Claims (3)
- 内視鏡が挿通される第1の挿通路を有する、内視鏡用オーバーチューブであって、
該第1の挿通路を構成する壁に、処置具が挿通される第2の挿通路を有し、そして該第2の挿通路の長軸方向が、該第2の挿通路の遠位端において、該第1の挿通路の長軸方向とは異なり、
該第2の挿通路の長軸方向が、該第2の挿通路の全体にわたって、該第1の挿通路の長軸方向を中心軸とする螺旋である、内視鏡用オーバーチューブ。 - 前記螺旋のピッチが、前記第2の挿通路の全体にわたって1周回(360°)または2周回(720°)である、請求項1に記載の内視鏡用オーバーチューブ。
- 前記第2の挿通路が、前記第1の挿通路とは独立した管腔である、請求項1または2に記載の内視鏡用オーバーチューブ。
