Description
易化された、伸張可能な椎間インプラントを提供することである。

1,11′の一方に係合することにより、2つの楔部材20,20′が互いの方向に動かされる。ねじ付スピンドルの一方を回転させることにより、回転運動が結合部材15によって他方のねじ付スピンドルに伝達される。図1から図7に示す実施例において、結合部材は、脆弱化された部分を形成するスリット16を有することにより、一方のスピンドルの回転運動を他方のスピンドルに伝達することを可能にする十分なねじり剛性を備えた状態で、曲げ機能を有する。スピンドルの一方を回転させることにより、2つの対向する楔部材20,20′の互いに傾斜する楔表面21,22および21′,22′は、対応する係合部材30,30′の傾斜表面31,32および31′,32′上に力をかけ、上表面34,34′の係合構造35が空隙5から突出することによってそれぞれの椎骨の終板に係合するまで当該係合部材を上昇させる。係合部材30,30′の持ち上げ運動は、特に図24に示されるピン39,39′によって形成される止めにより、制限される。フランジ17,17′もまた、楔部材の動きに対する止めを設け得る。

Claims (15)
- 伸張可能な椎間インプラントであって、
前壁(1)と、
前記前壁から間隔をあけて配置された後壁(2)と、
前記前壁(1)および後壁(2)をそれらの端部において接続する2つの側壁(3,4)とを備え、
これらの壁は空間(5)を規定し、前記椎間インプラントはさらに、
底面と、
上面と、
椎体の終板に係合するための係合表面(34,34′)を有する少なくとも1つの係合部材(30,30′)と、
第1の調整要素(20)および第2の調整要素(20′)とを備え、前記第1の調整要素(20)および第2の調整要素(20′)は、第1の支持部材(11)および第2の支持部材(11′)によりそれぞれ支持され、前記係合表面(34,34′)が前記底面または上面よりも突出しない第1の端部位置と、前記係合表面(34,34′)が前記底面または上面から外側に少なくとも部分的に突出する第2の端部位置との間で前記係合部材(30,30′)が互いに可動であるようにそれぞれの支持部材と協働し、
前記第1および第2の支持部材(11,11′)は、結合機構(15;150,151;160)により結合され、
前記第1の支持部材(11)は回転可能であり、前記第2の支持部材(11′)は回転可能であり、前記結合機構(15;150,151;160)は、前記第1の支持部材の回転を前記第2の支持部材に伝達し、
前記第1の支持部材(11)の回転軸と前記第2の支持部材(11′)の回転軸とは、0とは異なる角度をなす、伸張可能な椎間インプラント。 - 前記結合機構(15;150,151;160)は回転可能な結合部を含む、請求項1に記載の椎間インプラント。
- 前記結合機構は可撓性の筒(15;160)を含む、請求項1または2に記載の椎間インプラント。
- 前記結合機構は傘歯車駆動機構か、曲げ区域を有する、剛性材料で形成された筒か、または、可撓性の筒駆動機構を含む、請求項2または3に記載の椎間インプラント。
- 前記支持部材(11,11′)は、ねじピッチが逆の、第1および第2のねじ付スピンドル(11,11′)として形成される、請求項1から4の1つに記載の椎間インプラント。
- 前記調節要素(20,20′)は楔部材であり、前記楔部材は前記係合部材(30,30′)を動かすように作動する、請求項1から5の1つに記載の椎間インプラント。
- 前記調節要素(20,20′)は楔部材として形成され、前記第1のねじ付スピンドル(11)の一方端(12)は、前記第1の側壁(3)内で回転する態様で支持され、前記第2のねじ付スピンドル(11′)の一方端(12′)は、前記第2の側壁(4)内で回転する態様で支持され、他方端(14,14′)は回転する態様で互いに結合され、
前記2つの楔部材は、前記第1または第2のねじ付スピンドルが一方向に回転すると前記楔部材間の距離が縮小し、前記ねじ付スピンドルが反対方向に回転すると前記楔部材間の前記距離が増大するように前記空間(15)内で支持され、前記楔部材は前記係合要素を動かすように作動する、請求項5に記載の椎間インプラント。 - 前記係合部材(30,30′)は、前記係合表面(34,34′)の反対側において2つの傾斜表面(31,32;31′,32′)を有し、前記楔部材は前記傾斜表面に係合する、請求項5または6に記載の椎間インプラント。
- 少なくとも前記前壁(1)または前記後壁(2)が湾曲する、請求項1から8の1つに記載の椎間インプラント。
