(比較例1)
Fe、Cr、Moを含む合金(クロムモリブデン鋼材)の基材12の上に、UBM法を用いて、図2に示す被膜11を形成する。
(比較例2)
アルミニウム合金101(Al−Mg−Si系合金)A6061−T6材の表面が陽極酸化被膜3で覆われた基材2の上に、UBM法を用いて、図3に示す被膜11を形成する。
Claims (9)
- 酸化アルミニウム層で覆われているアルミニウム合金を基材とし、前記基材の外側に前記基材側から順に、導電層、前記基材との密着性を向上させ前記基材の硬度を補うためのバッファー層、傾斜層及びダイヤモンドライクカーボン層を形成し、前記ダイヤモンドライクカーボン層は、アルミニウムを含み、前記傾斜層は、炭素及び金属の混合物又は金属の炭化物であり、前記傾斜層に含まれる第一の金属の含有量は、前記基材側から外側に向かって減少し、前記傾斜層に含まれる第二の金属及び炭素の含有量は、前記基材側から前記外側に向かって増加し、前記第一の金属は、クロム又はチタンであり、前記第二の金属は、アルミニウムであることを特徴とする摺動部材。
- 前記導電層がアルミニウム、クロム及びチタンの群から選ばれる1種類の金属を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の摺動部材。
- 前記バッファー層がクロム窒化物及びチタン窒化物の群から選ばれる1種類の窒化物を含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の摺動部材。
- 前記バッファー層がクロム炭化物及びチタン炭化物の群から選ばれる1種類の炭化物を含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の摺動部材。
- 前記ダイヤモンドライクカーボン層に含まれるアルミニウムの含有量が、0.5〜4.5at%であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の摺動部材。
- 前記ダイヤモンドライクカーボン層に含まれるアルミニウムの状態が、金属、硼化物、炭化物、窒化物、酸化物及び水酸化物の群から選ばれる1つの状態であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の摺動部材。
- 前記ダイヤモンドライクカーボン層に、sp2結合炭素とsp3結合炭素とが混在することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の摺動部材。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の摺動部材で構成したことを特徴とする自動車用ブレーキピストン。
- 酸化アルミニウム層で覆われているアルミニウム合金を基材とし、この基材の表面にスパッタリング或いはイオンプレーティングにより導電層を形成する工程と、前記基材にバイアス電圧を印加した状態で、前記導電層の上に前記基材との密着性を向上させ前記基材の硬度を補うためのバッファー層を形成し、このバッファー層の上に傾斜層を形成し、この傾斜層の上に、アルミニウムを含むダイヤモンドライクカーボン層を形成する工程と、を含み、前記傾斜層は、炭素及び金属の混合物又は金属の炭化物であり、前記傾斜層に含まれる第一の金属の含有量は、前記基材側から外側に向かって減少し、前記傾斜層に含まれる第二の金属及び炭素の含有量は、前記基材側から前記外側に向かって増加し、前記第一の金属は、クロム又はチタンであり、前記第二の金属は、アルミニウムであることを特徴とする摺動部材の製造方法。
