Description
内燃機関と、
前記内燃機関からの動力を用いて発電する発電機と、
走行用の動力を出力可能な電動機と、
前記発電機および前記電動機と電力のやり取りを行なう蓄電手段と、
前記内燃機関からの動力を用いて前記発電機により発電した電力を前記蓄電手段へ蓄電させる際に、前記蓄電手段の温度が所定温度以上であるときに、前記発電した電力が前記蓄電手段の入力制限を超えるときには前記内燃機関を無負荷運転し、前記発電した電力が前記蓄電手段の入力制限内であるときには前記内燃機関に要求される要求動力に関するフィードバック制御を実行して前記内燃機関を負荷運転するよう前記内燃機関を制御する一方、前記蓄電手段の温度が所定温度未満である低温時に前記内燃機関を負荷運転へ移行して前記蓄電手段へ蓄電させる際には、前記内燃機関のフィードバック制御を所定時間に亘って制限して前記内燃機関を制御する制御手段と、
を備えるものである。
内燃機関と、前記内燃機関からの動力を用いて発電する発電機と、走行用の動力を出力可能な電動機と、前記発電機および前記電動機と電力のやり取りを行なう蓄電手段と、を備える車両の制御方法であって、
前記内燃機関からの動力を用いて前記発電機により発電した電力を前記蓄電手段へ蓄電させる際に、前記蓄電手段の温度が所定温度以上であるときに、前記発電した電力が前記蓄電手段の入力制限を超えるときには前記内燃機関を無負荷運転し、前記発電した電力が前記蓄電手段の入力制限内であるときには前記内燃機関に要求される要求動力に関するフィードバック制御を実行して前記内燃機関を負荷運転するよう前記内燃機関を制御する一方、前記蓄電手段の温度が所定温度未満である低温時に前記内燃機関を負荷運転へ移行して前記蓄電手段へ蓄電させる際には、前記内燃機関の要求動力に関するフィードバック制御を所定時間に亘って制限して前記内燃機関を制御する、ことを含むものである。
負荷運転に切り替わったか否かを判定する(ステップS230)。ここでは、エンジン22が停止状態から負荷運転状態へ切り替わったとき及びそのあと、や、自立運転から負荷運転へ切り替わったとき及びそのあとに肯定判定されるものとした。エンジン22の運転状態が負荷運転に切り替わっていないときには、エンジン22のフィードバック制御をそのまま実行可能であるものとして、上述したステップS190以降の処理を実行する。つまり、ステップS190でエンジン22のフィードバック制御によりエンジン22の要求パワーPe*を再設定し、設定した要求パワーPe*によりバッテリ50の充電処理を行なう。このように、バッテリ50が低温状態であっても負荷運転に移行していない場合には、エンジン22のフィードバック制御をできる限り行なうため、エンジン22の応答遅れなどにより生じる出力減少などを補い、バッテリ50の充電を十分行なうことができる。
Claims (8)
- 車両であって、
内燃機関と、
前記内燃機関からの動力を用いて発電する発電機と、
走行用の動力を出力可能な電動機と、
前記発電機および前記電動機と電力のやり取りを行なう蓄電手段と、
前記内燃機関からの動力を用いて前記発電機により発電した電力を前記蓄電手段へ蓄電させる際に、前記発電した電力が前記蓄電手段の入力制限を超えるときには前記内燃機関を無負荷運転し、前記蓄電手段の温度が所定温度以上であるときに前記発電した電力が前記蓄電手段の入力制限内であるときには前記内燃機関に要求される要求動力に関するフィードバック制御を実行して前記内燃機関を負荷運転するよう前記内燃機関を制御する一方、前記蓄電手段の温度が所定温度未満である低温時に前記内燃機関を負荷運転へ移行して前記蓄電手段へ蓄電させる際には、前記内燃機関のフィードバック制御を所定時間に亘って制限して前記内燃機関を制御する制御手段と、
を備える車両。 - 前記制御手段は、前記内燃機関のフィードバック制御を制限するに際して、前記所定時間を経過するまでは前記内燃機関のフィードバック制御を行なわず、前記所定時間を経過したあと前記内燃機関のフィードバック制御を開始する手段である、請求項1に記載の車両。
- 前記制御手段は、前記内燃機関のフィードバック制御を制限すると共に、前記内燃機関に要求される要求動力と前記発電機により発電される発電電力との応答遅れを加味した見込開度に前記内燃機関のスロットル開度を制御する手段である、請求項1又は2に記載の車両。
- 前記制御手段は、前記内燃機関のフィードバック制御を制限するに際して、前記内燃機関のフィードバック制御によって与えられる要求動力への反映値をより小さい値に前記所定時間に亘って制限する手段である、請求項1に記載の車両。
- 前記制御手段は、前記内燃機関のフィードバック制御を制限するに際して、前記内燃機関のフィードバック制御によって与えられる要求動力への反映値を時間経過に伴いより大きくする傾向で前記内燃機関のフィードバック制御を実行する手段である、請求項4に記載の車両。
- 前記蓄電手段は、リチウムイオン二次電池である、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の車両。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の車両であって、
車軸に連結された駆動軸と前記内燃機関の出力軸と前記発電機の回転軸との3軸に接続され該3軸のうちのいずれか2軸に入出力された動力に基づいて残余の軸に動力を入出力する3軸式動力入出力手段、を備える車両。 - 内燃機関と、前記内燃機関からの動力を用いて発電する発電機と、走行用の動力を出力可能な電動機と、前記発電機および前記電動機と電力のやり取りを行なう蓄電手段と、を備える車両の制御方法であって、
前記内燃機関からの動力を用いて前記発電機により発電した電力を前記蓄電手段へ蓄電させる際に、前記発電した電力が前記蓄電手段の入力制限を超えるときには前記内燃機関を無負荷運転し、前記蓄電手段の温度が所定温度以上であるときに前記発電した電力が前記蓄電手段の入力制限内であるときには前記内燃機関に要求される要求動力に関するフィードバック制御を実行して前記内燃機関を負荷運転するよう前記内燃機関を制御する一方、前記蓄電手段の温度が所定温度未満である低温時に前記内燃機関を負荷運転へ移行して前記蓄電手段へ蓄電させる際には、前記内燃機関の要求動力に関するフィードバック制御を所定時間に亘って制限して前記内燃機関を制御する、
