Description
Claims (11)
- カソードシート及びアノードシートを備え、前記シートの少なくとも1つには流体通過穴が設けられており、前記両シートは、少なくとも1つの波形導電要素を介して溶接又は冶金学的に接合されており、
冷却流体の通路が前記波形導電要素と、前記カソードシートと、前記アノードシートとの間に形成されており、
前記少なくとも1つの波形導電要素は、前記カソードシート及びアノードシートに、セパレータの1つ又は複数の周辺領域でのみ隣接しており、
前記流体通過穴は、前記少なくとも1つのシートの1つ又は複数の周辺領域に配置された少なくとも1つのガス供給穴、前記少なくとも1つのシートの1つ又は複数の周辺領域に配置された少なくとも1つの排出穴、前記冷却流体の流れを燃料電池のアノード及び燃料電池のカソードのうち少なくとも1つに供給するように前記冷却流体の通路と流体連通している少なくとも1つの調整されたオリフィス、及びこれらの組合わせから選択される、燃料電池積重ね体用の二極セパレータ。 - 前記流体通過穴のうち少なくとも1つは、前記少なくとも1つのシートの1つ又は複数の周辺領域に配置された少なくとも1つのガス供給穴及び前記少なくとも1つのシートの1つ又は複数の周辺領域に配置された少なくとも1つの排出穴から選択される、請求項1に記載のセパレータ。
- 前記流体通過穴のうち少なくとも1つは、前記冷却流体の流れを前記燃料電池のアノード及び燃料電池のカソードのうち少なくとも1つに供給するように前記冷却流体の通路と流体連通している調整されたオリフィスである、請求項1又は2に記載のセパレータ。
- 前記冷却流体の通路は、前記波形導電要素に対して内側で前記カソードシートと前記アノードシートの間に挿入された、少なくとも1つの網状要素を備える、請求項1に記載のセパレータ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの網状要素は、電気伝導性である、請求項4に記載のセパレータ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの導電網状要素は、金属発泡体、金属メッシュ、展伸シート及び焼結金属材料からなる群から選択される、請求項5に記載のセパレータ。
- 前記アノードシート及び前記カソードシートの少なくとも一方は、前記波形導電要素がそれに溶接又は冶金学的に接合されている側と反対側に固定された、シールガスケットを備える、請求項1ないし6のいずれか一項に記載のセパレータ。
- 前記アノードシート及び前記カソードシートの少なくとも一方が、前記波形導電要素がそれに溶接又は冶金学的に接合されている側と反対側に溶接又は冶金学的に接合された、集電体を備える、請求項1ないし7のいずれか一項に記載のセパレータ。
- 前記集電体は、金属発泡体、金属メッシュ、展伸シート及び焼結金属材料からなる群から選択される、導電網状要素である、請求項8に記載のセパレータ。
- 請求項1ないし9のいずれか一項の少なくとも1つのセパレータを備える、燃料電池積重ね体。
- 請求項1、2、4、5又は6に記載の少なくとも1つのセパレータと、前記流体通過穴のうち少なくとも1つと連通する、少なくとも1つの供給ダクト又は排出ダクトとを備える、燃料電池積重ね体。
