Description

The present invention relates to a reinforcing plate that is installed across a girder or the like of a construction, and more specifically, relates to a reinforcing plate that has a strong supporting force against a load from above and has improved strength. Is.

Conventionally, as this type of reinforcing plate member, an excavator support device having a configuration shown in FIG. 12 is known. The support device 1 includes a main body 2 having a predetermined length formed of a steel material having an H-shaped cross section, and a pair of support plates 3 and 3 fixed to both ends 2a and 2a of the main body 2 by welding means, It is comprised from the two rod-shaped members 4 and 4 inserted between both the support plates 3 and 3. FIG. Side plates 6 and 6 are provided on both sides of the main body 2, and a plurality of convex slip stoppers 7 are provided on the upper portion of the main body 2.

And the one end part of the rod-shaped member 4 is tightened and tightened with the nut 5, and the support force is strengthened with respect to the load from the upper part by generating tension in the support device 1 (see Patent Document 1).

A pair of support devices 1 having such a configuration are installed between beam members when dismantling a reinforced concrete building or the like. And the support apparatus 1 fulfill | performs the role which supports the vibration and heavy pressure of a working machine by mounting the caterpillar on either side of a working machine on the upper part of both support apparatuses 1, respectively.
JP 2002-371713 A

In the support device 1 of this conventional example, since it is a horizontally long and long shape and the rod-like member 4 is tensioned, there is a disadvantage that when a load from above is applied, distortion in a twisted state occurs. Yes. In this case, since the supporting force against the load cannot be exhibited, the use of the support device 1 is practically impossible.

Further, when the load is applied to the support device 1 and bent downward, the main body 2 and the rod-like member 4 come into contact with each other. In this case as well, as in the case described above, a sufficient supporting force cannot be exerted with respect to the load from above, so that the support device 1 is practically impossible to use.

Furthermore, since the side plates 6 and 6 are provided on both sides of the main body 2, there is an advantage that the caterpillar placed on the main body 2 does not fall off from the support device 1. However, since the moving area is limited, it is not possible to cope with an operation of moving the floor surface freely. Therefore, there is also a drawback that the side plates 6 and 6 are disturbed.

Therefore, in the support device 1 in the conventional example, it is possible to prevent distortion by twisting, to prevent the main body portion 2 and the rod-like member 4 from contacting each other, and to prevent the side plate 6 from getting in the way. And have problems that must be solved.

As a specific means for solving the problems of the conventional example, the present invention is a reinforcing plate member that is installed in a construction and supports a load from above, and the reinforcing plate member includes a floor plate of a predetermined length, A reinforcing portion provided in the vicinity of the central portion; plate-like ribs provided at both ends of the floor plate; a rod-shaped member that passes through the rib and the reinforcing portion; and a nut that is screwed to at least one end portion of the rod-shaped member. And side plates provided on both sides of the floor plate, the nut is tightened to tighten the rod-like member , and the reinforcing portion is a pair of plate portions provided at the lower portion of the floor plate, The present invention provides a reinforcing plate material comprising a bottom plate portion provided at a lower portion of the plate portion .

And the at least one edge part of the said side plate contains the structure by which the latching | locking part is provided, and also the said side plate contains the structure which stands up predetermined height rather than the said floor board.

A reinforcing plate according to the present invention is a reinforcing plate that is installed in a construction and supports a load from above. The reinforcing plate includes a floor plate having a predetermined length and a reinforcing portion provided near the center of the floor plate. A plate-like rib provided at both ends of the floor plate, a rod-like member that passes through the rib and the reinforcing portion, a nut that is screwed to at least one end of the rod-like member, and both sides of the floor plate The side plate is provided and is configured to tighten the nut to tension the rod-like member , and the reinforcing portion includes a pair of plate portions provided at a lower portion of the floor plate and a bottom plate portion provided at a lower portion of the plate portion. As a result, tension is generated in the reinforcing plate, and the supporting force is reinforced against the load from the upper part.
In this case, by having the reinforcing portion in the vicinity of the center portion of the floor board, it becomes difficult to bend downward when a load is applied from above, and the shape of the floor board is stabilized. Furthermore, unlike the conventional example, the floor board and the bar-shaped member do not contact each other, so that a sufficient supporting force against the load can be exhibited.
And since the supporting force with respect to a load improves compared with the thing of a prior art example, weight reduction is possible as a result.
In particular, the reinforcing portion includes a pair of plate portions provided at the lower portion of the floor plate and a bottom plate portion provided at the lower portion of the plate portion. Sufficient support force with respect to the load can be exhibited without causing distortion as in the example.
Furthermore, since the rod-shaped member is inserted between the plate portion and the rib, the presence of the reinforcing portion makes the rod-shaped member shorter than that of the conventional example, and as a result, the reinforcing plate material can be lengthened. . In addition, there are various excellent effects that the manufacturing cost can be reduced.

At least one end portion of the side plate is provided with a locking portion, for example, when the building is dismantled, the locking portion is locked to the beam on the floor, and the other end portion is downstairs. When grounded, the working machine can be lowered downstairs over the reinforcing plate material.

Furthermore, since the side plate stands up to a predetermined height from the floor plate, as described above, when the work machine descends over the reinforcing plate material, the caterpillar of the work machine does not fall off the reinforcing plate material. Has an effect.

Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. First, in the first embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, reference numeral 11 denotes a reinforcing plate material. The reinforcing plate material 11 includes a floor plate 12 having a predetermined length and a reinforcing portion provided in the vicinity of the center portion of the floor plate 12. 13, ribs 14 provided at both ends of the floor plate 12, a rod-like member 15 that passes through the rib 14 and the reinforcing portion 13, nuts 16 that are screwed to both ends of the rod-like member 15, and both sides of the floor plate 12 It is comprised from the side plate 17 provided in a part. Further, the reinforcing plate 11 is formed entirely of a steel material.

The floor board 12 has a predetermined thickness and is formed in a horizontally long shape.

Specifically, the reinforcing portion 13 includes a pair of plate portions 18 and 18 provided at the lower portion of the floor plate 12 and a bottom plate portion 19 provided at the lower portion of the plate portion 18. A pair of board parts 18 and 18 are provided in the opposing state centering | focusing on the center part 12a of the floor board 12. FIG. And the upper part of the board part 18 is integrally provided in the lower part of the floor board 12 with the welding means, and the floor board 19 is integrally provided in the lower part of the board part 18. FIG.

The ribs 14 are formed in a rectangular plate shape, and the upper part of the ribs 14 is provided integrally with the lower part of the floor plate 12 by welding means.

The rod-shaped member 15 is specifically a PC steel rod, is formed in a predetermined length, and is provided in a state of being inserted between the plate portion 18 and the rib 14. Nuts 16 and 16 are screwed to both ends of the rod-like member 15. In addition, although one rod-shaped member 15 is provided in each figure, it is not necessarily limited to this, Of course, you may provide two or more.

The side plate 17 is formed in a long plate shape, is provided between the ribs 14 and 14 at both ends, and is fixed to the side portion of the reinforcing portion 13.

In the reinforcing plate 11 configured as described above, the nut 16 is tightened to tension the rod-like member 15, whereby tension is generated in the reinforcing plate 11 and the supporting force is strengthened against the load from above. Moreover, since the reinforcement part 13 is provided in the center part of the floor board 12, when a load is added from an upper part, it is hard to curve downward, the shape of a floor board is stabilized, and sufficient support force with respect to a load can be exhibited. As a result, the weight of the reinforcing plate 11 can be reduced.

Next, FIGS. 4 and 5 show a second embodiment. The reinforcing plate 21 includes a floor plate 22 having a predetermined length, a plurality of ribs 23 provided on the floor plate 22, a rod-shaped member 24 that is inserted through the rib 23, and nuts 25 that are screwed to both ends of the rod-shaped member 24. And side plates 26 provided on both sides of the floor plate 22. Further, the reinforcing plate 21 is formed entirely of steel.

The floor plate 22 has a predetermined thickness and is formed in a horizontally long shape.

The ribs 23 are rectangular and formed in a plate shape, and the upper part of the ribs 23 is integrally provided by welding means on the lower part of the floor plate 22, and at predetermined positions with respect to the floor plate 22 at a plurality of locations. Is provided.

The rod-shaped member 24 is specifically a PC steel rod, is formed in a predetermined length, and is provided in a state where a plurality of ribs 23 are inserted. Further, nuts 25, 25 are screwed to both ends of the rod-shaped member 24. In addition, although one rod-shaped member 24 is provided in each figure, it is not necessarily limited to this, Of course, you may provide two or more.

The side plate 26 is formed in a long plate shape, and is fixed between the plurality of ribs 23.

In the reinforcing plate 21 configured as described above, the nut 25 is tightened and the rod-like member 24 is tensioned, whereby tension is generated in the reinforcing plate 21 and the supporting force is strengthened against the load from above. In addition, since there are a plurality of ribs 23, even if a load is applied from above, distortion as in the conventional example does not occur. That is, a sufficient supporting force with respect to the load can be exhibited. Furthermore, since the rod-shaped member 24 is inserted through the rib 23, the floor plate 22 and the rod-shaped member 24 do not contact with each other unlike the conventional example. That is, a sufficient supporting force with respect to the load can always be exhibited.

Next, FIG. 6 shows a third embodiment. In the third embodiment, the same parts as those in the second embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals and their details are omitted.

The reinforcing plate 27 is provided with a locking portion 29 at one end 28 a of the side plate 28. Further, the side plate 28 stands up to a predetermined height, and the upper portion 28 c protrudes above the floor plate 22. A plurality of convex slip stoppers 28 d are provided on the upper portion of the floor plate 22.

As shown in FIG. 7, the locking portion 29 is a portion that is locked to the beam 42 on the upper floor 41 when the building 40 is disassembled. If the other end 28 b is grounded to the lower floor 43, the reinforcing plate 27 The work machine 44 can go down to the downstairs 43.

Further, when the work implement 44 crosses over the reinforcing plate member 27 and descends to the downstairs 43, the upper portion 28c guards the caterpillar 45 of the work implement 44, so that it does not fall off from the reinforcing plate member 27.

Next, the reason why the support force of the reinforcing plate 11 (21) having the above-described structure is enhanced with respect to the load from above will be described. First, as shown in FIG. 8, when a load A is applied from the upper portion of the plate body 30, a tearing force as shown in the arrow B direction is generated in the lower portion 31 of the plate body 30.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 9, a bar-shaped member 33 is provided at the lower part of the plate body 32, and when the nut 34 at the end thereof is tightened, the bar-shaped member 33 is tensioned and a compression reaction force as indicated by an arrow C is generated. Will occur. Therefore, the supporting force is strengthened with respect to the load A from above.

Next, an example of a method for using the reinforcing plate 11 (21) described above will be described. First, as shown in FIG. 10, when the reinforced concrete building 35 is dismantled, the reinforcing plate 11 (21) is bridged between the girders 36 (or beam members) and is installed adjacent to each other so as to support the so-called work machine. Can be used as a device.

In this case, the work machine can freely move on the reinforcing plate 11 (21), and the reinforcing plate 11 (21) plays a role of supporting the vibration and heavy pressure of the work machine to distribute the load to the beam member 36. Can do.

It can also be used as a lining plate for subway construction, joint ditch construction, sewage ditch construction, underground building construction, and the like. That is, as shown in FIG. 11, the girder members 38 are provided at predetermined intervals on the upper portion of the underground structure 37, and the reinforcing plate member 11 (21) is bridged thereon and installed adjacently. Furthermore, asphalt 39 is laid on it. When a vehicle or the like passes over the asphalt 39, the reinforcing plate member 11 (21) plays a role of supporting the heavy pressure of the vehicle and distributes the load to the beam member 38.

In addition, the reinforcing plate 11 (21) should be used in various applications as a construction material that firmly supports the load from the top, such as building beams, building materials, or formwork. Is possible.
