Description
本発明は毛髪化粧料に関し、特に、使用感触、安全性(低刺激性)に優れ、透明感の高い毛髪化粧料に関する。本発明は、洗い流しのヘアコンディショナー、ヘアトリートメント、洗い流さないヘアトリートメント等として好適に用いられる。 The present invention relates to a hair cosmetic, and more particularly to a hair cosmetic that is excellent in feel and safety (low irritation) and has a high transparency. The present invention is suitably used as a hair conditioner for washing away, a hair treatment, a hair treatment without washing away, and the like.
毛髪をシャンプー等で洗髪した後は、一般に艶や指通りが悪くなるため、通常、シャンプー後にヘアコンディショナー、ヘアトリートメント等の毛髪処理剤(毛髪化粧料)が用いられている。近年、消費者の嗜好の多様化に伴い、毛髪化粧料では透明感のある製品に対する需要が高まりつつある。 After washing hair with shampoo or the like, gloss and fingering generally deteriorate. Therefore, hair treatment agents (hair cosmetics) such as hair conditioners and hair treatments are usually used after shampooing. In recent years, with the diversification of consumer preferences, there is an increasing demand for transparent products in hair cosmetics.
従来、このような毛髪化粧料は、カチオン界面活性剤、高級アルコール、水で形成されるラメラ型のゲル(α−ゲル)の系に、油分を添加した乳化系(白濁系)の乳液状〜クリーム状の製剤が用いられていた(例えば、非特許文献1参照)。 Conventionally, such a hair cosmetic is an emulsion (white turbid) emulsion in which an oil is added to a lamellar gel (α-gel) formed of a cationic surfactant, a higher alcohol, and water. A cream-like preparation has been used (for example, see Non-Patent Document 1).
カチオン界面活性剤として、例えば、長鎖モノアルキルの第4級アンモニウム塩、長鎖モノアルキルジメチルアミン塩等が使用されており、毛髪に対して柔軟性や帯電防止性を付与する効果があった。また、高級アルコールの配合は、製剤に粘性を付与して使用しやすくするとともに、カチオン界面活性剤による皮膚への刺激を緩和してきた。 As the cationic surfactant, for example, a long-chain monoalkyl quaternary ammonium salt, a long-chain monoalkyldimethylamine salt, or the like is used, which has an effect of imparting flexibility and antistatic properties to the hair. . In addition, the addition of higher alcohol has given viscosity to the preparation to make it easy to use, and has eased the irritation to the skin by the cationic surfactant.
しかしながら、高級アルコールの配合によるα−ゲルを活用した製剤では、上述したように外観が白濁となってしまい、透明感の高い基剤は得られていなかった。 However, in the preparation using α-gel by blending of higher alcohol, the appearance becomes cloudy as described above, and a base with high transparency is not obtained.
一方、カチオン界面活性剤に、高分子増粘剤、会合性増粘剤を配合して増粘性を高め、かつ透明感を有する毛髪化粧料も知られているが(例えば、特許文献1〜6参照)、該毛髪化粧料では、増粘剤配合により、使用感触の悪さ(ベタツキ、しっとり感)を生じたり、またカチオン界面活性剤による皮膚への刺激を緩和できなかったりする欠点があった。 On the other hand, hair cosmetics are known in which a cationic surfactant is mixed with a polymer thickener and an associative thickener to increase the viscosity and have a transparent feeling (for example, Patent Documents 1 to 6). The hair cosmetics have the disadvantages of poor use feeling (stickiness, moist feeling) due to the addition of the thickener, and that the irritation to the skin by the cationic surfactant cannot be alleviated.
As another conventional technique, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2005-272788 (Patent Document 7) discloses a composition (hair rinse) containing a specific cationic surfactant and 1,2-alkanediol as Examples 7 to 10. However, these hair rinses were further tested by the present inventor. As a result, the appearance was separated or clouded, and a transparent product was not obtained, and the viscosity was low. [0057] describes an example of hair rinse containing 1,2-dodecanediol, quaternary ammonium salt, oil (silicone, etc.), but 1,2-dodecanediol and quaternary ammonium salt There is no description or suggestion about the compounding ratio. Moreover, there is no description about an external appearance (transparent type, white turbidity type), and the hair cosmetics (hair treatment agent) described in Patent Document 7 assume a general white turbid hair rinse that has been widely used conventionally. It is reasonable to think.
特開2003−89623号公報(特許文献8)には、第四アンモニウム化合物(例えば、ベヘニルトリメチルアンモニウムクロリド等)と多価アルコール(例えば、1,6−ヘキサンジオール)を併用した毛髪化粧料が示されている([0056]の例3)。しかしながら、この例3の組成物の外観は白濁しており、透明感に欠けるものであった。 Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2003-89623 (Patent Document 8) discloses a hair cosmetic using a quaternary ammonium compound (for example, behenyltrimethylammonium chloride) and a polyhydric alcohol (for example, 1,6-hexanediol). (Example 3 of [0056]). However, the appearance of the composition of Example 3 was cloudy and lacked transparency.
特表平7−502540号公報(特許文献9)には、1,2−ラウリルジオールと塩化セチルトリメチルアンモニウムを併用した処方例(実施例8)記載されている。しかし、記載された処方量では、透明で粘性ある製剤は得られない。 JP 7-502540 A (Patent Document 9) describes a formulation example (Example 8) in which 1,2-lauryldiol and cetyltrimethylammonium chloride are used in combination. However, the described formulation amount does not provide a clear and viscous formulation.
特開2000−17283号公報(特許文献10)には、1,2−ドデカンジオールを含む潤滑油添加剤、潤滑油組成物が示されている。しかし毛髪化粧料の記載はない。 JP 2000-17283 A (Patent Document 10) discloses a lubricating oil additive and a lubricating oil composition containing 1,2-dodecanediol. However, there is no description of hair cosmetics.
国際公開第2004/110366号パンフレット(特許文献11)には、サンスクリーンへの1,2−ラウリルグリコール配合の記載がある。しかし、カチオン活性剤と併用されておらず、使用感触および外観の透明性に劣る。 International Publication No. 2004/110366 pamphlet (Patent Document 11) describes the incorporation of 1,2-lauryl glycol into a sunscreen. However, it is not used in combination with a cationic activator and is inferior in use feeling and appearance transparency.
本発明は、上記事情に鑑みてなされたもので、使用感触、安全性(低刺激性)に優れ、透明感の高い毛髪化粧料を提供することを目的とするものである。 The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a hair cosmetic that is excellent in use feeling and safety (low irritation) and has a high transparency.

〔上記式(III)中、R5は炭素原子数14〜22の直鎖または分岐のアルキル基またはアルキレン基であり、Aは−CONH−または−O−であり、aは0または1の数であり、Bは−CH2CH(OH)CH2−または−CH2CH2CH2−であり、bは0または1の数であり、Cは炭素原子数2〜4のアルキレンオキシドであり、cは0〜2の数である。〕 [In the above formula (III), R 5 is a linear or branched alkyl group or alkylene group having 14 to 22 carbon atoms, A is —CONH— or —O—, and a is a number of 0 or 1. B is —CH 2 CH (OH) CH 2 — or —CH 2 CH 2 CH 2 —, b is a number of 0 or 1, and C is an alkylene oxide having 2 to 4 carbon atoms. , C is a number from 0 to 2. ]
R2、R3、R4はそれぞれ独立に、炭素原子数1〜3のアルキル基またはヒドロキシアルキル基を表す。 R 2 , R 3 and R 4 each independently represents an alkyl group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms or a hydroxyalkyl group.

(A)成分としては具体的には以下の化合物が例示される。ただしこれら例示に限定されるものでない。 Specific examples of the component (A) include the following compounds. However, it is not limited to these examples.
(2) stearamidepropyldimethylamine-glutamate [= stearic acid dimethylamidopropylamine-glutamate], stearamidepropyldimethylamine-hydrochloride, stearamidepropyldimethylamine-succinate, behenamidopropyldimethylamine- Lactate, stearoxypropyldimethylamine-malate, cetosteoxyxydimethylamine-succinate, stearoxyPGdimethylamine-glutamate, beheroxyPGdimethylamine-hydrochloride.
In the above formula (III), if the chain length of the alkyl chain or alkylene chain of R 5 is short, the safety such as irritation to the skin is deteriorated. On the other hand, if the chain length is long, the transparency and viscosity of the hair cosmetics are reduced. Lost. In the present invention, the alkyl chain and alkylene chain of R 5 have 14 to 22 carbon atoms, preferably 18 to 22 carbon atoms, and most preferably a linear carbon atom number 18 (C 18 ). Examples of the component (A) in which R 5 represents a C 18 alkyl chain or alkylene chain include, for example, stearyltrimethylammonium chloride, stearamidepropyldimethylamine-glutamate, stearoxypropyldimethylamine-succinate, stearyl PGdimethylamine -Lactate is a suitable example. However, it is not limited to these examples.
本発明の毛髪化粧料中の(A)成分の配合量は0.1〜10%質量%であり、好ましくは、0.2〜5質量%である。0.1質量%未満では、使用感触が悪化するとともに、液の粘性も下がるため、好ましくない。10質量%を超えると、皮膚への刺激が強くなり好ましくない。 The blending amount of the component (A) in the hair cosmetic composition of the present invention is 0.1 to 10% by mass, preferably 0.2 to 5% by mass. If it is less than 0.1% by mass, the feeling in use is deteriorated and the viscosity of the liquid is also lowered. If it exceeds 10% by mass, the skin irritation becomes strong, which is not preferable.
本発明の(B)成分としては、1,2−アルカンジオール中、1,2−ドデカンジオールおよび/または1,2−デカンジオールが用いられる。 As the component (B) of the present invention, 1,2-dodecanediol and / or 1,2-decanediol is used in 1,2-alkanediol.
1,2-Alkanediol is also referred to as 1,2-alkylene glycol, and generally used in cosmetics, an alkane (alkylene) having 3 to 22 carbon atoms is linear, cyclic or branched as an alkyl chain. It is a chain. Among these, those having 8 or less carbon atoms are known to be blended as bathing agents or preservatives / preservatives, and those having 10 or more carbon atoms are blended as emulsifying aids or thickeners for cleaning agents. . However, carbon atoms having 8 or less carbon atoms are not preferable because they have strong skin irritation and low viscosity. A carbon atom having 14 or more carbon atoms is not preferable because the appearance becomes cloudy. In the present invention, 1,2-decanediol having 10 carbon atoms (C 10 ), or 1,2- carbon atoms having 12 carbon atoms (C 12 ) from the viewpoints of low skin irritation, appearance transparency and the like. Dodecanediol (lauryl glycol) is used.
本発明の毛髪化粧料中の(B)成分の配合量は2.5〜30質量%であり、好ましくは、3〜20質量%である。2.5質量%未満では、皮膚への刺激性が増すとともに粘性や透明性を付与することができず、一方、30質量%を超す場合には透明性が低下するため、好ましくない。 The compounding quantity of (B) component in the hair cosmetics of this invention is 2.5-30 mass%, Preferably, it is 3-20 mass%. If the amount is less than 2.5% by mass, the irritation to the skin increases and viscosity and transparency cannot be imparted. On the other hand, if it exceeds 30% by mass, the transparency decreases, which is not preferable.
本発明では、(B)成分/(A)成分(質量比)が1.5以上である。上記配合比(質量比)が1.5未満では、粘性を付与することができず、また外観の透明性・均質性にも劣るため、好ましくない。なお上記配合比(質量比)の上限値は特に限定されるものでないが、液晶の分散安定性の点から40以下程度とするのが望ましい。 In this invention, (B) component / (A) component (mass ratio) is 1.5 or more. A blending ratio (mass ratio) of less than 1.5 is not preferable because viscosity cannot be imparted and the transparency and homogeneity of the appearance are poor. The upper limit of the blending ratio (mass ratio) is not particularly limited, but is preferably about 40 or less from the viewpoint of liquid crystal dispersion stability.
(C)成分としての水は、本発明化粧料中に残部配合される。 The remaining amount of water as component (C) is blended in the cosmetic of the present invention.
本発明毛髪化粧料は、粘度が500(mPa・s/30℃。B型粘度計)以上のゲル状をなす。粘度の上限値は特に限定されるものでないが、手にとったときの使いやすさ等の点から500,000(mPa・s/30℃)以下程度とするのが好ましい。 The hair cosmetic composition of the present invention forms a gel having a viscosity of 500 (mPa · s / 30 ° C., B-type viscometer) or more. The upper limit of the viscosity is not particularly limited, but is preferably about 500,000 (mPa · s / 30 ° C.) or less from the viewpoint of ease of use when taken in hand.
本発明毛髪化粧料は、透明性の指標であるL値が20以上であり、好ましくは40以上、特に好ましくは60以上である。なお本発明で「L値」とは、毛髪化粧料を光路長10mmの石英セルに所定量入れて、透過型色差測定計を用いて波長380〜770nmの白色光を透過させて測定した値をいう。 The hair cosmetic composition of the present invention has an L value as an index of transparency of 20 or more, preferably 40 or more, particularly preferably 60 or more. In the present invention, the “L value” means a value measured by putting a predetermined amount of hair cosmetic into a quartz cell having an optical path length of 10 mm and transmitting white light having a wavelength of 380 to 770 nm using a transmission color difference meter. Say.
本発明化粧料は上記(A)〜(C)成分の他に、使用感向上の点から、所望によりさらに(D)成分としてシリコーンまたはシリコーン誘導体を配合してもよい。 In addition to the components (A) to (C), the cosmetic of the present invention may further contain silicone or a silicone derivative as the component (D) as desired from the viewpoint of improving the feeling of use.
Specific examples of the silicone or silicone derivative as component (D) include cyclosiloxanes such as trisiloxane, decamethylcyclopentasiloxane and dodecamethylcyclopentasiloxane, volatile silicone oils such as caprylylmethicone, dimethicone, dimethiconol, Side chain modified type, straight chain ABN type, etc., polyether modified silicone, amodimethicone, aminopropylmethicone, phenyl modified silicone, propylsilsesquioxane, alkyl modified silicone, silicone resin, modified silicone such as methyl hydrogen silicone, alkyl Silica such as silicone resin, dimethicone crosspolymer, (dimethicone / vinyl dimethicone) crosspolymer by modification, alkoxy modification, polyamide modification, polyether modification, etc. Over emissions elastomers and the like, but in particular dimethicone, aminopropyl methicone are preferably used.
上記に挙げたシリコーンまたはシリコーン誘導体のうち、揮発性シリコーンを除いて、重合度や変性率に特に制限はない。 Among the silicones or silicone derivatives listed above, the degree of polymerization and the modification rate are not particularly limited except for volatile silicones.
The component (D) is preferably blended as an O / W emulsion having a particle size of 100 nm or less. If the particle diameter is not 100 nm or less, particularly when the blending amount of the component (D) exceeds 0.5% by mass, the transparency of the appearance is significantly impaired. Moreover, transparency can be more effectively improved by mix | blending as O / W emulsion. An O / W emulsion containing a component (D) having a particle size of 100 nm or less can be obtained commercially, for example, “BY22-080” [manufactured by Toray Dow Corning Co., Ltd. Transparent type O / W emulsion containing 20% by mass of 200 cs dimethicone (particle diameter of about 60 nm)], “BY22-079” [manufactured by Toray Dow Corning Co., Ltd. Transparent type O / W emulsion containing 14% by mass of amodimethicone (particle size of about 50 nm)], “FZ-4671” [manufactured by Toray Dow Corning Co., Ltd. (O / W emulsion of transparent type (particle diameter of about 50 nm) containing 32% by mass of aminoethylaminopropylmethicone / dimethicone) copolymer], “XS65-B8124” [Momentive Performance Materials Japan GK, Transparent type O / W emulsion containing 20% by mass of aminoethylaminopropylmethicone / dimethicone) copolymer (particle diameter of about 50 nm)], “SME253” [Momotivational Performance Materials Japan G.K., 20 amodimethicone A transparent type (O / W emulsion having a particle size of about 60 nm) containing mass%] is commercially available, and these can be used preferably.
(D)成分を配合する場合、配合量は化粧料全量中にシリコーン純分として0.01〜5質量%とするのが好ましく、より好ましくは0.05〜3質量%である。配合量が少なすぎると、すすぎ時のなめらかさ、乾燥後のなめらかさに欠ける傾向があり、配合量が多すぎると、透明性および粘性を低下させ、すすぎ時のなめらかさに欠ける傾向がある。 (D) When mix | blending a component, it is preferable that a compounding quantity shall be 0.01-5 mass% as a silicone pure part in cosmetics whole quantity, More preferably, it is 0.05-3 mass%. When the blending amount is too small, the smoothness at the time of rinsing and the smoothness after drying tend to be lacking. When the blending amount is too large, the transparency and the viscosity tend to be lowered, and the smoothness at the rinsing tends to be lacking.
