特許第3192222号公報(段落番号〔0009〕、〔0010〕、図1〜5)Japanese Patent No. 3192222 (paragraph numbers [0009] and [0010], FIGS. 1 to 5) 特開2002−81196号公報(請求項1〜4、〔従来の技術〕、〔実施例〕、図1,5,6,10,11)JP 2002-81196 A (Claims 1-4, [Prior Art], [Example], FIGS. 1, 5, 6, 10, and 11)

However, in the above prior art, the only part that absorbs the impact is the cushion material on the lower end side of the leg body, so it cannot absorb floor vibrations, resulting in large vibrations acting on the floor slab side and downstairs There was a problem that had to be solved, such as a loud sound propagating in the room.

In view of the problem that a loud sound propagates downstairs based on the above-described conventional technology, the present invention has a support plate in which an impact absorbing plate is interposed between two wooden boards, and a compression spring is interposed below the support plate. The leg body has a leg main body having a thread on the outer peripheral surface, and an adjustment cylinder that is threaded on the inner peripheral surface and screwed into the leg main body. Then, the lower end of the compression spring is fixed to the adjustment cylinder, the upper end is fixed to the lower surface of the support plate, and the vibration is reliably vibrated by the compression spring for mounting the shock absorbing plate, leg and support plate on the support plate independently. By absorbing, it is possible to surely suppress the volume of sound propagating downstairs, thereby solving the above-mentioned problem.

In short, the present invention has a support plate in which an impact absorbing plate is interposed between two wooden boards, and a leg provided with a compression spring interposed below the support plate. The vibration that is received is first absorbed by the shock absorbing plate of the support plate, further absorbed by the compression spring, and then transmitted to the legs and finally to the floor slab, so that the sound that propagates downstairs is as much as possible. It can be made smaller, thus providing a comfortable living environment.
Specifically, the leg body has a leg main body having a thread on the outer peripheral surface, and an adjustment cylinder body formed with a thread groove on the inner peripheral surface and screwed into the leg main body, and has a lower end of the compression spring. the adjustment cylinder, so fixing the upper to the lower surface of the support plate, by fixing the leg to the compression spring arranged on the lower surface of the support plate, to realize be propagated to the leg to absorb vibration by the compression spring The practical effect is great.

As shown in the plan view showing the usage state of FIGS. 5 and 6 and the cross-sectional view showing the usage state of Example 1 , the floor support legs according to the present invention are adjacent floor base materials W on the floor slab S, It arrange | positions between Wa ..., It enables laying | laying out this floor base material W, Wa ... so that a clearance gap may be formed between the upper surfaces of the floor slab S, and mainly two wooden boards 1, 1a A support plate 3 having an impact absorbing plate 2 interposed therebetween, a compression spring 4 fixed below the support plate 3, and a leg 5 to which the lower end side of the compression spring 4 is fixed, The leg 5 is adjustable in the vertical direction with respect to the support plate 3 so that the height of the upper surface of the support plate 3 relative to the upper surface of the floor slab S in the installed state can be adjusted.

1 to 3 are a front view, a plan view, and a cross-sectional view taken along line AA of Embodiment 1 of a floor material support leg according to the present invention.
The supporting plate 3 is provided with a vibration- and sound-insulating resin-based and plastic-based shock absorbing plate 2 between two wood boards 1 and 1a such as a veneer board and a particle board. An adhesive sheet 6 is adhered to the upper surface of the support plate 3 and a through hole 7 is formed at the center.
The compression spring 4 has the leg 5 inserted therein, and the lower end thereof is fixed to the intermediate part of the leg 5.
The leg body 5 includes a leg main body 8 having a thread on the outer peripheral surface, and an adjustment cylinder body 9 formed with a thread groove on the inner peripheral surface and screwed into the leg main body 8. The lower end of the compression spring 4 is fixed to the upper end of the leg main body 8 and a driver groove 10 is formed at the lower end, and a cushioning material 11 is provided at the lower end. Further, the leg main body 8 may be formed in a tubular shape to form the through hole 12 in the vertical direction, and the groove 13 in which the through hole 12 opens may be formed on the lower surface of the cushion material 11.
Further, it is preferable that the lock nuts 14 and 14a are screwed into the upper and lower portions of the adjustment cylinder 9 in the leg body 8.

Then, when the tip of a rotary tool (not shown) such as a screwdriver is inserted into the through hole 7 of the support plate 3 and fitted into the driver groove 10 at the upper end of the leg body 8, the leg body 8 is rotated. The adjustment cylinder 9 moves up and down with respect to the leg main body, and the compression spring 4 and the support plate 3 also move up and down accordingly, but the compression spring 4 is not deformed.

Next, the effect | action of the support leg for flooring which concerns on this invention is demonstrated.
The method of using the floor support legs according to the present invention is the same as the above-described conventional technique, and the floor constructed by the floor support legs is used for damping the shock absorbing plate 2 in the support plate 3. The vibration is reliably absorbed by the action and the damping action of the compression spring 4 for mounting the leg body 5 and the support plate 3 independently, and further, the cushioning material 11 that is the contact portion with the floor slab S is controlled. Combined with the vibration action, the volume of sound propagating downstairs can be reliably suppressed.

Further, an adhesive is injected into the through hole 12 of the leg 5, flows down through the through hole 12, reaches the upper surface of the floor slab S, travels along the groove 13 of the cushion material 11, and moves to the outer peripheral side of the cushion material 11. If it spreads and the cushioning material 11 is fixed to the floor slab S, the leg 5 will not be separated from the floor slab S due to a reaction when a load is applied during walking or the like.
Further, the lock nuts 14, 14 a, 17 cause looseness of the adjustment cylinder 9 with respect to the leg body 8 due to repeated walking, etc., level adjustment error due to loosening of the intermediate cylinder 16 with respect to the outer cylinder 15, floor falling, and floor noise. No level difference between floor panels.
