Description
UV硬化剤塗料の製造
実施例1
緑茶を粉砕機を利用して強い回転力で粉砕し、送風機の風により分離された粉末のうち、0.02ないし125μmサイズの粒度を有する微粉だけを選別した。次に、塗料原料を十分に混合した後、下記表4のような配合比を有する塗料原料に緑茶粉末を添加して分散させてUV塗料を製造した。下記表4で、ウレタンアクリレート及びエポキシアクリレートであるオリゴマー(60wt%)、スチレン系のモノマーまたはジペンタエリスリトールヘキサアクリレートを含んだアクリレート系モノマー(25wt%)、二以上の官能基を有する光開始剤(4wt%)、添加剤、(1wt%)、体質顔料(8wt%)を使用した。前記UV塗料は、AULEX 893FK−HVであり、No 050404緑茶2wt%使用した塗料を準備して実験した。
体質顔料を7重量%、緑茶粉末を2.5重量%使用したことを除いては、実施例1と同じ方法でUV塗料を製造した。
体質顔料を7重量%、緑茶粉末を3重量%使用したことを除いては、実施例1と同じ方法でUV塗料を製造した。
体質顔料を5重量%、緑茶粉末を5重量%使用したことを除いては、実施例1と同じ方法でUV塗料を製造した。
前記緑茶粉末を全く添加せず、体質顔料だけ10重量%使用したことを除いては、実施例1と同じ方法で製造した。
緑茶粉末を0.1重量%、体質顔料を9.9重量使用したことを除いては、実施例1と同じ方法で製造した。
緑茶粉末を9重量%、体質顔料を1重量%使用したことを除いては、実施例1と同じ方法で製造した。
緑茶粉末の代わりに、体質顔料5wt%、神仙草粉末を5wt%使用したことを除いては、実施例1と同じ方法でUV塗料を製造した。
緑茶粉末の代わりに、体質顔料5wt%、ケール(kale)5wt%(AULEX 893FK−HV GD560072)粉末を混合して使用したことを除いては、実施例1と同じ方法でUV塗料を製造した。
UV塗料のTVOC濃度及び放散速度の測定
16.5cmx16.5cmのガラス上に前記実施例1ないし4及び比較例1ないし5で製造されたUV塗料を6.32cm×6.32cmの面積に1.2g塗布し、212mj/cm2のUVランプに10m/minの線速度で照射した後、小チャンバと放散セル法(Flec)とを利用してUV塗料自体のTVOCの放散量と放散速度とを測定した。測定結果を下記表5に表した。
建築材料として使われているLG化学で生産している床材(樹木園オンドル床)に適用し、その表面に前記実施例1ないし4及び比較例1ないし5で製造されたUV塗料を塗装した後、小チャンバを介して建築材料に塗装適用した後、TVOCの放散速度を測定した。測定結果を下記表6に表した。
前記TVOC放散速度測定に使われた建築材料の床材(樹木園オンドル床)の外観を評価した。
前記TVOC放散速度の測定に使われた建築材料の床材(樹木園オンドル床)の耐水変色性を評価した。試片を100(L)×50(W)になるように切った後、25℃になる常温水に試片を3cmの深さに浸した。1日、3日、5日、7日持続して観察し、一般に販売されている既存オンドル床に比べた新しく開発された製品の変色性のいかんを判別した。Hunter LabのLabscan XE装備を利用し、可視光領域での明度差を比較した結果、図3Dに示されているように、実施例1、2及び比較例1の場合には、明度が類似しているが、緑茶含有量が5%超過である比較例3(緑茶含有量9重量%)から差が発生するということが分かった。
Claims (9)
- UV硬化型塗料であって、
フラボノイド系化合物、ポリフェノール系化合物、ステロイド系化合物、またはそれらの混合物と、体質顔料とを含んでなり、
前記フラボノイド系化合物、ポリフェノール系化合物、またはステロイド系化合物の分子量が250〜1,000であり、
前記フラボノイド系化合物、ポリフェノール系化合物、またはステロイド系化合物が、乾燥緑茶の粉末又は薄片の形態で使用されてなり、
前記乾燥緑茶の粉末又は薄片が、前記UV硬化型塗料全体重量に対し、1重量%〜5重量%の量である、UV硬化型塗料。 - 前記フラボノイド系化合物またはポリフェノール系化合物が、アントキサンチン、アントシアニン、カテキン、タンニン及びカフェインからなる群から選択された一種以上の化合物である、請求項1に記載のUV硬化型塗料。
- 前記ステロイド系化合物が、コレステロール、サポニン及びβ−カロテンからなる群から選択された一種以上の化合物である、請求項1に記載のUV硬化型塗料。
- 前記フラボノイド系化合物、ポリフェノール系化合物、またはステロイド系化合物が、前記UV硬化型塗料全体重量に対して、0.01重量%〜2重量%の量で含まれてなる、請求項1に記載のUV硬化型塗料。
- 前記フラボノイド系化合物またはステロイド系化合物が、天然植物から得られることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のUV硬化型塗料。
- 前記乾燥緑茶の粉末又は薄片が、0.02μm〜125μmのサイズを有するものである、請求項1に記載のUV硬化型塗料。
- 前記乾燥緑茶の粉末又は薄片が、前記UV硬化型塗料全体重量に対して、1重量%〜2.5重量%の量で添加されてなる、請求項1に記載のUV硬化型塗料。
- 前記塗料が、ドア、窓、椅子、机、床、壁紙、床張り、天井材、押し入れ材及び床材からなる群から選択される一種以上の基材の表面塗装用に使用されてなる、請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載のUV硬化型塗料。
- 請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載のUV硬化型塗料で塗装されてなる、建築材料。
