Description
Claims (26)
- 2列の機器ラックの間に空気を封じ込めて冷房するための空気封じ込め込め型冷房システムであって,該冷房システムが:
2列の機器ラックにより区画されたホットアイルを封止するためのキャノピーアセンブリであって,ドッキングステーションを画成する複数の垂直及び水平支持部材を有する自立型フレーム構造体を含むキャノピーアセンブリと;
該自立型フレーム構造体によって支持され,該キャノピーアセンブリ内に埋設され,前記ホットアイル内に封じ込めた空気を冷却するための冷却手段であって,該冷却手段は,熱交換器によって規定される少なくとも1枚の冷却パネルを有し,該熱交換器は,少なくとも1枚の冷却パネルである該熱交換器の表面積を増加させるように,構造的に略倒立U字形状をなして2つの側部と頂部を備えている冷却手段と;
を備える空気封じ込め込め型冷房システム。 - 請求項1記載のシステムであって,前記複数の水平及び垂直支持部材が,冷媒を前記熱交換器に供給するための配管を含む空気封じ込め込め型冷房システム。
- 請求項1記載のシステムであって,前記熱交換器がコイルを含む空気封じ込め込め型冷房システム。
- 請求項3記載のシステムであって,空気を前記コイルに向けて移動させるために,少なくとも1枚の冷却パネルである熱交換器の頂部の下に配置されるファンを更に備える空気封じ込め込め型冷房システム。
- 請求項1記載のシステムであって,前記2列の機器ラックの各列において隣接する前記ラックの間に配置され,隣接する前記ラックの間にギャップを有する垂直フィラーパネルを更に備える空気封じ込め込め型冷房システム。
- 請求項1記載のシステムであって,少なくとも1枚の冷却パネルである熱交換器の2つの側部の一方に隣接するケーブル用トラフを更に備える空気封じ込め込め型冷房システム。
- 請求項1記載のシステムであって,少なくとも1枚の冷却パネルである熱交換器の2つの側部の一方に沿って延在する第1バスを更に備える空気封じ込め込め型冷房システム。
- 請求項7記載のシステムであって,少なくとも1枚の冷却パネルである熱交換器の2つの側部の他方に沿って延在する第2バスを更に備える空気封じ込め込め型冷房システム。
- 2列の機器ラックの間に空気を封じ込めて冷房するための空気封じ込め込め型冷房システムであって,該冷房システムが:
2列の機器ラックにより区画されたホットアイルを封止するためのキャノピーアセンブリであって,ドッキングステーションを画成する複数の垂直及び水平支持部材を有する自立型フレーム構造体を含むキャノピーアセンブリと;
該自立型フレーム構造体によって支持され,該キャノピーアセンブリ内に埋設され,前記ホットアイル内に封じ込めた空気を冷却するための冷却手段であって,該冷却手段は,熱交換器によって規定される少なくとも1枚の冷却パネルを有し,該熱交換器は,少なくとも1枚の冷却パネルである該熱交換器の表面積を増加させるように,構造的に略倒立V字形状をなして2つの側部を備えている冷却手段と;
を備える空気封じ込め込め型冷房システム。 - 請求項9記載のシステムであって,前記複数の水平及び垂直支持部材が,冷媒を前記熱交換器に供給するための配管を含む空気封じ込め込め型冷房システム。
- 請求項9記載のシステムであって,前記熱交換器がコイルを含む空気封じ込め込め型冷房システム。
- 請求項11記載のシステムであって,空気を前記コイルに向けて移動させるために,少なくとも1枚の冷却パネルである熱交換器の2つの側部の間に配置されるファンを更に備える空気封じ込め込め型冷房システム。
- 請求項9記載のシステムであって,前記2列の機器ラックの各列において隣接する前記ラックの間に配置され,隣接する前記ラックの間にギャップを有する垂直フィラーパネルを更に備える空気封じ込め込め型冷房システム。
- 請求項9記載のシステムであって,少なくとも1枚の冷却パネルである熱交換器の2つの側部の一方に隣接するケーブル用トラフを更に備える空気封じ込め込め型冷房システム。
- 請求項9記載のシステムであって,少なくとも1枚の冷却パネルである熱交換器の2つの側部の一方に沿って延在する第1バスを更に備える空気封じ込め込め型冷房システム。
- 請求項15記載のシステムであって,少なくとも1枚の冷却パネルである熱交換器の2つの側部の他方に沿って延在する第2バスを更に備える空気封じ込め込め型冷房システム。
- データセンタにおける機器ラックのホットアイルを冷房する方法であって:
前記データセンタにおける前記ホットアイル上で2列の機器ラックの間にキャノピーアセンブリを配置することにより,空気を前記ホットアイル内に封じ込め,該キャノピーアセンブリはドッキングステーションを画成する複数の垂直及び水平支持部材を有する自立型フレーム構造体を含むものであり;
該キャノピーアセンブリ内で熱交換器によって規定される少なくとも1枚の冷却パネルを有する冷房システムを設け,少なくとも1枚の冷却パネルである該熱交換器は,該自立型フレーム構造体に支持され,また少なくとも1枚の冷却パネルである該熱交換器の表面積を増加させるように,構造的に略倒立U字形状をなして2つの側部と頂部を備えるものであり;
前記ホットアイル内に封じ込めた空気を該熱交換器により冷却する;
冷房方法。 - 請求項17記載の方法であって,フィラーパネルを,前記2列の機器ラックの各列において隣接する機器ラックの間に配置して,空気を前記ホットアイル内に更に収容する冷房方法。
- 請求項17記載の方法であって,前記ホットアイル内の空気を前記キャノピーアセンブリ内に配置される前記熱交換器に向けて移動させる冷房方法。
- 請求項17記載の方法であって,少なくとも1枚の冷却パネルである前記熱交換器の側部の一つに沿わせてIT機器、配電機器及びケーブル管理機器を付与する冷房方法。
- 請求項17記載の方法であって,少なくとも1枚の冷却パネルである熱交換器の頂部の下に配置されるファンを更に設ける冷房方法。
- データセンタにおける機器ラックのホットアイルを冷房する方法であって:
前記データセンタにおける前記ホットアイル上で2列の機器ラックの間にキャノピーアセンブリを配置することにより,空気を前記ホットアイル内に封じ込め,該キャノピーアセンブリはドッキングステーションを画成する複数の垂直及び水平支持部材を有する自立型フレーム構造体を含むものであり;
該キャノピーアセンブリ内で熱交換器によって規定される少なくとも1枚の冷却パネルを有する冷房システムを設け,少なくとも1枚の冷却パネルである該熱交換器は,該自立型フレーム構造体に支持され,また少なくとも1枚の冷却パネルである該熱交換器の表面積を増加させるように,構造的に略倒立V字形状をなして2つの側部を備えるものであり;
前記ホットアイル内に封じ込めた空気を該熱交換器により冷却する;
冷房方法。 - 請求項22記載の方法であって,フィラーパネルを,前記2列の機器ラックの各列において隣接する機器ラックの間に配置して,空気を前記ホットアイル内に更に収容する冷房方法。
- 請求項22記載の方法であって,前記ホットアイル内の空気を前記キャノピーアセンブリ内に配置される前記熱交換器に向けて移動させる冷房方法。
- 請求項22記載の方法であって,少なくとも1枚の冷却パネルである前記熱交換器の側部の一つに沿わせてIT機器、配電機器及びケーブル管理機器を付与する冷房方法。
- 請求項22記載の方法であって,少なくとも1枚の冷却パネルである熱交換器の2つの側部の間に配置されるファンを更に設ける冷房方法。
