Description
のファイバーに複数種の高分子成分が共存する高分子ファイバーを製造することにある。このための本発明の方法においては、複数種の高分子溶液の紡糸開始点を同一または近接させ、前記複数種の高分子溶液のジェットを噴射する。これによって、一本の高分子ファイバー中に、2種以上、つまり複数種の高分子成分が共存する高分子ファイバーを形成させる。
限定されるものではなく、例えば、1,1,1,3,3,3−ヘキサフルオロ−2−プロパノール等が使用できる。
に限定されるものではなく、その細部については様々な態様が可能であることは言うまでもない。
ポリグリコール酸とコラーゲンタイプIからなる混紡型ナノファイバー不織布の製造を行った。

Claims (9)
- 高分子溶液に電圧を印加し、高分子溶液のジェットを噴射して高分子ファイバーを形成させるエレクトロスピニング法により高分子ファイバーを製造する方法において、複数種の高分子溶液の紡糸開始点が同一または近接するようにして、前記複数種の高分子溶液の各々を噴射することで、複数種の高分子成分が含有された単一のファイバーを形成させることを特徴とする混紡型高分子ファイバーの製造方法。
- 高分子は、生体由来高分子および合成高分子のうちの少なくともいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 生体由来高分子は、コラーゲン、ゼラチン、フィブロネクチン、ラミニン、キチンおよびキトサンのうちの少なくともいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の製造方法。
- 合成高分子は、ポリグリコール酸、ポリ乳酸、ポリ−ε−カプロラクトン、ポリビニルアルコールおよびこれら共重合体のうちの少なくともいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の製造方法。
- 高分子は、多糖分子もしくはその部分構造、オリゴペプチド、オリゴ糖、およびプロテオグリカンの少くともいずれかが結合可能とされる官能基を有していることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の製造方法。
- 少くとも1種の高分子成分の貧溶媒を含有する凝固浴中にファイバーを回収することを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の製造方法。
- 凝固浴中には有機化合物、無機化合物および金属の1種以上を含有させていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の製造方法。
- 請求項1から5のいずれかの方法において、混紡型高分子ファイバーが集積された不織布を回収板上に得ることを特徴とする混紡型高分子ファイバー不織布の製造方法。
- 回収板は表面形状がパターニングされたものであることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の製造方法。
