round bar handrail having a substantially circular cross section is used from the viewpoint of ease of gripping.
As such a round bar handrail, what was manufactured by sticking a decorative sheet on the outer peripheral surface of a round bar-like base material (round bar member) is known from the viewpoint of economy and design.
For example, in the following Patent Document 1, a concave groove is formed on the outer surface of the handrail bar in the axial direction of the handrail bar, and a decorative sheet covering the entire circumference excluding the concave groove is wound, and the both side edge portions are wound. A handrail bar has been proposed in which each is bent at the opening edge of the groove and bonded along the side surface of the groove, and a joint material made of synthetic resin is fitted in the groove.
According to this, since both side edges of the decorative sheet housed in the groove are sandwiched between the joint material and the side surface of the groove, it is possible to prevent the side edges of the decorative sheet from curling. there were.

Japanese Patent No. 4261534 (see FIG. 6)

However, in what was described in the said patent document 1, after bonding the both-sides edge part of a decorative sheet to the side surface of a ditch | groove, it was necessary to fit a joint material, and the further simplification of the manufacturing process was desired. .
In addition, as described above, the handrail bar has a substantially circular cross section, and is a relatively long object. Therefore, there is a method for easily attaching a decorative sheet without causing an adhesion shift or the like. It was desired.

This invention is made in view of the said situation, and provides the manufacturing method of the round bar handrail which can stick a decorative sheet on the outer peripheral surface of a round bar member with a substantially circular cross section by a simple method. The purpose is that.

In order to achieve the above object, a method for manufacturing a round bar handrail according to the present invention includes attaching a decorative sheet to a round bar member having a substantially circular cross section having a concave groove along the longitudinal direction on the outer peripheral surface. A method of manufacturing a round bar handrail, wherein the concave groove is formed while conveying the round bar member along the longitudinal direction in a state where the guide member is engaged with the concave groove of the round bar member. The decorative sheet is brought into contact with the outer peripheral surface on the opposite side to the circumferential direction, and the substantially central portion in the width direction of the decorative sheet is brought into contact with the outer peripheral surface toward the concave groove. The both ends of the width direction of each are housed in the groove, and the edge portions of the both ends are overlapped and adhered to the inner surface of the groove.

According to such a method, since the round bar member is transported in a state where the guide member is engaged with the concave groove, the round bar member rotates in the circumferential direction or is displaced. You can prevent anything. Since the decorative sheet is adhered to the outer peripheral surface of the round bar member while being conveyed in this manner, the decorative sheet is less likely to be misaligned, and the decorative sheet can be easily and nicely adhered. .
In addition, the width direction both ends of the decorative sheet are placed in the groove, the end edges are overlapped, and these both edges are attached to the inner surface of the groove, so that the base (round bar member) Is not exposed, and the joint of the decorative sheet can be made inconspicuous. Therefore, the appearance of the round bar handrail can be improved.

In the present invention, the concave groove is a square groove having a substantially rectangular cross section, and each of both side end portions of the decorative sheet is fitted along the inner surface of the square groove so as to be bent at each corner of the square groove. It may be attached and the edge portions of the both side end portions may be overlapped at the bottom of the square groove.
In this way, at the bottom of the square groove, if the end edges of the both end portions of the decorative sheet are overlapped, for example, compared to the case where the overlap is performed on the inner surface of the square groove, It can be easily pressed by pressing means or the like, and the decorative sheet can be firmly attached.

The square groove may be formed such that the groove width is larger than the groove depth.
According to this, when both side ends of the decorative sheet are placed in the square groove, compared with the groove width formed smaller than the groove depth, both side ends of the decorative sheet, or these and the round bar The degree of interference with the outer peripheral surface around the groove of the member can be reduced.

In the present invention, the guide member may be engaged with the concave groove of the round bar member being opened substantially vertically downward.
According to such a method, for example, compared with the case where the guide member is engaged with the concave groove in a state where the concave groove of the round bar member is opened in the lateral direction or the upward direction, The self-weight of the round bar member can be used, and the engagement can be improved. In addition, since the outer peripheral surface on the opposite side in the circumferential direction is positioned substantially vertically above, the decorative sheet is stuck along the outer peripheral surface toward the concave groove by contacting the substantially central portion in the width direction of the decorative sheet. When wearing, wrinkles and the like are hardly formed on the decorative sheet.

In the present invention, the guide member may include a ridge guide provided along the circumferential direction on a circumferential surface of a driving roller that conveys the round bar member in the longitudinal direction.
According to this, the drive roller which conveys a round bar member in a longitudinal direction can be used also as a guide member, and simplification of a manufacturing apparatus can be achieved.

According to the manufacturing method of the round bar handrail according to the present invention, the decorative sheet can be easily and nicely attached to the outer peripheral surface of the round bar member having a substantially circular cross section by the configuration as described above. it can.

FIG. 5 is a conceptual explanatory diagram for explaining a pretreatment process that can be applied to or incorporated in the manufacturing method.
Moreover, FIG. 6 has shown an example of the construction state of the round bar handrail manufactured by the manufacturing method.
1, 3 to 5, and 7, some members are not shown as cross-sectional views, and some of the members on the front side (downstream in the transport direction) are not shown. . Moreover, in each figure, the cross section which shows the whole round bar member has shown the lamination | stacking state mentioned later.

As shown in FIGS. 1C and 1D, the round bar handrail 1 manufactured by the method for manufacturing the round bar handrail according to the present embodiment extends over the entire circumference of the outer peripheral surface of the round bar member 10. The makeup sheet 20 is attached. Both ends 22 and 22 in the width direction of the decorative sheet 20 are accommodated in a square groove 12 as a concave groove formed on the outer peripheral surface of the round bar member 10, and end edges 22 a of these both ends 22 and 22. , 22a are overlapped and adhered to the inner surfaces 12a, 12b of the square groove 12.

The decorative sheet 20 may be a veneer obtained by thinly slicing natural precious wood, or a synthetic resin sheet (film) or decorative paper material provided with various patterns.
In this example, a synthetic resin sheet with a wood grain pattern is used as the decorative sheet 20.
The round bar member 10 is formed with a square groove 12 having a substantially square cross section over the entire length in the longitudinal direction on the outer peripheral surface thereof, and has a substantially circular cross section.
The round bar member 10 is formed so that the diameter of the round bar handrail 1 after the decorative sheet 20 is attached to the outer peripheral surface is about 28 mm to 40 mm from the viewpoint of ease of gripping. In this example, the diameter is about 35 mm.
The round bar member 10 is relatively long and has a length of about 2000 mm to 5000 mm.

In this example, the square groove 12 has a groove width W larger than the groove depth D, as shown in FIG. The groove width W and the groove depth D of the square groove 12 are about 1.5 mm to 10.0 mm from the viewpoints of ease of fitting the side end portions 22 and 22 of the decorative sheet 20 into the square groove 12, design properties, and the like. Preferably, the thickness may be about 1.5 mm to 5.0 mm. In this example, the groove width W is about 2.8 mm, and the groove depth D is about 2.0 mm.
In this example, thread surface processing is performed on both sides of the opening edge of the square groove 12. Such thread surface processing may be formed by cutting the square groove as will be described later, and then polishing it together with the inner surface of the square groove or separately.
First, an example of the formation process of this square groove 12 is demonstrated based on FIG.

<Dove groove forming process>
As shown in FIG. 5B, the round bar 10A before forming the square groove 12 is composed of a plurality of (14 in the illustrated example) single plates 11, 11,. In addition, LVL (Laminated Veneer Number) laminated and bonded so that the fiber direction is along the longitudinal direction of the round bar 10A is processed into a substantially circular cross section. The tree species applied to this LVL may be eucalyptus or poplar.

As shown in FIG. 5A, a groove forming device 40 as an example of a device that executes the groove forming step is disposed on a base 40a, and has a motor or the like via a pulley, a gear, or the like. A plurality of round bar transport rollers 41, 41, 41 that are rotationally driven in the transport direction of the round bar 10 </ b> A (and the round bar member 10 after forming the square groove 12) by the driving means, and the round bar by the same driving means. A rotary blade 46 that is driven to rotate in a direction opposite to the conveying roller 41 and a guide rail 42 disposed on the base 40a are provided.
As shown in FIG. 5B, the round bar transport roller 41 has a shape corresponding to the radius of curvature of the outer circumferential surface of the round bar 10A, and is driven to rotate so that the round bar 10A. Is conveyed along the longitudinal direction.

The guide rail 42 includes a pair of guide pieces 43 and 43 that slide in contact with both lower sides of the outer peripheral surface of the round bar 10A and guide the round bar 10A that is conveyed along the longitudinal direction, as shown in FIG. In addition, a rotary blade opening 44 for receiving the rotary blade 46 is formed at a portion corresponding to the rotary blade 46.
Further, on the bottom surface of the guide rail 42 on the downstream side in the conveyance direction of the rotary blade opening 44, as shown in FIG. 5D, the square groove 12 of the round bar member 10 after the formation of the square groove 12 is engaged. Guide ridges 45 as projecting guide members are projected.
The rotary blade 46 is disposed so that a part of the blade is exposed from the upper surface of the base 40a, and the above-mentioned square groove having a predetermined dimension is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the round bar 10A conveyed while being guided by the guide rail 42. 12 is formed.

In this example, as shown in FIG. 5B, a round bar is formed on the guide rail 42 so that the stacking direction of the single plates 11 having the stacked structure and the depth direction of the square grooves 12 are substantially the same direction. 10A is arranged. As shown in the figure, in the aspect in which the rotary blade 46 is arranged vertically below the axis (circular center) of the round bar 10A, the stacked single plates 11 are arranged so as to be substantially horizontal.
When the tip of the round bar 10A arranged in this way is introduced between the round bar transport roller 41 and the guide rail 42 and the round bar transport roller 41 is driven to rotate, the round bar 10A is transported along the longitudinal direction. Is done.

The outer peripheral surface of the round bar 10 </ b> A conveyed as described above is cut by the rotary blade 46, and the long rectangular groove 12 is formed along the fiber direction of the single plate 11 having a laminated structure. By cutting and forming the square grooves 12 along the fiber direction in this way, for example, compared to the case where the square grooves are formed in a slanting or perpendicular direction to the fiber direction of the LVL, the square grooves are formed on the inner surface of the square groove. Cracks, crusts, fluffing and the like are unlikely to occur, and the adhesiveness of the decorative sheet 20 is not hindered. Further, in this example, the stacking direction of the single plates 11 and the depth direction of the square grooves 12 are substantially coincided with each other, and the bottom 12a of the square grooves 12 (FIG. ))) Is stopped. Thereby, a crack, a salmon, a fuzz, etc. can be reduced more.

In addition, after the square groove 12 is formed, the round bar member 10 is conveyed along the longitudinal direction in a state where the guide protrusions 45 of the guide rail 42 are engaged with the square groove 12. In other words, in this example, the rectangular grooves 12 are formed by being sequentially introduced onto the rotary blade 46 while being conveyed with the guide ridges 45 engaged with the rectangular grooves 12 of the round bar member 10.
In this manner, by transporting in a state where the guide protrusion 45 is engaged with the square groove 12 of the round bar member 10, it is possible to form the square groove 12 without misalignment in the circumferential direction. A straight square groove 12 can be easily and reliably formed along the longitudinal direction.
Further, since the rectangular groove 12 is formed while conveying the long round bar 10A (round bar member 10) in the longitudinal direction with respect to the concave groove forming device 40, the long round bar 10A ( The apparatus can be simplified as compared with the embodiment in which each device or the like is moved with respect to the round bar member 10) to form the groove.

In addition, you may make it incorporate the said ditch | groove formation process in the manufacturing method as pre-processing of the manufacturing method of the round bar handrail which concerns on this embodiment mentioned later.
Moreover, you may make it form a ditch | groove (square groove) in a round bar by another method.
Furthermore, the round bar member formed with the square groove is not limited to the one made from LVL, but made from a plywood obtained by laminating and laminating a plurality of single plates alternately so that the fiber directions are orthogonal to each other. It is good. Thus, it shall be in the direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the manufactured round bar handrail 1 by making it from the laminated wood material which made the fiber direction of either single board along the longitudinal direction among several sheets. Can be prevented.
Furthermore, as the round bar member in which the square groove is formed, it may be made of other wood-based materials such as particle board and wood fiber board such as MDF (medium density fiber board). Alternatively, it may be made of a synthetic resin material or a metal material.

Next, a method for manufacturing the round bar handrail 1 by sticking the decorative sheet 20 to the outer peripheral surface of the round bar member 10 in which the square grooves 12 are formed as described above will be described with reference to FIGS. To do.
<Round bar handrail manufacturing process (decorative sheet sticking process)>
As shown in FIG. 2, a round bar handrail manufacturing apparatus (decorative sheet sticking apparatus) 30 as an example of an apparatus for manufacturing the round bar handrail 1 by sticking the decorative sheet 20 is arranged on a base 30a. Adhering to the guide rail 32 provided, a plurality of drive rollers 31, 31, 31 partially exposed from the upper surface of the base 30 a, a sheet supply roller 33 for feeding the decorative sheet 20, and one surface of the decorative sheet 20 , And a plurality of sheet pressing rollers 35, 35,..., And end processing sections 36, 37, 38, 39 of the decorative sheet 20.

As shown in FIG. 3A, the guide rail 32 has substantially the same configuration as the guide rail 42 of the concave groove forming device 40 described above, and is in sliding contact with both lower sides of the outer peripheral surface of the round bar member 10 in the longitudinal direction. A pair of guide pieces 32b and 32b for guiding the round bar member 10 conveyed along the guide bar 32a, and a guide protrusion 32a which protrudes from the bottom surface and engages with the square groove 12 of the round bar member 10 and functions as a guide member. And.
The guide rail 32 is connected to the downstream side of the guide rail 42 of the concave groove forming device 40 described above, or the guide rail 42 of the concave groove forming device 40 is manufactured as a round bar handrail instead of the guide rail 32. You may make it grasp | ascertain as a guide rail of the apparatus (decorative sheet sticking apparatus) 30. FIG. That is, you may make it grasp | ascertain the manufacturing method of the round bar handrail which concerns on this embodiment by making a ditch | groove formation process and a decorative sheet sticking process into a series.

The driving roller 31 is rotationally driven in the conveying direction of the round bar member 10 by the same driving means as described above, and a ridge guide 31a is projected on the circumferential surface along the circumferential direction. The convex guide 31a functions as a guide member that engages with the square groove 12 of the round bar member 10, as shown in FIG. The round bar member 10 is transported along the longitudinal direction in a state in which the ridge guide 31 a is engaged with the groove 12.
Thus, since the round bar member 10 is conveyed in a state where the guide ridges 32a of the guide rail 32 and the ridge guides 31a of the drive roller 31 are engaged with the square grooves 12, the round bar member 10 is conveyed. Can be prevented from rotating or misaligned in the circumferential direction. In addition, since the driving roller 31 that transports the round bar member 10 in the longitudinal direction also functions as a guide member, for example, the manufacturing apparatus can be simplified as compared with a case where the guide member is further provided separately from the driving roller. it can.

Further, in this example, with the square groove 12 of the round bar member 10 opened substantially vertically downward, the guide protrusion 32a of the guide rail 32 and the protrusion guide 31a of the drive roller 31 are engaged and conveyed. Like to do.
With such a configuration, for example, compared to a case where the guide groove is engaged with the concave groove in a state in which the concave groove of the round bar member is opened in the lateral direction or the upward direction, the round bar The weight of the member 10 can be utilized, and the engagement can be improved.

An adhesive is applied to one side of the decorative sheet 20 fed out from the sheet supply roller 33 by an adhesive application unit 34 made of a roll coater or the like, and the adhesive application surface is reversed while being guided by the sheet guide roller. , Supplied toward the round bar member 10.
The sheet pressing roller 35 functions as pressing and sticking means for pressing and sticking the decorative sheet 10 supplied toward the round bar member 10 to the outer peripheral surface of the round bar member 10, and in the longitudinal direction of the round bar member 10. It is arranged at a plurality of locations with an appropriate interval along.
The sheet pressing roller 35 is made of a material having moderate elasticity such as rubber, a synthetic resin material, a metal material, or the like, and the decorative sheet 20 is placed on the outer peripheral surface of the round bar member 10 conveyed by the driving roller 31. The decorative sheet 20 is pressed against the outer peripheral surface of the round bar member 10 while the peripheral surface abuts or elastically contacts with the outer peripheral surface of the round bar member 10 while being rotated along with the conveyance along the longitudinal direction of the round bar member 10. It is configured to stick so as to be along.

Among these sheet pressing rollers 35, the most upstream sheet pressing roller 35 has a substantially central portion 21 in the width direction of the decorative sheet 20, as shown in FIG. A round bar member 10 is brought into contact with a surface 13 (an outer circumferential surface on the opposite side in the circumferential direction from the portion where the concave groove is formed (in this example, an outer circumferential surface almost directly above the axis of the round bar member 10)). It is set as the structure pressed toward the axial center.
Further, in this example, the sheet pressing rollers 35 on the downstream side of the most upstream sheet pressing roller 35 are symmetrical with respect to the center line of the round bar member 10 as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3B to 3D. They are arranged on the left and right sides of the round bar member 10 so as to be line symmetric as axes. Each of the downstream sheet pressing rollers 35 paired on the left and right in this way, starting from the opposite corner groove side outer peripheral surface 13 of the round bar member 10, the contact portion thereof from the upstream side toward the downstream side, It arrange | positions so that it may approach the square groove 12 side gradually.

If the outer circumferential surface 13 on the opposite side of the round bar member 10 is set to 0 degree and the part of the square groove 12 is set to 180 degrees as the end point, in FIG. FIG. 3 (c) shows the sheet pressing roller 35 that is in contact with the left and right, and FIG. 3 (d) shows the sheet pressing roller 35 that is in contact with each of the left and right portions. Each of the sheet pressing rollers 35 is in contact with a portion of about 135 degrees.
The most downstream sheet pressing roller 35 is arranged so that the decorative sheet 20 is pressed and adhered to the vicinity of the opening edge or the opening edge of the square groove 12 of the round bar member 10. For example, it may be arranged as shown in FIGS. 7A and 7C described later.

As described above, in this example, the decorative sheet 20 is transferred to each sheet while the round bar member 10 is conveyed along the longitudinal direction in a state where the convex guide 31a of the drive roller 31 is engaged with the square groove 12. Since the pressing roller 35 is applied along the outer circumferential surface, the decorative sheet 20 is not easily misaligned, and the decorative sheet 20 can be easily and nicely applied.
Further, the decorative sheet 20 is made to contact the outer peripheral surface 13 on the opposite corner groove side substantially vertically above the axis of the round bar member 10 in the width direction of the decorative sheet 20 so that the decorative sheet 20 faces the square groove 12. Since it sticks along the surface, wrinkles and the like are hardly formed on the decorative sheet 20.

Although the downstream sheet pressing rollers 35 excluding the most upstream sheet pressing roller 35 are illustrated as a pair on the left and right, they are arranged at different positions along the longitudinal direction of the round bar member 10. It is good also as what was done.
Further, the number of installed sheet pressing rollers 35 is not limited to four as shown in the figure, and the round bar member 10 is provided so that the decorative sheet 20 can be smoothly adhered along the outer peripheral surface of the round bar member 10. It may be provided at a plurality of locations along the longitudinal direction.
In addition, each sheet pressing is performed so that one side end 22 of the decorative sheet 20 is positioned on the bottom 12a side of the square groove 12 in accordance with the arrangement mode of the end processing units 36, 37, 38, 39 described later. You may make it set the arrangement location along the longitudinal direction of the roller 35 suitably.

As described above, the round bar member 10 on which the decorative sheet 20 is adhered to the outer peripheral surface by the sheet pressing rollers 35 is conveyed by the driving roller 31 and reaches the end processing units 36, 37, 38, and 39.
The end processing unit functions as an end processing unit that stores both end portions 22 and 22 in the width direction of the decorative sheet 20 in the square groove 12 and sticks them to the inner surfaces 12a and 12b of the square groove 12.
The end processing portions 36, 37, 38, 39 are composed of four roller members, and include an opening edge pressing roller 36, a first corner pressing roller 37, a second corner pressing roller 38, and a bottom portion. The pressing roller 39 is arranged from the upstream side toward the downstream side with an appropriate interval in this order.

These rollers 36, 37, 38, 39 are disposed below the round bar member 10 conveyed by the driving roller 31, and are made of a material having moderate elasticity such as rubber, a synthetic resin material, a metal material, or the like. The round bar member 10 is in contact with or elastically contacted with the outer peripheral surface of the round bar member 10 via the decorative sheet 20 and is driven to rotate along with the conveyance along the longitudinal direction of the round bar member 10.
The rollers 36, 37, 38, and 39 can also be used as guide members that guide the round bar member 10 with the outer peripheral portions 36 a, 37 a, 38 a, and 39 a engaging with the square groove 12 via the decorative sheet 20. Function.

As shown in FIG. 4A, the opening edge pressing roller 36 has an outer peripheral portion 36 a having a convex curved shape, and a part of the convex curved outer peripheral portion 36 a is inserted into the square groove 12. At the same time, the decorative sheet 20 attached to the outer peripheral surface of the round bar member 10 until it reaches the vicinity of the opening edge of the square groove 12 is pressed so as to form a bent portion at the opening edge, and both end portions 22 of the decorative sheet 20 are pressed. , 22 are accommodated in the square groove 12.
As described above, since the square groove 12 has a groove width W larger than the groove depth D, both sides of the decorative sheet 20 are compared with those formed with a groove width smaller than the groove depth. When the end portions 22 and 22 are accommodated in the square groove 12 as described above, the both side end portions 22 and 22 of the decorative sheet 20 or interference between these and the outer peripheral surface of the round bar member 10 around the square groove 12. The degree of (contact) can be reduced.

As described above, one of the side end portions 22 of the decorative sheet 20 in which the bent portion is formed at the opening edge of the square groove 12 and is accommodated in the square groove 12 is shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 4, the first presser foot is pressed by the first corner presser roller 37 and is adhered to one inner side surface 12 b of the square groove 12.
The first corner presser roller 37 has a tapered shape that expands toward the inner side surface 12b of one side (presser side) of the square groove 12, and the pointed outer peripheral portion 37a is formed in the square groove 12. The one end 22 of the decorative sheet 20 is bent at one corner of the sheet, and the one end 22 is attached so as to be pressed along the one inner surface 12b of the square groove 12.

Next, as shown in FIG. 4C, the other side end portion of the side end portions 22, 22 of the decorative sheet 20 is caused by the second corner presser roller 38 on the downstream side of the first corner presser roller 37. 22 is pressed and attached to the other inner surface 12b of the square groove 12.
The second corner presser roller 38 has a shape obtained by reversing the first corner presser roller 37 from the left and right, and the pointed outer peripheral portion 38a is the other corner of the square groove 12 as described above. The other side end 22 of the decorative sheet 20 is bent at the portion, and the other side end 22 is attached so as to be pressed along the other inner side surface 12 b of the square groove 12.
In this state, the edge portions 22a and 22a of the side end portions 22 and 22 of the decorative sheet 20 are superposed on the bottom portion 12a of the square groove 12.

Next, as shown in FIG. 4 (d), both side end portions 22, 22 of the decorative sheet 20 are pressed against the bottom portion 12 a of the square groove 12 by the bottom portion pressing roller 39 on the downstream side of the second entering corner pressing roller 38. Adhere.
The bottom pressing roller 39 has a peripheral end surface 39a having a flat end surface, and both end portions 22 and 22 of the decorative sheet 20 correspond to the groove width of the square groove 12 attached to the inner side surfaces 12b and 12b. The width is assumed. By the peripheral surface 39 a of the bottom pressing roller 39, both end portions 22, 22 of the decorative sheet 20 are pressed against the bottom 12 a of the square groove 12 and are securely attached. Thus, by pressing and adhering the both side end portions 22 and 22 of the decorative sheet 20 so as to be crimped, the overlapping portion of the both end portions 22 and 22 of the decorative sheet 20 can be made inconspicuous.

By the end processing of these end processing sections 36, 37, 38, 39, the width direction both ends 22, 22 of the decorative sheet 20 are accommodated in the rectangular groove 12, and are adhered to the inner surfaces 12 a, 12 b of the rectangular groove 12. Then, as shown in FIGS. 1C and 1D, the round bar handrail 1 in which the decorative sheet 20 is adhered to the outer peripheral surface is manufactured.
In addition, after sticking the decorative sheet 20 as described above, the round bar handrail 1 may be cut into an appropriate length.

As mentioned above, according to the manufacturing method of the round bar handrail which concerns on this embodiment, the edge part 22a, 22a of the width direction both-ends part 22 and 22 of the decorative sheet 20 is piled up, these both-ends part 22, Since 22 is stuck to the inner surfaces 12a and 12b of the square groove 12, the base (round bar member 10) is not exposed and the joint of the decorative sheet 20 can be made inconspicuous. Therefore, the appearance of the round bar handrail 1 can be improved.
Moreover, in this embodiment, it is set as the square groove | channel 12 of cross-sectional substantially square shape, and the inner side surface of this square groove | channel so that each of the both ends 22 and 22 of the decorative sheet 20 may be bent in each corner of this square groove | channel 12. 12b and 12b, and the edge portions 22a and 22a are superposed on the bottom 12a of the square groove 12, so that the superposition is performed on the inner side surface 12b of the square groove 12, for example. Compared to the case, the overlapping portion can be easily and reliably pressed by the bottom pressing roller 39, and the decorative sheet 20 can be firmly attached.

Furthermore, while conveying the long round bar member 10 in the longitudinal direction to the round bar handrail manufacturing apparatus (decorative sheet sticking apparatus) 30, the decorative sheet 20 is stuck on the outer peripheral surface thereof. Therefore, compared with the aspect which moves each apparatus etc. with respect to the elongate round bar member 10, and sticks a decorative sheet, it can attain simplification of an apparatus.
In addition, as an apparatus which sticks the decorative sheet 20 on the outer peripheral surface of the round bar member 10, and manufactures the round bar handrail 1, it is not restricted to the thing of an illustration. A guide member that engages with the concave groove of the round bar member, a conveying means that conveys the round bar member along the longitudinal direction with the guide member engaged with the concave groove, and a round bar member that is conveyed The decorative sheet supply means for supplying the decorative sheet coated with the adhesive, the pressing and sticking means for pressing and sticking the decorative sheet to the outer peripheral surface of the round bar member, and the width direction both side ends of the decorative sheet What is necessary is just to set it as the structure provided with at least the edge part process means which piles up the edge part of these both-sides edge parts, and affixes it on an inner surface of a ditch | groove while putting it in a ditch | groove.

Next, an example of the construction state of the round bar handrail 1 manufactured as described above will be described with reference to FIG.
In this example, a state in which the round bar handrail 1 is attached substantially horizontally along the wall surface (wall surface material) 2 via the handrail bracket (fixing bracket) 5 is shown.
The handrail bracket 5 includes a fixed base 8 fixed to the wall material 2 by a fixed stopper 4 such as a wood screw, a handrail receiving part 6 to which the round bar handrail 1 is fixed by the fixed stopper 4, and these fixed bases. 8 and an arm portion 9 that connects the handrail receiving portion 6.
In order to improve the holding strength of the fixed stopper 4, an appropriate cross member 3 or the like is disposed on the back surface side of the wall surface material 2.

The upper surface of the handrail receiving portion 6 has a shape corresponding to the radius of curvature of the outer peripheral surface of the round bar handrail 1, and a square groove to which a decorative sheet 20 is attached is provided at a substantially central portion of the upper surface. A positioning projection 7 that engages with the projection 12 is provided. The round bar handrail 1 is placed on the handrail receiving portion 6 with the square protrusion 12 engaged with the positioning projection 7 and fixed by the fixed stopper 4. That is, the round bar handrail 1 is placed on the handrail receiving portion 6 in a state where the square groove 12 is opened vertically downward.
As described above, the square groove 12 is formed so that the depth direction thereof substantially coincides with the LVL stacking direction. Therefore, the fixed stopper 4 screwed into the round bar member 10 via the handrail receiving portion 6 on the lower side of the round bar member 10 penetrates the plurality of single plates 11, 11. Screwed into. Thereby, the holding strength of the fixed stopper 4 can be improved efficiently.

In addition, as a construction aspect of the round bar handrail 1, it is not restricted to the aspect attached substantially horizontally along the wall surface 2 like the example of a figure, It is good also as an aspect attached substantially diagonally, or an aspect attached diagonally. Moreover, it is good also as an aspect attached to the upper surface of headboards, such as stairs, via a fixing bracket.
Moreover, the fixing bracket 5 shown in the figure is an example, and may be attached to an attachment target via various fixing brackets.
Further, as shown in the figure, the square groove is not limited to a mode in which the square groove is fixed to the fixing bracket in a state where the square groove is opened vertically downward. For example, the square groove is opened toward the wall surface, the upper side, the near side, or the like. It is good also as an aspect fixed to a fixing metal fitting in the made state.

Next, another embodiment according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 7 is a conceptual explanatory diagram for explaining a method of manufacturing a round bar handrail according to the second embodiment.
Note that differences from the first embodiment will be mainly described, and the same components are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof will be omitted or simplified.

In this embodiment, the aspect of the edge part process of the decorative sheet 20A stuck on the outer peripheral surface of the round bar member 10 differs from the said 1st Embodiment.
In the present embodiment, the step of forming the bent portion of the opening edge by the opening edge pressing roller 36 is omitted, and the square groove 12 is replaced by the sheet pressing roller 35 similar to the above instead of the opening edge pressing roller 36. The decorative sheet 20A is pressed against the opening edge.

That is, on the downstream side after the decorative sheet 20A is adhered along the outer peripheral surface of the round bar member 10 to the vicinity of the opening edge, as shown in FIG. A sheet pressing roller 35 that presses 20A is disposed.
By this sheet pressing roller 35, one side end 22 side of the decorative sheet 20 </ b> A is pressed and stuck to one opening edge of the square groove 12.
In this state, the other side end portion 22 side of the decorative sheet 20A is in a state of being stuck along the outer peripheral surface up to the vicinity of the opening edge of the square groove 12 of the round bar member 10, but is pressed against the opening edge. It is not carried out, it is in a floating state, and is in a state in which it does not interfere with one side end 22 of the decorative sheet 20A.

Further, as shown in FIG. 7B, a first corner presser roller 37 similar to the above is disposed on the downstream side of the sheet pressing roller 35. With this first corner presser roller 37, as described above, one side end 22 of the decorative sheet 20A is adhered along one inner side surface 12b (see FIG. 7E) of the square groove 12, The side end 22 is bent at one corner of the square groove 12.
As shown in FIG. 7C, a sheet pressing roller 35 that presses the decorative sheet 20 </ b> A is disposed on the other opening edge of the square groove 12 on the downstream side of the first entering corner pressing roller 37.
By this sheet pressing roller 35, the other side end 22 side of the decorative sheet 20 </ b> A is pressed against the other opening edge of the square groove 12 and adhered.

Further, as shown in FIG. 7D, a second corner presser roller 38 similar to the above is disposed on the downstream side of the sheet pressing roller 35. By the second corner presser roller 38, the other side end portion 22 of the decorative sheet 20A is adhered along the other inner side surface 12b (see FIG. 7E) of the square groove 12 in the same manner as described above, The side end portion 22 is bent at the other corner of the square groove 12.
In this state, the edge portions 22a and 22a of the side end portions 22 and 22 of the decorative sheet 20A are superposed on the bottom portion 12a of the square groove 12. In the above-described first embodiment, as illustrated in FIG. 1D, a state in which the edge portions 22 a and 22 a of the decorative sheet 20 are superimposed on a part of the bottom 12 a of the square groove 12 is illustrated. In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 7D, the end edge portions 22a and 22a of the decorative sheet 20A are overlapped over the entire width direction of the bottom portion 12a of the square groove 12. Thereby, the joint of the overlapping portion can be made less noticeable, and the appearance can be improved.

As shown in FIG. 7E, a bottom presser roller 39 similar to the above is disposed on the downstream side of the second corner presser roller 38. By means of the peripheral surface 39a of the bottom pressing roller 39, both end portions 22 and 22 of the decorative sheet 20A are pressed against the bottom 12a of the square groove 12 and securely adhered.
In the present embodiment, the end portions 22 and 22 in the width direction of the decorative sheet 20A are accommodated in the square groove 12 and adhered to the inner surfaces 12a and 12b of the square groove 12 by the above-described end treatment mode. As shown to (e), 1 A of round bar handrails which stuck the decorative sheet 20A to the outer peripheral surface are manufactured.

As described above, in the present embodiment, after the decorative sheet 20A is attached along the outer peripheral surface of the round bar member 10 to the vicinity of the opening edge of the square groove 12, the width-direction side ends 22 and 22 of the decorative sheet 20A are One side is stuck to one opening edge, one side end thereof is stuck to one inner side surface 12b of the square groove 12, and then the other side is stuck to the other opening edge. Since the side end portion is attached to the other inner side surface 12b of the square groove 12, both side end portions 22 and 22 of the decorative sheet 20A coated with the adhesive, and the other of the round bar member 10 Interference with the opening edge can be more effectively prevented, and the decorative sheet 20 </ b> A can be smoothly and nicely attached.
In the present embodiment, the edge portions 22a and 22a of the decorative sheet 20A are overlapped and adhered to the bottom portion 12a over the entire width direction of the bottom portion 12a of the square groove 12, but with the first embodiment described above. It is good also as a similar aspect.
Moreover, you may make it each arrange | position the opening edge pressing roller 36 similar to the above to the downstream of the sheet | seat press roller 35 each shown in FIG.7 (a) and FIG.7 (c). According to this, the decorative sheet 20 </ b> A can be pressed against the opening edge to form the bent portion, and can be more reliably attached.

In each of the above embodiments, an example in which the cross-sectional shape of the round bar member to which the decorative sheet is attached is a substantially perfect circle shape except for the square grooves, but the round bar handrail according to the present invention is manufactured. The method is suitable for a round bar member that may be inclined in the circumferential direction or misaligned when the round bar member is conveyed along the longitudinal direction. For example, the method for manufacturing a round bar handrail according to the present invention is applied, and a decorative sheet is attached to the outer peripheral surface of a polygonal round bar member whose cross-sectional shape is close to an elliptical or circular shape. You may make it manufacture a slide. In this case, what is necessary is just to make it deform | transform suitably the structure of an above-described guide member or a press sticking means.

In each of the above embodiments, the guide member is engaged with the square groove of the round bar member opened vertically downward, and the round bar member is conveyed by the conveying means along the longitudinal direction. However, with the square groove of the round bar member opened vertically upward, horizontally, or obliquely, the guide member is engaged, and the round bar member is conveyed by the conveying means along the longitudinal direction. It is good also as an aspect to do. In this case, the above-described press sticking is performed so that the outer peripheral surface of the round bar member on the side of the anti-concave groove is brought into contact with the substantially central portion in the width direction of the decorative sheet and pressed along the outer peripheral surface. The structure of the attaching means may be appropriately modified, and the conveying means, each guide member, and the end processing means may be appropriately modified.
Furthermore, in each said embodiment, although the example which made the shape of the ditch | groove formed in the round bar member the square groove of cross-sectional substantially square shape was shown, the cross-sectional shape is V-shaped, U-shaped, half-shaped. Various shapes such as a circular shape and an inverted trapezoid shape may be used. In this case, the guide members and the end processing means may be appropriately deformed according to the cross-sectional shape of the groove.

Furthermore, in each of the above embodiments, a groove having a groove width larger than the groove depth is illustrated. However, the groove width and the groove depth are substantially the same size, or the groove width is the groove depth. It is good also as a ditch | groove formed smaller than this. In this case, as in the above-described second embodiment, the end portion is treated in such a manner that interference between the widthwise both ends of the decorative sheet or the outer peripheral surface around the concave groove of the round bar member is reduced. It is preferable to adopt.
Moreover, in each said embodiment, although the aspect which overlap | superposed the edge part of the decorative sheet was illustrated in the bottom part of a ditch | groove, the edge part of a decorative sheet is overlap | superposed on one inner surface of a ditch | groove. Alternatively, the edge of the decorative sheet may be superposed on the bottom of the groove and both inner surfaces. In this case, it suffices to appropriately deviate the portion where the decorative sheet comes into contact with the outer circumferential surface of the round bar member on the side opposite to the concave groove, or to set the width dimension of the decorative sheet as appropriate.
