Claims (20)
- 患者の血圧を決定するシステムにおいて、
血圧値を測定する血圧測定デバイスと、
前記血圧測定の前の所定の時間期間中に前記患者の運動活動を測定する補助デバイスと、
前記運動活動情報及び前記血圧値を得るように構成され、前記運動活動情報を使用して前記血圧値の品質を自動的に評価するように更に構成され、前記評価の結果に依存して測定結果を提供するように更に構成される処理デバイスと、
を有するシステム。 - 前記補助デバイスが、前記血圧測定中に前記患者の運動活動を測定するように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記処理デバイスが、補正された血圧値の形で測定結果を提供するように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記処理デバイスが、信頼区間を持つ血圧値の形で測定結果を提供するように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記処理デバイスが、前記血圧測定を繰り返すことを前記患者に要求する前記患者に対する信号の形で測定結果を提供するように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記システムが、複数の追加の補助デバイスを有し、前記追加の補助デバイスが、前記血圧測定の前及び/又は間に得られた追加の測定関連情報を提供するように構成され、前記処理デバイスが、前記血圧値の品質を評価するために少なくとも1つの追加の測定関連情報を得るように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記患者のECGデータを測定するデバイスを有することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記患者の電気皮膚反応を測定するデバイスを有することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記患者の沈黙を測定するデバイスを有することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記患者の姿勢を測定するデバイスを有することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記患者の性別及び/又は年齢を得るデバイスを有することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記患者の血圧測定の履歴を得るデバイスを有することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記血圧測定中の周囲の温度を測定するデバイスを有することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 周囲の音の強さを測定するデバイスを有することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 時刻を得るデバイスを有することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 天気データを得るデバイスを有することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 患者の血圧を決定する方法において、
血圧測定の前の所定の時間期間中に前記患者の運動活動を測定するステップと、
血圧値を測定するステップと、
処理デバイスが、前記運動活動情報を使用して前記血圧値の品質を自動的に評価するステップと、
前記評価の結果に依存して測定結果を提供するステップと、
を有する方法。 - 前記患者の運動活動を測定するステップが、前記血圧測定中に実行されることを特徴とする、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記血圧測定値の品質を評価するステップが、前記血圧測定の前及び/又は間に得られた複数の追加の測定関連情報を使用して実行される、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 患者の血圧を決定するコンピュータプログラムにおいて、
コンピュータにおいて実行される場合に、
血圧測定の前の所定の時間期間中に得られる前記患者の運動活動情報を使用して測定された血圧値の品質を自動的に評価するコンピュータ命令と、
前記評価の結果に依存して測定結果を提供するコンピュータ命令と、
を有するコンピュータプログラム。
