両端にねじを切った連結ボルトとナット若しくは袋ナットを別設し、
前記連結ボルトの一方端ねじを隣接パネル間に介在したパッキング材を貫通して前記埋込ナットに螺合すると共に、他方端ねじを前記スリーブに挿通し前記挿通孔からナットケース内に突出し、該ねじに別設のナット若しくは袋ナットを螺合緊締して、隣接パネルをパッキング材を介し圧接衝合した状態で強固一体的に連結するように備えたものである、
